Great experience! Some of the reviews had me a bit unsure what to expect but I couldn t have asked for more. I tried to tip the gentleman who repaired my muffler and he put it on the books to be shared rather than keep it himself. Service is first come first served. I needed a catalytic converter replaced and only waited about an hour for them to get my truck in. Josh double checked the check engine code and found only one of two needed replaced. Once my truck was taken in to have the work done it went pretty fast. The price was very reasonable and the service was fast and efficient.

Great service, waiting time. For the people who have a problem waiting, you're going to have to sacrifice that for a great price. It's worth it. I took my car different places to figure out what was wrong with it, and they found the problem within 5 minutes. They even negotiated with me on a place. I'm definitely coming back

Awesome place to come. The staff was friendly, kind, fast, and got the job done. I would recommend anyone to come an do business with them. The only thing come early and will get out fast. ( Great Price can't be it)

This was my 1st time. One of the below comments said he was first come first served. So I arrived early, I was done and on the road in 30 mins. Josh was amazing. I will return for any of my muffler and brakes needs. Great Job!!!!!!

Had a tiller handle that needed welded. Guys there got me in and out in 20 minutes with a cheap price. Handle works gr8. (This is the before pic to show what part needed welded)

Needed a repair suddenly and was on a time constraint. I never even said I was in a hurry. They had me in and out in just over an hour. Awesome service, friendly people and super affordable!!!

These guys are great! Ordered a catback exhaust and the company I ordered it from sent the wrong Y pipe! These guys made it work!! For a great price wait time wasn't that bad and customer service was excellent! When I go straight pipe I'll come back and see these guys! Thanks! Whoever gave them a 1 was FueFue! Haha Thanks guys!

I was at the light when I heard my front breaks scrubbing.. I looked over and there was a brake shop and across the street was a Aito Zone and a O'Reilly's so I'm like BET.. I pulled up in they parking lot the boss immediately called the mechanic after I told him what was wrong The Mechanic came right away pulled me right in ..AND went with me to get my parts .. put my rotor and breaks on immediately had me on the road so fast I was like Wow... I am very impressed and the price was more than fair and reasonable... I would have been sitting at Nissan for hours. I always take Da Rogue to Nissan hmmm.. I'm to impressed right now they have a customer for life RIGHT HERE..THANKS SO MUCH DISCOUNT MUFFLER

I went there because my muffler needed replaced. I waited almost 2 hours, when they finally let me pull my truck motorhome in, the muffler was opened up like it was blown up. They put a new muffler and a small piece of pipe on. When I went to pay the bill I was shocked they bill was $218.00. After I payed it I went to Autozone across the street and asked the cost of my muffler they told me $37. So Discount Muffler charged me at least $150. to put on my muffler.

I had to get a catalytic converter for my '08 Pontiac G-6. Discount Muffler Shop is the BEST in Tennessee!!! They workers are very knowledgeable and full of Southern Charm! The prices are the BEST in the South!!!!!

I thought my Avalanche needed a new muffler and Chad was very honest and said that I did not need a new muffler and he repaired the heat shield. His honesty was greatly appreciated!!!!! Thanks again Chad

I just left Discount Muffler and Brakes home by Chad Otts and I couldn't be more pleased. Chad is an honest man who does quality work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Discount Muffler and Brakes.
