They took care of me. Very knowledgable and helpful staff. Gave me the exact part I needed and in excellent shape! I should have chosen East Street in the first place. They went above and beyond other places I've visited. Got my Xterra back on the road!

I called and spoke to Richard needing a right door mirror for an Acura MDX. Ordered it at 10am Monday morning. Itarrived in Dallas at 12 noon on Wednesday. Part was good, not damaged and the right color. I wished they were here near us ! Thank You Richard, hope to buy more soon

Zero stars. Completely different part came. When I contacted the company they said , I'm ordered exactly these parts. They spoke rudely and disrespectfully.If I want the part to be taken back, I have to pay for the shipping again and then they will return only the price of the part. But I'm not sure if this will happen.I want to add.I called there several times. After the first call, no one called back. I called again. They said they would send a shipping label. I waited one week. No label. I called for the third time. They said what was written above.Be careful with this company.

Men do not but from here they sold me a damage bumper for 200 out a 2010 civic I came to them gently to follow their guidelines that states refund come with restock fee of 10 to 20 percent and they so greedy didn't even want to do that is just bad business don't go there l but

They sold me the wrong part. And refused to give me a refund. They talked ugly to me. They said they didn t want that part and there was nothing they could do with it so I had to keep it. I will never deal with them again. I lost $375.00 with those crooks. That girl down there was screaming in the background. I m not taking that part back. I ask for part of my money. Nothing. Be careful buying from theses guys.

I feel like I should take these guys to court. They sold me the wrong engine for my Scion XB. They need to learn the difference between Atkinson Cycle and Otto cycle engines. That engine they told me would fit is not compatible with anything but a hybrid. They sold me this engine then promised me it would fit in my Scion XB. Anyway, after we installed it we weren't getting any compression. We asked them multiple times if they were sure that the engine was the right one for my Scion. They assured me, yes. They were wrong. After we did some digging we found out they sold me the wrong engine and then refused to give me my refund because it was after the 30 days. They then tried to give us another engine site unseen that was total trash instead of a refund. All in all they wasted about 70 hours of my life , $600.00 and $1,000 I have to pay my mechanic for helping me change the engine out. They still won't give me a refund. We spend thousands of dollars a month on repairing cars and will never return to this place or give them our business. AVOID.

This my first time buying from east street auto I have order a dash for my mustang I don t know that work off commission basic I wasn t try to step no feet but now I know it is no hard feel Sarah next time I will deal you only but overall they got right part and in good condition.Thanks

DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE SIGHT UNSEEN.I sourced a bumper from here and saw pictures of it on car-part.com and it looked okay. I then called to verify, that the bumper was undamaged, as it was listed on car-pat.com, I was assured that there was no damage. But then my dad drove over 3 hours to pick it up and there were cracks and pieces broken off all over the bumper. I m glad we didn t pay them up front to take it off, and that we got there and checked in person first.

3-22-13..I called here too confront the issue of being ripped off as the used engine I purchased through Ebay with under 25,000 original miles was disassembled because of a new timing chain tensioner failed, it was replaced prior to install required for EastStreetAP warranty of 12/months-Unlimited mileage.. I purchased this engine because of the Certified CarFax as promotion to certify their supposedly low mileage engines. I received a call from my machine shop, as the timing chain company found to be at fault of failure is covering the cost of fixing the damaged parts only, the machine shop told me that I had been ripped off.. if the timing tensioner didn't fail, that the engine would have failed due too the high mileage head gasket, and other critical parts were not in a low mileaged engine condition from alot more miles than i was told from ESAP..I PAID $1,200 for it! Plus $150 for shipping and all the gaskets,rear seal,valve cover gasket, timing set, water pump,etc..$$$... I spoke to Sarah who answers the phone, She admits a previous sales employee was crooked and sold engines under the inacurate information that CarFax gives, They NO LONGER use CAR FAX and switched too Autocheck certified reports.. She gave my info too JIM the manager, he called me back and said there is nothing he can do about it..... I am consulting an attorney& other options..BUYER BEWARE!! CHECK THEIR EBAY NEGATIVE FEEDBACK TOO!

They never want to pull the parts that day when you need them I asked for a part at 8am Wednesday morning and they said it would be Monday there losing business from a lot of people other than that great place to get parts when there workers want to show up and work

I've not had occasion to patronize this business but I see that they're a pretty active site in the daylight. They're a scrap yard with a fortune in scrapped vehicles from which to scavenge parts.
