Thanks for the fast and great service. We broke a spring on our fifth wheel trailer on our way back to Canada. One phone call and they took us right in and fixed us up.Thanks for the great service

What a life saver. They got us back on the road in 20 minutes. We have a bumpy tale to tell. We were on our way from Texas to Indiana. We hit some really bumpy roads between Little Rock and Memphis. When we got to our stopping point we noticed that a shackle on our fifth wheels equalizer was broken. After calling a dozen shops and either getting nowhere or being told we were 2 weeks out. We were finally referred to Custom Springs. They understood our issue and said they could have us fixed the next morning. Thanks to John and Daniel for helping us and getting us back on the road. Amazing job.

Had a mishap with our dump trailer. Broke leaf spring. It is literally taking longer to submit this review than it took for their staff to have me a new leaf spring and U bolts. And the price was fair too. GREAT JOB

We were on a cross country trip when we lost the dust cap on one of the wheel bearings on our travel trailer. This caused the bearings and the electric brakes to be destroyed and ruined the axle spindle. After many calls to find parts and repair, we were finally directed to Custom Spring. They had all the parts that we needed and were able to replace the spindle on the axle in one day allowing us to continue our trip. Incredible service! Thanks to John for all his help and expertise. If you need trailer parts in Memphis, Custom Springs is the place to go!

Was recommended to me by a friend and they did not disappoint. They fixed my tandem axel boat trailer in 2 days. (New hubes, springs, shackles, bushings and a spindle repair) You cant beat the quick turnaround and quality of work. On top of that, my trailer light wires were hanging and they reconnected them all for me.Super nice people and A plus service. Will drive up from Oxford to have them work on any of my trailers from now on.

Excellent company and super friendly people! I had a pair of pickup truck leaf springs worked on and the ride height turned out exactly as I requested it. Amazing work at a great price. I will definitely be back if I need them again!

Was on a cross country trip with my travel trailer when one of the leaf springs bent along with the axle. Come to find out the RV companies put poor quality on these trailers. The guys took care of replacing the axle and leaf springs in a short amount of time and got me back on the road. Great team and service.

Let me start off by saying that I rarely write reviews. It s one of those things I say I ll do, but I never get around to it. This review is one I can t postpone. My experience with this company is by far the most impactful I ve ever had.My brother and I drove from Texas to Nashville and along the way our 20ft trailer lost a wheel in Memphis. We were in the worst part of town and we couldn t get a tow truck out to get us in the middle of the night. We tried to fix it, but the spindle was busted, so we camped out in our truck to protect our trailer and $50,000 of inventory(shoes) we had on it.We were prepared to ship everything back to Texas and return home with our tail between our legs until the people at Fox Plaza Auto Care recommended we go to Custom Spring & Trailer. When we got there we informed them of our situation and they jumped right up at the opportunity to give us a helping hand. A couple hundred dollars and two hours later we were Nashville bound. They saved us big time!!!If Google had a sixth star to rate businesses for Godly acts Custom Spring & Trailer would have earned it today!Thank you Custom Spring & Trailer for giving us a helping hand in our time of need.Genuinely,Brian

I brought in my old 2000lb axle wanting to get a custom width 3500lb axle for my expedition trailer. Spoke with Roger about it and left. Was shocked to get a call less than 24 hrs later telling me it was already completed. Not only does it look badass but it was alot cheaper than I was expecting. Great group of people! I highly recommend them.

These people have done suspension work on both my truck and 41 ft. fifth wheel. They are very knowledgeable, professional, and fair in their price. They also have gotten my work done the same day. Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic people!! I was on my way through Tennessee when one of the axles on my 5th Wheel basically disintegrated. After a few phone calls I located Custom Springs & Trailer Repair and they indicated that they may have the EZ-Lube bearing that I needed. As It turned out the bearing was the wrong size so they allowed me to remain on site until the next day when they totally rebuilt the axle. Absolutely fantastic people!! Haven't had a problem with it since!! Very few businesses will do something that extensive while very busy with other projects, on the spot with no notice. I can't thank them enough.

Had a tire with brake drum attached break loose at the bearing running the spindle in the process. Took it to John and he had all the parts needed to get the trailer fix and back on the road by lunchtime. Great service and job well done!

Amazing service and great quality products. Went to several auto parts stores, all the big ones anyway, and could not get the right center pin. Either it didn't exist or they didn't have it and it would have to be ordered. Custom Springs knew exactly what i was talking about and had the part in my hand in 2 minutes. Thank you!

I called Memphis spring shop about replacing rear blocks on my truck. The staff was very friendly and helpful over the phone and the shop. They did a great job on my truck and I will definitely be back in the future!

Awesome place to get spring work done. They replaced a leaf spring in no time right before we had to get on the road and travel 12 hours. Great people to deal with.
