100% satisfied.From the initial inquiry, the customer service was exceptional. (I wish I could remember her name) Very friendly, very informative and helpful with the entire process. Our vehicle was being repaired and covered by another insurance related to an accident. I had many questions that they were very knowledgeable about. To make things more confusing, there were 2 insurances because, well Memphis. Zero issues and everything was smooth.RC was the main contact when dealing with the repair process and he was fantastic. Kept us updated every step of the way, helped when it came to rental questions. Informed us of everything up front. Nothing to hide and a respectable business. So happy that we chose DeSoto and would come back without hesitation.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting, Body & Trim

Desoto Collision Center Bartlett is the best auto repair Center that I have ever frequented, their staff of professional, courteous, caring and knowledgeable team deserves nothing but 5-Stars. DESOTO Collision Center treated my GMC Sierra like it was their own and I never had to wonder what stage of repair that my Vehicle was ever in, MacKenzie was queen of thoroughness and I'm very Happy! I took my Car to Desota Collision on Hwy 64 in Bartlett. They blew me away with there professionalism. Makenzie Mathis is awsome. She set the expectations and over delivered. She kept me updated all the way thru. It was finish 6 days before the deadline. The shop did an icredible job. The attetion to detail. I would recommend this shop to every one. I would give them 10 stars Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Desoto Auto Collision on Highway 64 did an amazing & incredible job in repairing my car - I felt like I was driving a new car when I left. Richard was my advisor through the entire thing and he was Great, too!! I highly recommend them!!

Missing bolt not using oem parts and I have to return on the first time I inspected and was missing gasket and bumper not even alignment. One month later is making noise and they didn t put a bracket for the front bumper and missing plastic covers. Please never bring your vehicle to this place.

Perfect experience at Desoto Collision. My service manager, Dennis, did an excellent job of keeping me informed on the repairs to my vehicle and where they were throughout the process. He made it as painless as possible and my car came back looking brand new. Highly recommend!

Richard was the main person I interacted with here. He answered all of my questions and helped communicate with the insurance company. They did a great job on my body and trunk repairs. The car was in such good condition when I went to pick it up; the paint looked like new and they cleaned the entire exterior. Great work, good communication on the updates, and got it back to me in a decent time frame.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Had my car brought in to swap out a cracked headlight, not only did they clean the entire car from top to bottom but I think my brakes are also somehow working better?????? Definitely not a Collision Center more of a scratch and dent repair. Waste my time and money. Had my car towed to this company and they never even gave me an estimate. They literally sat in their chair and looked at my car out of the window and said my car needed to be totaled. I sent my car to a REAL collision center and they quoted me a price and time. Definitely do not recommend this company: Specifically the one located 7601 Hwy 64 Memphis, TN 38133.

I was really pleased with the repairs that were done on my car. I have a 2016 Nissan Altima and by the time I got it back, it looked brand new! Richard Moore was in charge of making sure all of my repairs were handled accordingly and I can truly say that I am extremely grateful for his supervision. I have absolutely no regrets and if my car was damaged again, I'd definitely revisit this location and work with Richard.

I never write reviews, but this place needs a great one!I was rear ended on a Saturday and began the claims process on my Jeep through the other person's insurance on Monday. I called her company for 3 and a half days leaving 7 voicemails that were never returned. When I finally got to the adjuster that was "assigned to my claim", she was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Their customer's car was already in a body shop being repaired and I was told it would be 7-10 business days before they could get to mine. I was told I had to have them an estimate in their hands before I could get a rental car and was hung up on. I called Desoto Collision because they were recommended by 2 different Jeep dealerships. Lexi answered and was wonderful right off the bat! I told her the whole story and she told me "that it was unacceptable and that she would get it handled and give me a call back". Not even 15 minutes later, Lexi called back with a reservation for a rental car and all the instructions on what I needed to do to bring my Jeep to drop off after hours. She went above and beyond customer service handling a problem that I'd been fighting for days. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

Best experience ever. Extremely satisfied. It was a minor repair and they got me in and out the same day and kept the cost very affordable. Great people very knowledgeable and personable. Used this business years ago and service great. Today not so much. Nice lady at front desk welcomed me when she finished phone call. She was great. The same can't be said about the young lady that was instructed to help me. She came out, sat at her desk and ignored me. Made a phone call, talked to a guy in the back, talked to managers, I assumed sent an email or to but didn't acknowledge my presence. She didn't even look into general direction when I left. I'm gonna assume it's just her bad service because I've been here and referred other to her because they were great.Service: Body & Trim

The staff here is great, professional and always quick with an answer. Sometimes when I'm calling a place I feel I'm being a bother just asking for an update on something but every rep I spoke with was more than happy to help even if it was a question I had asked them only a few days prior. Once I got an update from my insurance company that my car was going to be totaled the rep I worked with at Desoto helped me get my tag and my the last moments with my car fun as well as memorable. I will certainly offer my recommendation to friends/family who need work done since Desoto clearly prides themselves on going that extra mile to make the experience efficient and pleasant.

