They did an absolute great job! Very quick! They were so nice and very great communication! Would definitely recommend! They left my vehicle clean inside and out!The picture below is a before.

Absolute TRASH. The exterior quality of the vehicle was fair, but they left my interior incredibly dirty with a film all over the vehicle. They also lost one of my floor mats. They could not find the floor mat so they replaced it. Upon taking it for them to look at the film inside they claimed they had 'never seen anything like it before' and the manager called her director. The director and manager told me there was nothing they did that could've caused that and did nothing to fix the situation. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. RUDE PEOPLE, BAD SERVICE.

Service King does only insurance claims. They are more concerned with satisfying the insurance company. They are not concerned with any of your request. Customer satisfaction for insurance company and no customer satisfaction for you. There is no reason to explain all the details . Just wanted to express my experience with this auto body company. You can also read many unhappy reviews and just ask around town and you will receive alot of negative talk about this company . The first advisor I talked to quit her job. I used them because my insurance company pressured me into it. But, at the end of the day somebody has got to do it. I just feel for people

Picked my car up 12/8/2023. 2 weeks later my bumper is coming apart like a puzzle. Took it back the first week in February for them to put my bumper back together and address the issue where my side piece under my passenger side doors is gone. Was told they were gonna reach out to the insurance company and still haven't heard back from them 3 weeks later. I wouldn't recommend anyone use this place. Terrible customer service. Now it's time for litigation. Covington pike location

Wish I could rate lower than a 1, an absolute complete set of idiots working in this department. Don t bother coming here expecting your car repaired in any timely manner. Constantly called and asked for an update just to be kept pushed off another week for 2 months straight before deciding an official dealership service shop to deal with the issue. COULD HAVE DONE THAT SINCE DAY ONE, awful attitude, awful service, and I will NOT be recommending this site to anyone

Update: 1/15/2020It will not allow me to post a picture, but it has almost been a year, and the paint is peeling off the front bumper. They used and aftermarket bumper, and not original equipment. The bumper was not primed or prep. It's going to cost another 1300 to get it done right!Update: 2/20/2019I spoke with a member of management, who offered reimbursement for my additional expenses. However, he failed to realize it is not about the money, but the principles. He offered no apology, and went as far to accuse me of making false accusations. Simply because I refused to take their money. It is not all about money for every person. Respect means more to some people then money. A simple apology for my inconvenience in time and money, would have meant the world. I would have rather him not call, then to call with such an attitude and nasty demeanor. I didn't write a review to shun them from the public, I merely stated the facts of my experience! I do thank the VP that had him to call to attempt to make reparations, however poor his attempt was!The vehicle was not ready on time. When I did pick it up, the vehicle was not fixed correctly. Took another month for them to fix the vehicle, and still not right. I contacted there corporate office, and was informed the someone would get back to me. I never heard from them. My insurance and I pay over 7,000.00 to service king, and the quality, workmanship, and customer service was not worth it at all. I have spent more of my own money to get the vehicle fixed correctly. Do not use the place!

as a start: the paint is run, the car was not cleaned, it came with more damage to the paint than it had, dented the roof sheet, left grass marks the roof had impeccable, the seatbelts no longer work do not adjust, the protective plastics do not work, the driver's mirror did it. It has marks or scratches on the polisher damaged the paint, I think they are not professional.No vayan a este servicio.. es pesimo.

I dropped my car off for repair at the Covington Pike local three months after I was in a wreck last year. My insurance company agreed to pay 30 days of carrental which was extended an extra 8 daysdue to the adjuster taking so long to approve the upcharges for additional work.It is now March 27th, 41 days after I dropped off the car. They say they are waiting on backorder parts of a valve coverand gasgets. They weren't sure if or when they would be getting these parts.I called two local Nissan dealers repair shops and was told by both that they had these parts in stock AND if they had to order them it would only be 24 hour delay.It seems to me that I am being lied toabout the statis of my repairs. Especially when I know these parts are available in town. This location seems to think that they can say anything and get by with it.I returned my rental car today because Irefuse to pay almost $30 per day to driveless than five miles to get dinner. I toldEnterprise to enjoy the four days of rental that I had to pay and I would NEVER use their company again. Another rip-off.I am now without a car or any transportation, but I will definitely be contacting the manager at Service King tomorrow. This is an intolerable situation and they don't seem to care about theproblems this is causing me.I told my All-State agent that they should no longer refer anyone to Service King in the future since they are so incompetent.I also checked the Complaints against this company and they had to reduce the number of complaints to 50% percent of those written because there were so many.Service: Body & Trim

