My wife and I were on vacation. Our rental car had a slow leak in one of the tires. We showed up at this location without an appointment. We were greeted by James who explained that they would get a repair authorization from our rental car company and complete the tire repair for no charge to us. Everything went very smoothly. We were in and out in about 35 minutes. A shout out to James and also Parker for their great, fast work. I highly recommend this location.

Customer service here is amazing! Came in for wheel balancing because I was having issues with my car. In and out in 20 minutes from the time of coming in for my appointment. The guys at the front desk were friendly and helpful! And there was a girl there who checked me out and had the same great customer service. My car drives better now and it cost me $0 due to my tires being bought from Discount Tire in another state! Thank you for great customer service at this location!

The staff is always so nice and are ready to help as soon as you walk through the door. I had black lug nuts installed on my Camaro at this location. I did a walk in a couple days later to have the wheel locks changed from the chrome ones. Austin offered to install them in the pouring rain and was done within 5 minutes. He was very kind and courteous. Thank you Austin! I'm highly satisfied with the customer service here. I would highly recommend this location. The whole staff is phenomenal!

Great experience. I had bought tires online from a big retailer because I needed whitewall tires and was not aware Discount Tire could have gotten them. All I needed was tire mount. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and the shop and waiting area were clean. Jack assisted me and told me the out the door price with no hidden fees or taxes. It was a very fair price and they had no problem with mounting tires I bought elsewhere. Had I known I could have gotten the whitewall tires here I would have done so. I did not do my research properly. Go here if you need tires!! You will not regret it. They were pretty busy while I was there which tells me they are a popular and respected shop.

I ran over something in the road and ripped my tire. The coverage l took out when I purchased them provided me with a new one with only paying for coverage on the new tire. The wait time was not long and that was without an appointment. I highly recommend this place. Thanks guys.

Kobe was great. Everyone was friendly and obviously enjoyed their work. Shop was clean and team well managed. I was amazed at how quick they sourced the parts needed to get me four new tires and rims in one day. I went up there and was out in a very short time. My car looks great now and drives like it's new, not bad for a neglected twenty year old Celica going through rehab! Kobe was able to find rubber and rims that fit my budget, and the price he showed me was the price I paid when it was finished. 100% highly recommend!

I got rear tires on my Tesla. Had to order them since they are performance tires. They also had curb rash repaired on 2 wheels. The communication was great.It took longer than estimated bc it was raining and they couldn t do the wheel repair unless it was dry outside. No big deal - they offered to let me reschedule the repair. I opted to leave the car an extra day since I have an extra vehicle.I also purchased certificates for tires on my wife s car (did not purchase tires from them).

Awesome experience and friendly staffs. Got some new wheels put on and they neatly put my old rims wrapped in plastic back into my car. Said it would take an hour but it was done in less than 40. Love this location!

From the initial call my experience was nothing less than exceptional. I spoke with Brian and Michael. They were extremely patient with me as I tried to decide which wheels I wanted. Time was of the essence as I was riding on my spare. They assured me that I could walk in and get serviced. I walked in Tuesday morning. Brian took the time to carry wheels to my SUV to ensure I would like how they looked. After my decision was made the installation was done in record time.

Saturday-I went to the Bartlett location. I was in and out like Wonder Woman...I went in for one tire...a fancy run flat tire that had blown out after hitting a Memphis pothole. The staff there were like worker ants...everyone was doing something and mostly together, helping one another. Next thing I know Jake had surveyed my vehicle and made his recommendation-a nice fat, sport tire, like the ones on his ride. There was absolutely no high pressure sales involved. They were in stock. In a flash I had 4 new tires and when I drove away, my care was BETTER than new. I was totally amazed at the transformation these tires made. I drive a 2019 Mazda Mx-5 RF /black on black/ Roadster. I could not have had a better experience and the price was very fair.

Call and was glad told to bring the car to help patch a nail and all they did was take a look and already say by that location is hard and already pressure u into buy a new tires of course end of day business is business but to lie about couldn't patch just to get u new tires can't blame the sale man cuz they were train to do that but to call them honest doubt it I was able to do it in a parking lot with just a patch kit and they couldn't do it eith a whole shop with all the tool available

Jack and Kevin provided exceptional service! I had run over a nail, and they fixed my tire...free. I was under the weather, so they let me stay in my car and was impressed how well they crew all worked together to get vehicles in and out. I will definitely be back.