DO NOT USE DESOTO COLLISION!! They are not a body shop and terrible at what they say they can do! I would give them ZERO STARS if I could! My bumper fell off about a mile after I left their shop because they didn't put any clips or bolts back in it and it took them 4 days to just put the bumper on! They wont call you and give you any updates on your vehicle like they say they will then when you call and check on it they act like they have no idea what's going on! After waiting for 4 days they said it would be ready after 4pm so I showed up at 4:05pm of course it's not ready and had to sit and wait for another hour just for my bumper to fall off!! DON'T USE DESOTO COLLISION!!!

Mackenzie was very nice and very professional, and she kept me in the loop every step of the way. They were very fast with the work and my car looks great! If I need work done again in the future, I will definitely be going back!

Desoto is literally the best collision center in the Memphis area. I have used them twice and they are always so nice, and helpful, and reasonable as well. McKenzie is the sweetest and they seriously make you feel like family. If you need somewhere to take your car that you can trust, they will get the job done!

I had my car fixed here and they did amazing work! My car is perfect! They also had someone take me to get my rental car and picked me up when my car was ready. They washed and cleaned it. My car was ready in a week, which impressed me due to the severity of my wreck. I definitely recommend!

Excellent job Desoto on hwy 64. Front staff was welcoming and friendly. Actually, had me laughing and in a better mood after walking in from my vehicle being in a wreck. When I picked up my truck it looked perfect. They even cleaned it up and also helped take care of something the insurance would not pay for.

I can't say enough good things about this place! A deer hit the side of my car on a Thursday night. We were supposed to board a cruise in NOLA on Saturday morning. Desoto Collision made it happen! I called my insurance and by Friday morning my car was dropped off for repair and we were in a rental headed to our cruise. When we returned my car was good as new. The customer service was amazing as well. Desoto Collision definitely went above and beyond!

My car was placed in the shop there on 4/13/ 19. It had damage to the front bumper and headlight. The same color that was on the front bumper was on the door.The adjuster said it was unrelated to the accident. She went around and marked things on the trunk and passages side of the car.I come to pick it up after a month of being in the shop and the door still has the dent in it and the color of the object that was ran over.The shop said that it was unrelated to the accident. Dam lie!!!Not only that while in the shop my rear quarter panel got bent and scratched.I paid the deductible $$$$ and still got a car that looks the same as it was when I came in.DSC sucks never again!!

I went to this place thru Geico, i had an appointment at 8 A.M but i went there prior to my appointment and i was served with no questions asked. They had all the paperwork setup for my case and didn t took too long to give an estimate(roughly around 10minutes). Employee handling my case is so kind. This is way better than service king in terms of cost and service.

Richard is the best at what he does. I ve never had adisappointing moment whether it s big or small. Whenever I have collision services that need to be rendered my thoughts are never to go anywhere else but Desoto Collision on Hwy 64 to see Richard. I m always sending referrals because I know they will be satisfied with the services rendered. Long term commitment to the Best . One of a kind, business professional, straight forward and always aiming to please. Go to Desoto Collision on Hwy 64, you want be disappointed. I would recommend Desoto Collision Center in Cordova, Tn. I was able to get the best Tech to work on my car and I would recommend to use him as well. They did an amazing job fixing my car after it was in an accident. They would constantly keep me informed on what was going on with my car and I wouldn t take my car anywhere else.

-5 stars I would NOT recommend anyone to Desoto Collision on 64. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was told I would get 2-3 day updates. Well, NEVER once heard from them, I had to call and get my own updates and some of the time they couldn't even locate my car. I call a day before my vehicle is SUPPOSED to be done. The guy asked if I was calling the RIGHT location?!? Strike 1, now I am thinking my car is lost or someone is just joyriding it. Which is totally NOT okay!! Okay, so my car is finalized and waiting for insurance to view and release it. Guess what?!?!? They forgot to put on, what I was told from Geico, 1,000 brackets were missing. Strike 2, are you or are you not a Body Shop. How do you miss that?!? Wait another week. Here we are another week later and Desoto says they are done, waiting on insurance again. Well, Geico Rep comes out and there is a parking light malfunction. STRIKE 3!!! Here we go waiting even MORE days. WORST experience ever and I do NOT recommend anyone to go there. I was told 2 weeks and here I am a month later just now receiving my car. Talked to the supervisor and that didn't go anywhere.
