Mr. Mike was super easy to work with. Knew exactly what I wanted and needed. He had my convertible top replaced in one day. Dropped it off at 8 and had it back before close. Thank you mr Mike and thank you Don s!

Horrible- sunroof service. Went for rear service, broke my front sunroof. Received no service. Told me to let my insurance let them fix it! Scammer!

Donnie was my sales rep or guy to install my sunroof glass window. He was professional during the whole process, and done a great job. I will definitely use them again if needed! Thanks again, now my car looks back like her normal self, LOL!

This place is a Memphis landmark, it's been here since I was a kid. My first car was a VW bug and they did the door panels, decades later I'm back to get highlights done to my interior, If you need any upholstery done you're not going to find a better place that does a thorough job than Don's. From the front desk to the guys on back going the work this is a top notch business.

It is an excellent place, I went to have my charger's sunroof fixed, in a short time they fixed it, the work team of the place are very friendly. without hesitation I recommend this place.

I had them reupholster over 175 pieces of gym equipment. They knocked it out of the park. Communication, quality of work, and turn around time blew me away! They were lights out and I will absolutely use them again and encourage you to do the same!

Gossett Porsche damaged the driver's seat of my new Porsche. They refused to accept responsibility. Jerry repaired it in 10 minutes this morning at no charge. Jerry, you made me so happy! I'm still thinking about what kind of gift to send to you.

Very professional lady at the reception area. The quality of the work is outstanding. One year warranty on my headliner. I'm soooo satisfied with the work. I'd definitely recommend. Dropped my car off in the morning, and it was ready before 3pm.

Outstanding service from start to finish! Showed up unannounced one afternoon for a quote on a motorcycle seat and was in and out in less than ten minutes after picking the material/design. Dropped my seat off on a Monday after testing the new foam and thought it would be ready by Friday, only to get a call the next day saying I could come pick it up. Great communication via phone/in person and I could not be happier with my purchase!

One of the best car repair experiences I have ever had. My Audi A5 needed a new convertible top. I knew it'd be expensive, but I'd heard of as high as 8k.Now, there's another interesting part, the headliner is actually a separate part and almost as expensive as the top. They offered a repair on it for a fraction of the cost. Not only did the repair work flawlessly, it created a beautiful dimple effect that looks intentional and attractive.It did cost a fortune but that was expected, the important takeaway is it didn't cost as much as I'd heard it could yet the work is absolutely flawless and even added extra bonuses I didn't expect. 11 of 10 points cause the dimples get extra credit. Worth every cent.They were also extremely accommodating and kept my car garaged until repairs were done and allowed it to sit on the lot until I could pick it up with no extra charges.

I took my seat to Don's on Monday and told them that there was no big rush. I got a text the next morning letting me know that it was ready. Awesome job! Thanks Roy for being prompt and doing such a great job. Looks like a new seat.

My seats foam in my F-150 was getting very worn out, becoming very uncomfortable to sitting for long periods of time. I was a little bit hesitant who could do this as my seats were heated, cooled and had the massage system.I called Don's Auto recovery and they gave me a quote on the phone straight away and they could do the work the next day.I took the truck down there and I spoke to Roy who assured me that they would take care of it.a few hours later it was ready to be picked up.The work was absolutely outstanding and completely beat all expectations. The whole experience was a joy and the detail on the workmanship was astounding.

My visit to Don's Auto was amazing! He does quality work. His time frame is on point.If he tell you the time you can pick your vehicle up, trust him it will be ready.I will refer Don's to anybody, knowing they will be pleased.

Called to get a dash pad recovered (they don't make an aftermarket panel) and got told they do not do dashes..really, and interior upholstery shop that won't cover an interior piece. What's the point in having a custom interior with a stock dash?

Katzkin leather kit installed. Take my advice and use the other non-Dons location. Flaps left untucked, shop floor dirt all over my floorboards. Enjoyed wiping the installer's sweat off my interior! Also, not same day service as promised. Loved the glare from the office lady as she dismissed that guarantee!Got it, so it's my fault for purchasing from a 3rd party you've chosen to do business with. I did set up a time directly with your shop. I was told to bring it by at 8am if I needed same days service, which I did. If I had bought the kit directly from you, I'm assuming then installer would have completed in one day, tucked in all the flaps, and cleaned my vehicle after dirtying up my interior? What an asinine response.

I had my cloth seats in my 2018 Silverado replaced with leather and Don's did an outstanding job! My truck looks even better than I hoped it would. The cost was very fair and their customer service was top notch. I highly recommend this company for any of your leather needs.

They went out of their way to help. The General Insurance company decided full coverage insurance doesn't cover sunroofs. Kevin at Don's helped every way he could. Got it done in two hours and the price was just slightly higher than my deductible. Thank you very much.

I am thrilled with the job that they did with my car. I wanted to invest some money in sprucing up my existing car rather than taking on a new note. Don's reupholstered all of my seats with EXACTLY the material I wanted, a different material than the factory-installed cloth. My car interior looks brand new, and I couldn't be happier with how it looks. They gave me SAME-DAY service and had the car ready when they said they would.