I have nothing but great things to say about them. I received great customer service as soon as I walked through the door to the very end of them repairing my vehicle in such a timely manner. Lori(I believe that was her name) kept me informed on a daily basis on the status of my truck. Thank you ALL so very much!

I had a great and effortless experience. I just dropped my car off and they had the rental car people bring the rental car to me. They finished on time. Actually, sooner than they thought. I just had to leave my rental with them and take my car home. Everything was easy and smooth. It s very stressful when you have to take your car in for repairs but I had no stress and had my car back quickly and it looks fantastic. My rear bumper was really messed up by someone who came out in front of me with metal falling out of their truck. Took it to Service King and they did a wonderful job repairing my number. They not only repaired my bumper but they did washed an cleaned the inside.Great Job!Service: Body & Trim

Codi, Laura put up a good front of been nice. These ladies lied to me when I got my car back it was making noise I called back the next day and told them this information. Codi was like know problem bring the car back and we will take care of it we just need 24hrs. Which turned into 2 weeks after having my car for 3 1/2 months. After calling several times they gave me around and did not fix my car. They begged me to give a good review and promise to fix my car I spoke to corporate office and still awaiting a response. Very unsatisfied with this service. WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.Services: Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting

This is my second experience with Service King s Covington Pike location. (Unfortunately, my cars have been a favored ramming target since I moved to Memphis!) Both times, Service King made an otherwise unpleasant situation incredibly positive. Each member of the team I interacted with was polite, professional, and engaging. The communication I received throughout the repair process was absolutely stellar. Moreover, the work was completed early. The trunk was as good as new and the added touches the wash, Armor All on the wheels, the rigorous interior cleaning due to pandemic precautions were appreciated. While I certainly hope I don t need to use their services again, if I do, I will know exactly where to go! And I will continue to recommend them without hesitation. This place is so ridiculous, my father has had his truck in this shop for OVER A MONTH! Been going back and forth saying the parts are on back order and then had the audacity to text him (not even call) but a TEXT to LOOK FOR THE PART HIMSELF! Like what the heck! This is YOUR job not his! And then insurance isn t offering anymore rental service because of course it s been over a month! This is ridiculous!! No call, no nothing! So much lack of communication and this whole situation is just ridiculous. He has a M-F job that he attends to, this place could AT LEAST pick up the phone when he does call or CALL BACK when he leaves a message!

I went to service king for an estimate after my car was vandalized12/22. Service king lied to my insurance company for 5 weeks as they were submitting the estimate. After 36 days Lori tells me they will not submit my estimate . They suck.

Service King is the best. They kept me informed on my vehicle the whole process. I didn't have to call them not once, they contacted me the whole way. My car was finished on time and everything. If I could give this place a negative 1 I would. They are unprofessional and completely incompetent. My husband had an accident in his 2021 VW Arteon in October of 2021. All-State (our insurance company) recommended that the car be taken there for repairs. So it was. When the car was returned to my husband it was NOT in pre accident condition. It seemed to need an alignment because it would not drive straight. The driver side wheel was pushed inward like it was when he was hit. He called to inform them of this and they stated that it may need a new control arm and strut. Okayyyy guess when they were able to get the car in to take care of this? In March! They never reached out to my husband to see about getting the car back in. He had to reach out to them. Then when he took the car to them they guaranteed that the car would be repaired and back to him the next day. Well it wasn't. My husband was without transportation for about a week. During this time service king and all-state were going back and forth about who would supply my husband a rental and when. Which he never got. My husband asked for his car back but they refused because they said the car was not safe to drive. Then a day later they said they would deliver the car to him because they weren't sure what was wrong with it and it was safe enough to drive for now. WHATTTT!!! They told him before that they had changed the control arm which they did not because my his own inspection and the parts they claimed they changed looked old and the frame is off. Now if he can see that from his inspection how can't they when they are the professionals? I wouldn't take my 5 year old daughter's bike to this place. The front desk people don't know anything and like to talk in circles. It's okay to admit you don't know what you're doing and let our car go to someone who does. You release a car that isn't safe for my husband to drive! Would you want your mom, dad, wife, or children riding around in a vehicle like that? A lot of people may ride around like that but it's not acceptable! Service King should be ashamed of themselves.

