******* UPDATE ***********Austin (the CEO of Diesel Care & Performance) called me directly today to address my complaint and make it right. FedEx had lost my package and didn't notify them (or me). Also a technical error made my emails go to the wrong place. They took care of me to make this right and fixed their technical problem once I brought it to their attention. Austin is a great guy and the passion in his voice shows his commitment to his company and more importantly, his actions show his commitment to his customers. I have changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. It is so hard to find a company that is willing to give this level of support and care to the customer. I will be happy and look forward to doing business with these guys (and/or gals) in the future and highly recommend their products.-------------------------------Original reviewI ordered a sensor 2 weeks ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. They said to use shop pay to track my order and it says shipped. When I go to FedEx to track my package, it's not even picked up yet. I emailed them twice and they haven't responded yet. I need these parts to get my work truck up and running and I'm losing money every day I don't have those parts. I will be getting a refund and not shopping here again and advise other people to not shop here.

Bought an injector replacement kit with injectors and valve cover gaskets. Both the injectors and the valve cover gaskets showed up damaged. The coating on the pig tails was chewed up I called to see what they could do and they were rude and told me there was nothing they could do they sell good parts and good parts only. I wouldn t recommend anyone using them.

First, I paid extra for their "premium" injectors with a two year unlimited mileage warranty with expedited processing. It took a month to get my order when it was supposed to be an in stock item. They had plenty of excuses along the way. When I finally got them, there was no warranty documentation or test data, or anything to document what I really received. The injectors I got were not even fully clean. I can't install them to see if they even work because they didn't send the injector cups that I ordered to along with them. They say they have a 4.9 review rating on google but if you look them up on google, it is a 3.7 and a lot of terrible 1 star reviews lately. I wasted a month of my time and don't trust what I have since there is no documentation whatsoever. You would think with a two year warranty, they would send you documentation with the serial numbers. Nope. Nothing. The gaskets weren't even on correctly so it's clear they couldn't have been properly tested after being "remanufactured". I hope you aren't reading this after you ordered.UPDATE one month later: The CEO called and left me a message as mentioned in the reply to my first review. I called back once, no answer. Called a second time, a lady told me to send the stuff back which I did. Called a third time, two weeks after my return was accepted at their dock looking for my refund. Got transferred around then was finally told the person who could help was in a closed door meeting. Asked them to call me back when the person was available. I waited all day and no call back which is what I have come to expect from these guys. They are very apologetic but that is where it ends. I suppose the only way to get my money back is to file a dispute with the credit card company. Believe me, the horror stories are true.Finally got my money back but not from them. The credit card company had to get it done.

I ordered a feed pump base off of the picture that advertised, the website had no part numbers at all just the picture. I got the pump after calling 4 different times and the pump I got was not the same as advertised and had to speak to numerous people who all blamed me. I took a screen shot of what they are advertising on the website and sent to them. Once they got it and could see what I was explaining it was then updated on the sight but they are still saying it's my fault. I also never received and invoice or shipping information until I asked for it,The staff was rude to say the least.

I ordered a 7.3 injector master kit for my 99 F-250 and let me tell you the customer service is more than superb. Weather caused some set backs when it came to getting my injectors built, but throughout the entire process the owner Austin kept contact with me the entire time to let me know what was going on with my order and a shipping estimate. Overall a 11/10 experience and I will continue to buy and part I need for my 7.3 through Diesel Care and Performance! Thanks to everyone that helped get my injectors pushed through as quick as you did!

Horrible customer service. I had an injury and took a few weeks longer to get my core injector pump back, maybe 3 weeks late. I understood the fee they would assess because of this. They charged me the full amount for not returning the core. They have been sitting on my core for 2 months. Ive called 3 times, first time some guy says only one person can do the refund because it was late. Second time I get a machine. Third time I got the right person, puts me on hold and after a few minutes I get sent to voicemail. They don't respond to emails. Worst service. One and done purchase with this company.

