This was the most despicable experience that I've ever received as a customer. I dropped the on 4/2/24, at 1030 am. I was told it would be done in a week. I went by today, expecting it to be ready, or close to it. Only to be greatly disappointed. Joe had not even started on my vehicle. He could've called me to let me know something. Instead, I wasted a week of time and money on a rental. Econo gets a big fat "0". I wished that I'd read the reviews first.

The manager Joe, was so very rude and aggressive. I can t imagine he gets many sales by his attitude just based off of a simple 60 second phone call of me asking simple information. Would definitely recommend getting service at a different Econo than Pleasant View.

I want to give thanks to Danny and everyone at Econo Paint for breathing new life into my old truck. They took the time to look over my Vehicle and guide me through the process. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. The best value for the Money!

This is the most unprofessional company,horrid, horrid, horrid I have ever considered to do business with. I went there one Saturday morning to get my car painted, the owner was unprofessional, and so rude, the music was horrible and vulgar...not customer service friendly. The Caucasian gentleman was fine and tried to be to be helpful( the music was so loud, he told me we could go outside) but he needed the assistance of the owner. I wanted the highest price paint job( same color as my car) he let me know that the warranty that was offered wouldn't be honored, in which I do appreciate his honesty in that. After the vulgar music, rudeness and unprofessionalism I decided this company would not get my business.This is the Pleasant View location...

Budget paint job for a budget price. It does look shiny and new but there was a ton of overspray on windows/mirrors/ wheel wells. I wish they hadn t sprayed over my backup camera, key hole, chrome trim, and the large sticker/guard on the rear bumper. The price was great for keeping an old car looking new.

Econo Auto Painting did a great job on making my 04 Chevrolet Cavalier look good again it was fading and peeling in spots if u want a good paint job done & dont want to pay a lot go here I payed $419 the other places I checked with was like $2700/$2500 Really my car is not worth that much money Thanks so much will come again

My boyfriend I experienced the worst customer service ever at this location. We were told we had to order our own parts and paint which wasn t a problem. I only needed two repairs done and the worker yelled and cursed when asked where to order these materials.

I couldn't be happier with the paint job I received at Econo. I wanted to paint my car another color, and the first place I went to wouldn't even do that. Econo painted it the color I wanted at one tenth the price quoted by the other place to paint it the same color. I will admit that the quality is SLIGHTLY less than say a factory paint job, but I am thrilled with the results. I got exactly what I wanted at an incredibly reasonable price. Also, the process was incredibly easy, and they had the car ready when they said they would.

These fellas took care of my vehicle very well. I went in with low expectations because the condition of my car. When I tell you they made my car look good they really did. They popped out a dent I had in the bumper and took care of other body blemishes I didn't expect them too. My first experience was great and I would recommend them too anyone!

I love the color. Friendly people. But they left unpainted spots and cracking paint on my vechile. Then told me to bring it back in 30 days and upon looking it up that s the extent of the warranty I didn t make a fuss and I didn t argue. I just made sure I got a receipt and proof that they will redo it but I don t think 30 days is reasonable I will be calling tomorrow and see what I can do my wife is disappointed and I am as well but if it can be rectified It will be great

Had my car painted a year ago.I was happy with the job however a large drip was on the door. I was supposed to bring car back in two weeks. Covid hit and a year later I came back. new manager Joe was understanding and took care of the problem. What else could you ask for!

These guys are like a hand rolled cigarette. They aren't flashy, but they deliver the payload, FAST. they gave me alot more than I paid for.

I called Econo Auto Painting today to inquire on a paint job quote. Spoke with Mr. Danny who was very professional, helpful and courteous. I was so pleased that I went by after work to get a free estimate. Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Eric who was very knowledgeable of their paintwork, quality of the paint, and the services I needed to have done to my car. Although, I was advised that the services I needed didn't include a paint job, I was very pleased by the integrity shown by both Eric and Danny of being honest with me and telling me that I didn't need a paint job but just buffering. They even went a step further and recommended me to another company that could assist me. Now that's what you call GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. They both exemplified CHARACTER on their part and for me that goes much further than anything! I would recommend these guys to ANYONE! Thanks Again for the Help today!

I got my car painted last August, the 1st paint job was horrible, two colors beige and dull white. I just wanted my car White. So they repainted my car still sloppy but I was just frustrated. My year warranty is not up yet, the paint is peeling every time I wash it also spots they tried to cover up are now visible. My car is a 2020 this disappointed me because I've used them in the past and they always did a good job.

Took my car to Economy. Danny was very rude from the start. They called me within 3 days and said my car was ready. When I got the paint was dripping off the whole left side of the car. Then Danny wanted me to pay him and the take my car and bring it back in 10 days to get repainted. I told them that was not going to happen. They painted my car again, and the whole left side was lighter in so spots than others. Danny was very rude and took my money and said"Ok Bye" The over spray was ridiculous. Please spend your money somewhere else. Horrible service and Danny needs to retire.

Very unprofessional and incoherent when it comes to the mistakes they make on your vehicle like you are being a bother when u address it , then they point the finger at each other on whose fault it is !? Who cares pple we just want a job well done as you promise!!My son came in had his bmw painted had to get several paint mess ups touched up, and they painted over his new fog lights and never followed up with new ones like they claimed they would do !? He been so busy he forgot and I just reminded him so once he get back to town we are taking this to bbb .....Update few weeks later......They finally after going back up their in person almost month later sent someone with a check made out for fog lights down the street to another place, however due to such run around son didnt trust to take car back up there to replace fog lights so he did them hisself!!

A very good place to get a good paint job for your car, although they are a little slow but it is worth the wait... But the Econo located on Watkins is just a little bit too high. Pleasant view in Covington is much better.

WARNING DO NOT EVEN TRY THIS PLACE Called them and they said 125 to paint a bumper and they acted as if it would be easier if it was off the vehicle. Took them the new and old bumper (so they could match up colors). Then they say 150 and its better if its on the car. So I installed it and took it back. Guy comes out and says 250. Then asks if I am sure I want Them to paint it. Im like what?? He then says "well there will be junk in our paint". Then the other guy yells from the back "we can't make that color". IT'S BLACK!!!!!!! Then they just tell me to go down the street to a different place.Wt... This Place Is Horrible!!!!!!One guys car wouldn't even start when I was leaving. He was picking his up when I was there. Drove back by when I left the other place and that poor guy was still sitting out there trying to get it to start.Watch Out or better yet,JUST DON'T DO IT.Mine was for my son who is an American Soldier.Guessing we both dodged a bullet on this shotty place of jokers who admit they do bad work.

The shop on Pleasant View is awesome compared to my experience at the Democrat location two years ago. My Jeep Cherokee was painted this weekend and it looks amazing for the price.

BEST ECONO IN MEMPHIS..1 YEAR LATER PAINT JOB STILL LOOKS GOOD FOR LESS THAN $500..GOOD WASH NEVER WAXED IT AND PAINT LOOKS LIKE A $2000 PAINT JOB. BEST PLACE TO GO IF YOU NEED A GOOD BASIC SPRAY THAT WILL LAST

They do a fair job. I have to bring a truck back 30 days due to a lot of runs on one side of the truck.
