Every time I go to Memphis I stay here. Understanding demographics nowhere in Memphis is safe. Compared to other hotels this one was the only one without bug infestation problems. You either stay in Memphis or stay far out in another city and make the drive.Gated parking lot, and no problems while we were there. Also, shopping center with plenty of food options next door. Target nearby

Front desk attendant was absolute jerk. She was FaceTiming the entire time with someone, made it clear I was an inconvenience and gave us an absolute trash room, indicating it's the only one that they had available (We checked in 2 hours after the allowed time). There's like eight cars in the parking lot. The rooms are disgusting the bedding is torn, The smell is making my eyes water as I type this. Good luck finding where your room is as none of the outside doors are labeled. From the photos it looks like there would be like a bar or restaurant, no not at all not even a little. It is absolutely across the street from a hospital. You can hear every tiny sound ever at any point in time. The online photos are not even close to what this place is, this is like staying at a red roof inn, but worse and 3x the cost.

I had to subscribe to email promotions to pay for extra speed internet. This is not a problem in itself but they have ignored my unsubscribe messages for multiple months now.please stop emailing me!!!

Rude unprofessional front office staff. Dining service not available .. busy for a reserved celebration told to be nice when asking for a receipt for minor packaged food which could not be printed.. demeaning disrespectful staff. Not close to Marriott standard.going somewhere else..Rooms: Sheets are dirty .. not changed all week.. rude staff dull atmosphere..stay away much better other facilities available in same area.. will not return. Contacted Bonvoy ., staff needs training in customer service

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Location is by the hospital and right next to train tracks. Surprisingly, the noise is not too loud inside the rooms, and we were not disturbed during the night. While there isn't a view, the upper floors do have outside balconies, which was nice to have instead of windows that do not open. There is also an interior courtyard and outdoor pool. If I'm back in the area, I would absolutely consider staying again.

Ordered food from food court during the evening, young lady had an attitude. Based on the menu provided I ordered accordingly. She told me I was wrong after I informed her these are my options on the menu. That was the first red flag, I ordered my food with specific detailed instructions. Received the food it was cool to touch. That s strange considering the fact my choice was fried food which should have some warmth. I started eating and the food was undercooked. She said it comes precooked, I said ok not a problem I requested longer cook time with my order. I wasn t being sarcastic however all cooked food has a certain temperature to reach to kill bacteria. Clearly she doesn t like her job and customer service doesn t fit her personality. She should work where she is happy to come to work. That was $18.00 I donated to the cafe. Horrible experience in food court with during evening hours.

Stayed here two nights with my family while my husband was in town for business. Suite was spacious, bed was comfortable, access to smart TV features was nice to pull up YouTube for the toddler. Very quiet, clean, calm place to stay. Pool looked nice but it was too cold for a swim during our stay.

Please don t stay here!!! There are much better Courtyard hotels near by. The staff is horrible. I assume the crime is so bad in this area that your guests are not able to come into the hotel without you going all the way outside to get them and bring them in. That includes DoorDash orders. It s a big inconvenience. The bed is like sleeping on a rock. Overpriced!Safety: Unsafe area.

Two night business trip. Staff at the front desk were friendly and greeted me with a smile. Rooms were clean, look to be recently updated. Beds are very comfy! Had a great stay overall.

I stayed 3 nights and on the second night my roommates vehicle got vandalized in your parking lot along with 12 other vehicles. Your security guard sat parked in the back of the parking lot never maikng any attempt to patrol the lot. It was a rather deppresing and discouraging experience. I don't think I will be staying at any of your locations anytime in the future. The staff was nice though but they also didn't seem surprised that this took place.

We stayed here for 5 nights while visiting family and the hotel is very lackluster. If you are just looking for a place to sleep while you are in Memphis, this will fit the bill, just don't expect much more. The staff is very friendly, but the hotel and rooms are very outdated and only clean-ish and dusty. There are suspicious stains on the furniture, mold in the grout in the bathroom, the spray-on popcorn ceiling is falling off, the shower doesn't drain well, plus the rooms are REALLY humid. The sheets don't fit the bed/keep coming off, and our clothes and sheets are damp from lack of insulation and ventilation. The TV has streaming services but the streaming is so poor we have not been able to watch anything. It's been 90 degrees while we are here and the pool is locked up and not to be used. Location us fine - easily accessible by most roads and 240 loop. It's a safer location compared to most parts of Memphis. Bottom line: We will look elsewhere for our next visit.