Very professional, dropped my truck off for repairs, from an accident. They kept me up to date on the repairs, and was able to pick my truck on the date and time that they promised. Couldn't be happier, looks just like the day I took it off the lot brand new.Service: PaintingService: Painting

Customer Service is attentive but is a work in progress. I dont like the idea, if one is complaining the customer is placed on speaker fone as if I or customers dpnt kno that person we are complaining about or others are listening. We are paying patrons. Anything i complain about I will repeat to that employee. I will say the employees will rectify anything brought to their attention. I will update after i have inspected my vehicle thoroughly. The employees showed alot of patience w/my short patience. I was left uninformed, not updated & waiting 3 different times on 3different days that my car was suppose to be ready. The date changed 3times. That was understandable as long as it was fixed correctly. But, just keep me,the customer informed well before time not after pick up time has passed & business closing time.I will say my vehicle was so clean & shiny!! Cleanier than drop off. The employees were still professional & accommodating even after we had some very disagreeable moments. I will return as of now if their services are needed. Fast friendly check in service. Greetings upon entry.Clear communication about the repair process. Curb side or pull up drop off available. Less than 1/4 to rental place so convenient. Clean. Covid friendly. Staff in masks. Took pics of my car and made we were on the same page as far as repairs needed and existing marks scratches etc.. Discussed how long and updates to be expected.. Appt was at 9am. I arrive 30 min early was still assisted and out in less than 20 min

I just picked up my Toyota Tundra truck and am extremely pleased with the work that was done. Not only does the ten year old truck now look factory new, but the customer service was timely and the communication with phone and text messaging a real bonus. In addition to being pleased with the body work, I was pleasantly surprised that the entire truck was cleaned inside as well as out. Thank you very much for good service.

Faster than expected time frame for repairs. Same quality work as the more expensive locations that claim to be top of the line professionals and the repair costs are less than those others. I don't know if the competitors clean the inside of your vehicle at the end but these guys do and did a great job at that. I know who to go to if any body work is needed for my vehicles in the future...

Took my car into service King because it is where my insurance recommended me to take it. I have used them before with no issues but for some reason this time was way different then the last. Maybe its because I had to use this location instead of the Bartlett one. Either way I had my bumper repaired and the under carriage cover that goes behind it. This was done in May 2020. I have had to go back up there twice to have them repair it. The first time the pieces that hold the cover on were not correctly and tightly placed so their solution to fix it was using zip ties until they could get the part it. Mind you I was driving on the interstate when it detacted from my car and was then dragging the entire way down the interstate. I waited and waited to hear that my part was in hoping to soon have the zip ties removed. Come September still nothing. So because I use my car for work etc I could never get around to seeing decent weather where I could go back and demand it be fixed. Because frankly I didn't wanna stand in the cold or extreme heat because they don't have an available waiting area because of covid. No awning nothing! So finally the piece detached again because the zip ties gave out. Eventually my tire rubbed a hole in this cover and it is falling off again! Went back again in December and pictures were taken part was ordered but they in return charged my insurance again for a part they messed up do to neglect. I have been waiting now for a day I am not working and the weather is nice so I can HOPEFULLY have it repaired correctly.Service: Body & Trim