I broke my injector plug. On my 6 litre changing the ipr valve. Had me all stressed out. Thought I d have to change all the injectors. I googled 6.0 injector plug and bam 10 for 95 bucks to the door in two days. The ol 6.0 cracked right off. Just whistlin away like a 747. Hats off for the speedy shipping. And fair pricing

I have tried calling, e-mailing their online page every way to contact them about my order all to not be answered at all. This place is a fraud I would never buy anything from them if you do have a good lawyer. (Update) After talking to two people almost a week apart still no confirmed email confirmation like I was told I would have as soon as we were off the phone. Guess I will call again

My parts were ordered and I was told I would have them in 4 or 5 days. 2 weeks later I am now being told that fed ex has lost my parts. This company will print a shipping label so you get a notice that your product has shipped. I reccomend that you continously check your tracking to see when it actually ships. The communication about your order is no existent. Very disappointing.

Customer service and I Internet ordering made easy. Did take longer then I liked however when I called for update rep did explain that due to the snow event everything was running behind and would be caught up by end of week. Receive my order by the end of that week. FedEx did add an extra day due but I believe that was out of DCPs control. Other than that no further issues

Bought injectors months ago and still never received them. I upgrades my order so I can have them faster and still never received my injectors. They also lost my cores, UPS shows they were delivered too there store in Memphis. I will never use this company again. Spend a little more money on a quality company with better customer service.

Was not a good experience. When I received the parts the invoice was for a 7.3 Ford not a 5.9 Cummins. So there were 8 injectors instead of 6 They were for my 5.9 just an extra 2 . I sent the extras back. When I put the injectors in one was bad and I had the go to the dealership to get one anyway (extra $500 )because I couldn't wait 2 weeks for another to be shipped. Then I returned my cores in 10 days and was still charged a late fee on my credit card anyways even though they received them before the 28 day window. Injection pump and other 5 other injectors have no problems.

I purchased parts for my 6.5L Tahoe and was very happy with the quality of the refurbished parts. I actually had an issue with my order however, they were very responsive and worked fast to make it right. I will be returning for any future diesel parts.

Diesel Care & Performance is great!I needed injector lines for my idi E-van so for months I was robbing my scrap donar F-truck of it s injector lines and welding over the cracks that came from mangling them to fit the van, and for months I was also searching far and wide for new or used E-van injector lines. Diesel Care & Performance had the best price out of the only three manufactures in the nation to offer these lines.I bought their injector line kit it fit perfectly . it worked perfectly and look like they re strong enough to give my van another 340k

There was a significant wait between when my order was placed and when it was filled. I called them for multiple status updates' with a considerable wait time some days.I was impressed that they always answered eventually with forthright answers to my questions and my parts arrived earlier than estimated.I will use them for all my diesel parts needs moving forward.

BUYER BEWAREThe only reason they get a 1 star is because you can not give a 0 star. I bought the product then a week later called to see where my parts was. I was told they had not shipped yet. I then paid $120 for overnight freight and still had to wait another week to get my parts. The oil standpipes didn't have the threads cut to the end so they was unuseable. You will not catch me ordering from this company ever again.The staff was not nice when I would call in

Terrible. By far the worst experience of my life shopping online. I ordered a part two weeks ago, they send out a tracking number. Except they don't send it for two weeks. After 3 days I contacted them, 5 days, 7 days 9 days. No response. Several emails and calls. Nothing. I asked to cancel my order after a few days. Instead they ignore and send a two weeks later. They ask to contact them direct if you have an issue. Yet they don't respond. Obviously I ordered my part elsewhere after a week had gone by without any response. I've never wished a review hurt a business like I do this one. Several emails, calls nothing.

Parts are good quality, lead time for reman parts is excessive. They need to communicate that before hand so it doesn't leave customers in the dark. Ordered injectors 2/10 the arrived 4/4 just an FYI.

Very poor customer service!!! I ordered a part and paid for overnight shipping. The part came late and was wrong one. I have sent them emails and heard nothing back. Not happy at all with these people

Had an incident and management has contacted me and making tremendous efforts to rectify. Small businesses struggle harder so the fact that I was" important enough" of a customer to save speaks highly of their company. Thank you for your efforts and look forward to future business with diesel care. Will update when everything is completed and my truck is running down the road.... integrity is hard to find now a days but I think I've found it.

So far it has been good. It took a little longer than expected to get my injectors shipped out but when ever I would call to check they were courteous, polite and professional.