From check-in to check-out, the process was seamless. The staff were professional and my room was very nice. Great location-will definitely be staying here again when visiting.Rooms: Nice size room; comfortable mattress.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel from August 2-5, 2023. My truck and motorcycle were broken into and the General Manager Scott Kent refused to comp our stay after such a traumatic incident. We ll never stay at this hotel again, and if you value your vehicles at a hotel that doesn t care, stay at your own risk!

The hotel was nice. The rooms were clean. The only thing that I didn't like is they charged me $340 when I checked into the hotel and when I left I was charged another $250 for smoking in the room when I didn't. I smoked outside on the balcony and there is no sign on the balconies saying that you can't smoke on the balconies. I will be on talking to the General Manager about that. We thought we found a hotel to come back to when we come to Memphis but, we will not be back. Y'all have lost our business. From now on we will spend our money elsewhere. Another thing we was told the bistro would be opened till 10 when we checked in and they closed at 8 so we couldn't order food and y'all don't serve a continental breakfast so my kids didn't get to eat, plus when you pay that much for a room you expect to have a free breakfast not have to pay for it. I wasn't aware of the $50 deposit when I checked in and was charged a $50 deposit.

Stayed for work travel and didn't remember id been there before until I got there. I typically try to grab Courtyards and have stayed in many.I'm titanium status traveling often and appreciated getting an email from management inquiring about my business travel needs and potential to work out a special rate if I'd be visiting often. So I took the time to fill it all out (this was a few days prior to my actual stay) and send it back. Here it is and my 4 night stay has come and gone with no response from them.The place was supposedly recently renovated but it wasn't any of the more modern furnishings I've seen in others. Small older TV's and no USB port outlets.Pretty clean but a little dingy from age.Staff was very nice people were eating at the bistro each morning.Ugg, while I know it's for safety, the parking lot is like a prison. Plenty of spots, but the keyed gates are hard to reach from your car window. The fence gate to the plaza next door with a few restaurants was chained up. You could only walk all the way out the front driveway as the other exit gate was also chained up. It made walking 5 times further than it needed to be.So convenient location for where I was going but nothing I'd be excited to book again.

Here for business. Room was clean and nicely laid out.I had to office out of the room and it was a comfortable.Bed was also comfortable.They have great water pressure so the shower was amazing.Staff was very friendly.There are several restaurants in walking distance.It felt safe. I would stay again.

I had military rate reserved through titanium Elite number. But hotel representative changed rate and was unable to go back and honor the orginal rate. Cost me little over $100 but worst part was marriott's Staff through titanium Elite services and hotel were not helpful. Titanium Elite services was horrible with email replies and any real communication. It was just overall very poor experience, felt hotel staff and "executive team" could provided better overall service. I've stayed 82 nights in marriott hotels this year and they would show this poor of service to a "valued customer " shoes it really don't matter.

My family was in Memphis for a memorial for our Mother and the staff was so kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The hotel was clean, quiet, and had gathering areas inside and outside as well as by the pool for us to gather together as we came from all over the US. Some of us had late flights and they helped the folks late in the night get settled with their rooms, snacks and drinks. Ditas was so helpful arranging a group of rooms for us. Victoria who worked days when we were there (7/8/22-7/10/22) seemed to anticipate whatever we needed and appeared instantly to help us. I was not able to read the name tag of the woman who worked overnight, but she was also very helpful getting my niece and her daughter settled as their flight was delayed. The bistro is available to purchase Starbucks brand coffee and breakfast type items. Customer service was excellent. The only thing I would suggest is that when it is time to replace linens that they get softer towels as they were quite scratchy. Hate to complain about anything for this trip, but keeping my glowing review real!

The first room that I checked into had ants all over. I called the front desk to change the room. It took them 30 mins to get me into another room. All this while I waited at the reception at 10 in the night.The other room smelled of cleaning bleach and the sheets were dirty. I didn't have the energy of going through the same drill again so I settled in.I'm not staying here again.
