These are the worst people. Mechanic is drunk every day. The owner cares for socializing and not the business. My roommate worked there and his tools were all "stolen". Well if they steal from their employees then how do you think they're going to treat the public?

I enjoyed the families' personalities. They were very welcoming. As I described my situation to the man at the counter, I was offered a diagnostic, in which I would be charged $99, $109 including tax. This doesn't contribute to the issue being fixed, if identified. I went ahead and agreed to this, due to the level of concern I had about my vehicle.I proceeded to wait hours for my car to be hooked up for a diagnostic, and when they got to me later that afternoon (it was two others before me), there was a quick "check" and then the man proceeded to tell me that my car was basically at its end of shelf life and they can't fix what needed to be done. I was HIGHLY recommended to start looking into another vehicle.I have always taken care of my car and it is a 2014; not "old" at all. His mother didn't necessarily agree with what he stated was wrong with my car also. They insisted that I take it to my dealer.I proceeded to ask for the print-out of the diagnostic, as I noticed he started the conversation with "Based on what you told me, and MY thoughts are...". He said that he couldn't give me a print out. Sir, this was the whole reason for me coming to you all. I should have been made aware that you weren't able to provide a print-out, beforehand. I should have been given some other alternative of viewing the diagnostic or turned away. How do I know if a diagnostic was actually ran, or if the problem is really what you suggested? As a result, it wasn't. It was a rather simple issue in the end, and of MUCH, MUCH lesser value. Thank the Lord!I understand that not everyone may be able to find the problem. My issue is that I felt "ripped off" and paid $109 for an opinion, basically. There was no evidence of anything. I came here because it was highly recommended by a few people I know. I did inform them of my visit and they were very disappointed about my experience, also.For future reference, please inform people if you cannot provide a print-out of the diagnostic. I wasted my time and money. Thankfully, my issue ended up being minor and I was able to get my car serviced elsewhere.

A great place to get my vehicles serviced. The staff are all friendly and courteous and are very knowledgeable about both older and newer cars.The prices for service and parts are very reasonable and they recommend only the service that it needs. These are the only car care people that I recommend.They do more than just tires and their service includes oil changes, light duty electrical, as well as brake service. Of course, each case is based on the individual's car need.On a side note, there is a business next door that closed down and one of the Google reviews writer seemingly put their comment on the wrong business. Don't let that discourage your opinion of this place due to its highly possible inaccuracy. David's Tire and Battery have always been super nice to everyone that walks in.They speak Spanish too for those who need it. That is a plus as well.Bottom line: Everyone that visits is a new friend and future repeat customer. Good work done at a good price.

I really had a great experience at this shop! The mechanics were honest and very prompt about their work. The pricing is pretty good too! Check them out for yourself people! You won t regret it! Honest mechanics are hard to come by!

Wouldn t recommend because prices are too high. I was told one price in the phone then when I got there I was told, I don t know who you spoke with !, by the person I had just spoken with Only got ones star cause I had too. My true rating is no stars!

Purchased 2 trailer tires. Didn't even make it 80 miles and had a blow out on the new tire. I took tire back and they would not warranty it. Very disappointing from a small business that i always try to support. They did offer me a discount for replacement, but i had already spent $230 for 2 tires. I did research and the tire was less than $40 on line. Doesn't include mounting, but....They were pleasant to work with in the beginning, but do not back their product at all!

I only had to get my tire pressure checked and was greeted with a warm smile by Mr Charles. He was also the first person ever to put those caps on that had been missing on my tires for at least 4 years. So glad it is close by and I will definitely recommend this place to anyone.

They are the ones who installed the faulty tire)rim I purchased from Z's tire shop. After I returned and described how badly my van was driving after the installment, they test drive it, took it off & diagnosed the fact that Z Tire's had sold me a rim that didn't fit my van they then got my original tire to speed and re-installed it. I only paid $12 and they 1. Took off the original tire and diagnosed why it was running low 2. Installed the rim/tire from Z's Tire's 3. Test drove my van 4. Diagnosed problem with Z's tire/rim 5. Fixed my original tire and replaced t back on van....all while smiling, being in good humour and displaying a caring attitude AND giving phenomenal customer service for $12 needless to say, I'll be purchasing a full set of tires from them next month and will NEVER patronize a ghetto, shade tree tire dealer again. It's not just for their service folks, David's Tire Center is run by people who treat their employees fabulously AS well as their customers.

If I could give them ZERO Stars, I would! I had previously done business here, and it was okay. They were decent people. I went to purchase 2 tires. I was told that I needed to replace all the tires due to the age of the tires. Left my car to get the work done, they called me and said that my back wheel bearing were going back and that they need to be replaced before the tires could be properly aligned. Okay, cool. Replaced the bearing, my car is making a "whooshing" noise at normal speed. When I drive at a slow rate of speed it is louder. Took my car back up there, and he wanted to tell me that it was everything, but a possible issue with the bearings. Even we so far as to say that if it is the bearings, it will get louder. Sir, I spent my good money with you all and this is your game. Tried to say it was the breaks and then just regular new tire noise. Nah my man, there is an issue with the car. So after the round and round with him, he got real nasty. I asked if I took my car somewhere else and it was the bearings, will the pay the bill. He said no, I think that your car was making the noise before you came here and you want me to fix it for free. I told him then that I hope the Lord blesses him for beating people out of their money and not performing the repairs properly on their vehicles. I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE.

Real friendly and chatty. After waiting an hour for a set of 4 tires. They hand you the keys and tell you, "wheel alignment was not included, need to come back for a wheel alignment. Alignment is $69.95."

This is a place I recommend first . They know how to do a wheel alignment on foreign cars instead of acting like they can. The service was very excellent. The management are very nice and they know what they are talking about I love this place and will come back for any other services thank you

Found out about this best kept secret from a friend! Knowledgeable, caring family-owned business and they beat out all other tire prices I checked on in the area dot-dot-dot Pep Boys, Firestone, etc.

Very unprofessionalI was told to wait for a hr & a half for them only to close the doors, and I was returning for a bad stem they put in my tire on a prior visit I wouldn t recommend to anyone
