They lived up to their name! Had a small crack in my windshield from a rock.They charged $35 to repair it. Auto glass now asked $69, Jack Morris asked $89 and Safelite quoted $169 to repair.The crack is slightly visible still which is to be expected for a windshield repair. They were friendly and got it taken care of same day.

I called needing 5 windshields replaced at the dealership where I work. I have used them in the past, and I got a good quote, so I had them come out and do the work. The first issue was noticed when we took the tape off the windshield of a Ford F-150 a few days later. The windshield was cracked. I called, and the woman said she would ask the tech about it. He said yes, it broke during installation. They would come out and replace it. Why did he not come in and tell us about it when it happened? Did he think we wouldn't notice? Seems sketchy, right? The next issue that was found was the missing rear view mirror from another vehicle. I called again. She put me on hold and spoke to the tech. He said he took the mirror back to the shop because he was out of glue. Again, sketchy. I was told I could come to the shop and pick it up. Well, that wasn't the deal. I didn't take the mirror over there, and I didn't have the time to go pick it up. Besides that, why would he even take the mirror with him? Why would he not bother to mention it? Why did he not bring it back? I called the office several more times over 3 weeks, asking them to bring the mirror back. Each time I called, I was told it would be there in the morning. Finally, I got the mirror back after telling them I would go to Volkswagen and buy one and send them an invoice. I believe there was no intention of letting us know about the windshield cracking or the missing mirror either. I have sent a lot of business to them in the past, including friends, family, customers, and business associates. I don't forsee using them or sending anyone else to them in the future. My time and the frustration I could have avoided by using a different company is worth way more than the few bucks I saved.

Had my hood come open and hit my windshield. I called and expected to be told it would take a week or something to get it replaced, but they had one in stock! I arrived and they got right on it. They had me finished up in about 45 minutes and there were other people there that had their door windows done just as quickly. The price was very reasonable! I have used them before a year ago to come out and replace someone else's screw up *cough* Auto Glass Now *cough*. They had me done in about 30-45 minutes back then too.

Woke up one morning and went to get in my car, as I closed the door my entire back window cracked and began to break. I called many places to repair it at a decent price and ASAP. One place did all that and it s this one. Called back when they said they would and got me in on the same day. Talking with another customer for a while and my car is already done. Super fast. It rained the next day and not a leak. As long as they are there I ll be a customer.I don t do many reviews but they deserve praise and your business.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Wonderful experience ! Great job . I called to tell them I will be there after closing time. They waited for me to service my car( driver's door glass replacement). The staff is very courteous , competent and above all, very professional ! I will definitely recommend family and friends to them.Address 4186 on Jackson Ave

I called this place a week and a half in advance to set an appointment to have my windshield replaced and a side vent window installed that I had to order because they could not get it. The day before my appointment I call to confirm that my appointment is still on and we are good to go. I was told by the older Hispanic lady at the front desk, YES! Then told the price. So I take the day of from work, losing almost $300.00 in pay, to be on time and available for my pre-scheduled and VERIFIED appointment. Only to be told they don t have the windshield yet. It s still on its way. This is a very unprofessional and disorganized group of individuals. Unless you want to be lied to, only for them to try an keep your business, I suggest using someone else. This is why going local always seems to leave a bad taste in my mouth. Help your local business they say, well it s always the local businesses that burn you.Thanks for nothing....Services: Installation, Auto side window replacement, Auto windshield replacement

Incredible experience! Very friendly people and by far the best price in town. Professional people, high quality and at least $50 less than all other quotes to replace my windshield. I took my Tahoe in and was out in 30 minutes! Will go back for sure!

That did an awesome job fixing my window. Car got broken into called them the next morning I got an reasonable estimate and an appointment that morning I recommend this place if they don't have it they will get get it thanks you guys .

Great experience! Price less than half of the dealership. The staff was very friendly from the front desk to the technicians. Was there less than 45 minutes and they had to straighten a hinge to get the glass on. When I left my credit card there, Mark brought it to me even though I told him he did not have to do that. I would give them more stars if possible and will go back whenever the need arises. Highly recommended!

My wife car driver side window was broken early morning on a Saturday and they was the only shop that went out their way to get the glass for the car that day. Great customer service. The lady even help me bandage my hand up from cutting it on the glass.

Jerry and Susan are just the sweetest! They are not only clients of mine but I have also had an amazing experience being a client of theirs. Great pricing with even better service. They really connect with their customers and let you know how important service is to them. They did great work and were able to help out my friend who needed four windshields fixed. I will never even think to go to or refer anyone else when it comes to glass repair. I can guarantee 100% you will not be let down at this exceptional shop!

