I took my Car to Ron 2 times and Both times He did an EXCELLENT job! He promised me when he's done my Car would look Brand New! It Did it was PERFECT! It looks Better than when I bought it He take his time and Explain Everything to you and He's very Reasonable Dents Away is the BEST Repair Shop in Memphis Tennessee HANDS DOWN! Thank You Ron

I originally came in to have a paintless dent repair performed via my insurance company.. While there,I inquired about some scratches on my driver door. I was quoted an extremely reasonable price and proceeded to make an appointment for just a few days later.. I waited while they worked and couldn't believe that they were able to finish an entire door within two and a half hours! It was dry, ready to go, and It looked like new again!Their level of professionalism, expertise, and expediency can't be beat! I will definitely be going back!Thank you again, Dents Away.

Someone backed into my truck and I originally went here for some paintless dent repair. They attempted the paintless dent repair and we're not happy with the outcome so we ended up doing a full repair at an extremely fair price. The people here are super friendly and great to work with. Give them time to do the job right in the results are excellent. I would highly recommend this shop

Did an amazing job on my Snow White! I had a minor accident and need some passenger side work done. Let's just say my car looks like it just came off the showroom floor! Awesome customer service and overall work!

We attempted to have a ding removed from the quarter panel of our car. We scheduled an appointment and when we arrived at 8am on a Tuesday, no one was there. We waited for over an hour, got fed up and left. We later called to check to reschedule (we understand unfortunate circumstances). The man explained he had a medical issue and asked to reschedule as he had to close that day. We rescheduled for a week later. We finally were able to get in and the ding is better but very obvious that it remains present. It looks less like a ding and more like a ripple. We paid and chalked it up as a lesson learned. The establishment was FILTHY and shady looking as the surrounding area. There was also no place to park. We will be heading to MidSouth Dent Pro next week instead.

I had a close friend use this business to repair her vehicle that was hurricane damaged. Her car still has damages not repaired after this business having her vehicle in their shop for over 2 months. The owner lacks business acumen and fraudulently charged for new parts that were not replaced. They made multiple promises that the card would be ready but each time the work was incomplete and definitely not satisfactorily repaired. I would not recommend this business to anyone who expects grade A repairs or professional service!

Took my truck in for a dent on the bed. Said that it could not be fixed by paintless dent repair and look right so they gave me a price to do body work and repaint. The price was good so we decided to add the front grill and bumper which had paint chips from rocks and road debris. Showed up to pick the truck up the first time and the bumper still had chips out of it. Second time it had severe pits and sand marks plus runs in the paint... the third time it still had pits and sand marks.. after that I gave up.. I don't believe that Ron and the person working with him know what they are doing. After three times repainting it still looks like a backyard job. Now it will probably cost a couple thousand to fix the damage caused by them.. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!! Pay the extra money and go to a reputable shop....Service: Body & Trim

I took my 2011 Honda Civic to Dents Away to have several dings worked on today, when they got done my car looked as good as new! They did an excellent job all around. Very affordable too. Brian and Ashley were very professional. Thanks!

Mr. Ron is honest, humble, and passionate about the work he does to ensure satisfied customers. The name is an understatement of the collision services offered- not only do Dents Away repair substantial repairs, but Ron goes above and beyond to make sure it's done right.

Do not visit this location. They are not professional and they don t do good work. Just a bunch of lies. I took my car in and it didn t get fixed. Just a waste of my time. They should just close! Unprofessional. Unreliable. I made an appointment to get my car worked on, but when I brought my car up here, doors locked and lights off. Instead of calling and letting me know they would be closed, I had to drive all the way here to find out. Since Brian retired, the business has gone down hill.

Dents-Away did an excellent job for my 2002 Thunderbird. The people were just great. Recommend everyone to go to Dents-Away. You will leave a very satisfied customer.

All staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Had large dents from a car backing into rear door. Dents were removed perfectly! Can't tell accident even happened!!