As a business owner I greatly appreciated their help in getting me out of a difficult situation. They were able to provide me a replacement part so that I could deliver the vehicle to my customer on time and with high quality materials. I've used them for many windshields in the past and we've been amazed at how fast and professional their technicians were. Awesome joint. Memorial Day Wknd. Everybody else is closed. Called and verified they had the door glass in stock. She said Yes, come on. I arrived, lady said give us 45 minutes and you ll be ready. She should of said give us 4 to 5 minutes cause it was ready in about 5 minutes for real. My cost was $250..Safelite quoted like$470 and it would ve been 4 days later to fix it.Service: Auto side window replacement

Called on a Friday, took my car in Saturday around 11, I was driving off by 11:25. Super fast, professional and quality work! To top it off they are far more reasonable in price than ANY other glass shop in town.

Very Friendly, Fast, and Efficient. Went to get my windshield repaired on a Saturday Morning. The staff was very nice, I got there 8am and was done by 845am. They offered water and donuts while I waited. I will recommend this place to everyone. Thanks!!!!

We took our 2012 FJ cruiser in for a windshield repair. Prices were good upfront but we had initial concerns after the service person never showed or called for our mobile glass replacement. They offered additional money off if we could bring it into the shop the next day. After having our vehicle the whole day we received our truck back with heavy amounts of tape to the top glass and windshield molding. The next day the tape was removed to find a huge crack all the way through the molding and scratches in the roof all the way to bare metal. We took it back and after speaking to the manager Jerry we waited 2 weeks for the windshield molding that was damaged by them to be replaced. After picking the vehicle up the second time the scratches in the roof were larger and there were now 4 large dents in the roof from where I'm assuming were caused while attempting to remove the molding they had glued and broken previously. The interior was also dirtier from when we dropped it off from the installers.They failed to follow through with any of the repairs and only further damaged our vehicle. Our time was not their priority nor was our vehicle once they initially got paid. If you want the cheapest windshield in town then this may be the place, but I would do so at your own risk as we will mostly be out of pocket 500 dollars to repair the damages that were done to the body during install. To make things worse the installer never owned up to the damages incurred and assumed us as the customers were idiots and the manager Jerry told us what we wanted to hear for damage control never intending to truly make things right.

Today while driving down the dreaded right lane of Poplar, my side view mirror met an untimely fate when it collided at 45 mph with someone s trash can that was parked too close to the curb. Said side view mirror came slamming into my passenger side window and completely obliterated it sending glass flying through the entire front of my car. Discount Auto Glass was able to order the appropriate window for my vehicle, replaced it same day, and vacuumed up the huge mess for a heck of a deal! The staff was extremely friendly and courteous and my window was replaced in less than an hour. I will continue to give them my business in the future and will recommend them to everyone.

After receiving multiple quotes on my Elantra windshield replacement, I decided to go with Discount Auto Glass due to the lowest quoted price. I dropped my car off this morning and before I even made it home, they called saying my car was ready. They definitely exceeded my expectations and I couldn t be happier with the service and the work done. I will recommend them from here on out and use them again when needed. Thank you so much!

I am a new international student at Memphis. Unfortunately, I had to replace my car windshield.But I was fortunate enough to have met Susan at the store. I had to rush to the airport and asked Susan if she can help. She tried her best, but could not schedule it that day.But she offered a great discount if I could come next week.And I go there today, all work done in 15 minutes, The price was unbelievable!Way to go! I will never go anywhere for glass other than Discount glass. U bet I will get you more of my friends!Thanks Susan

Waited a bit but the service was grand! They kept me informed on the situation with my glass from start to finish. When they started it only took about 20-30 mins. Replaced one side windshield on 2015 Cascadia. Only issue I had was he blew the glass chips instead of using a vacuum cleaner. I just swept it on out.

I used Discount Auto Glass for my business and for personal vehicles. They have been outstanding when it comes to fixing our windshields with a chip or crack. Excellent service. Driving to Crosstown on a windy day and a tree limb hit my windshield and nearly shattered it. Turned around and drove to Discount Auto Glass and they had a windshield ordered and installed within 2 hours. Very very reasonably priced. Thank you guys very much.

Awesome!!! There was a mix up in the computer so they didn't meet their appointment but when they did come out they did an awesome job plus sent me a nice little note of apology along wit the total refund of the amount I paid them. Will def. use them again.

These people were amazing! Someone broke out my back window around 10 pm last night and I texted them late around 12 just giving them a heads up and literally they responded back within 2 mins and took care of me the next morning! They were so nice and kept saying how sorry they were that this has happened to me and you can t beat the price!! I didn t expect them to respond that night since it was so late but they did! Amazing people and great prices! Couldn t have asked for better people!! Thank you soooo much for all of y all help!! They forever have my business!!
