There is a nail and a gash in it and I came in to repair or replace it. The guy at the front didn t verify that they even had the correct tire size, which they didn t. We had to grab something from our car after an hour and a half, and we found out they didn t check for my tire until we asked. They never got to my car and now we re in a rush to see if there is an open shop around because we have to head out today to make it for my job.

MS Vickie and her crew were incredibly helpful during our recent college tour. While we were on our way back to LA, a large blade cut 4 inches of my new tire, which had been changed only seven months ago. Fortunately, we were able to tow the car to Costco at 5 pm and they were able to replace the tire with a new one by 6 pm, saving our trip back home. We are truly grateful for their kind assistance!If you're in need of tire changing services, Costco is the ultimate destination. They provide unparalleled service and offer the best warranty in the industry, all while employing an exceptional crew.

I have used costco tire center for years and every event has been a positive experience! the regular tire rotations, the tire service/repairs, the new air pumps next to garage always positive experience - also tire purchases always have a good deal every month!

After replacing the tires, they just threw the tools in the truck, never bothered to put them where they were. They put my wheel lock key in the front glove compartment not in the key hole in the back where they got it. The plastic piece covering my truck lock was broken. Never had such a bad experience at Costco and I am very disappointed.

I had a metal object sticking out the side of my tire. I went to Costco Tire Center to get it repaired or to buy a new tire.Wes was the employee that assisted me and did a wonderful job. He explained how they patch tires, he made sure my tire size was in stock, and he helped me check if air was seeping out of my tire.Great customer service.

I live less than a mile from this Costco. I've been a Costco member for several years, but haven't used their tire store. When I've stopped by to have my air pressure checked, they have always been really friendly. They never seemed like it was bothering them to help me out. I just purchased a set of Michelin Defender tires for my RAM 2500 truck. After comparing my options apples to apples, I decided to buy the tires from Costco. When you factor in all of the add-on costs added after the tire price at the discount stores, the price was about the same. Costco has free road hazard warranty. They also have stores along the route of most places that I travel. To me, the peace of mind in knowing that if I do have a problem Costco will take care of it is the main reason to get tires from them. They did a great job on the installation of the tires.

Costco Tire center @3775 Hacks Cross..This place doesn't deserve a star. I am an ardent Costco fan and recently placed a new order for four tires but had go through a lot of hassle. The worst experience and surprisingly coming from Costco who I think are one of best customer friendly companies I have dealt with. Again this review is solely for the tire center. They neither care nor have courtesy towards the customers. I can easily resonate with other reviewers here who are complaining. I felt like transferring my order to other Costco location but it was too much hassle (once you order in store). Too many unpleasant things to write and will take too much of time. Bottom line is they lack workmanship and professionalism. Better to stay away from this place.

I have bought my last five sets of tires here. Their strong points are price and warranty. I have not found them to be convenient for routine rotations. It has been easier to have the tires rotated when I have my oil changed rather than making another appointment to get my tires rotated. The one time that I had Costco rotate the tires, it took more than an hour even though I had an appointment. #tires #costco

Hard to beat with the road hazardWarranty and they are super fast and maintain a great selection and in stock items. It your buying furniture, mattress and hard goods might as well get paid back at year end. me some costco!

My wife and I are long time fans/shoppers of Costco and recently went by to get new tires for our car while shopping for groceries. It was raining and one of existing tires was low on air, they weren't any vehicles in the bays so we pulled next to the last one so they could take a look for us and get the information.When instructed to go inside we were greeted at the front desk with a lady who seemed, generally speaking, off-put of in a bad mood. When we inquired about getting air and ordering a new set of tires for the car she seemed to have issue with us getting air before we ordered tires. Not a huge deal, but nonetheless seemed a bit distracting and rude.She started to help us put together our tire order and stopped to tell us that we could go through all this trouble for nothing (the order) if the tires were different on our car and asked us to go look at the numbers on the tires first.When we explained that we had parked at the last bay, as we had done a previous time buying tires, in hopes to get air while they checked them out she became very rude and started again about how we couldn't have air unless were going to buy the tires first.At that point my wife and left and decided to go shopping and go elsewhere for tires. I don't profess to have a customer's always right syndrome with businesses, but as a business owner myself, I do in fact believe in good customer service and do expect courteous and helpful staff in solving a problem or needs.The poor lady could have been having a bad day for all I know, but at the same time I see no reason why she had to be so unpleasant and stand-offish.We love Costco and will always be loyal patrons, just not of the Tire Center anymore. If you don't mind somewhat apathetic staff I'm sure they are fine for getting your tires.

I normally have amazing service but the new front desk employee Rich is a blemish on Costco s service standards. I was told that I can wait at Starbucks rather than in their waiting room and while minding my own business he decided to berate me about my full voicemail box. Apparently if you don t pick up once they will never call you again - which isn t the real issue here... we called to check in on the car and came in that day and I was patiently and politely waiting and did not need to be spoken down to by Rich. I will sadly not be returning.

I love everything about COSTCO except the tire center. They really seem to not want this business. They have more rules about how you can be a tire customer than willingness to help. I have a tire warranty I am using up. After that, I will only use Discount tire that wants to help not give rules as how I can become their customer. I have an appointment and still feel like i am inconveniencing everyone here. I always have to walk in and stare out the window to the service area until I finally make eye contact in order to get help.

Had a very offensive and frustrating experience with Jose in the Tire Center at Hacks Cross & Winchester. He yelled, threw his hands aggressively as he directed me to park. It was insult added to injury upon my arrival, after having tire damage. I am shocked Costco allows this type of customer interaction from an employee.

I was very upset by the customer service from here I was told that by Tim and Vickie that one of my TPMS sensor had been broken by accident inside the shop. When I asked if it would be replaced for free they both told me that Costco was responsible for the damages and that the money had to come out of my pocket. Very upset with this performance done by Costco.

Wouldn't honor road hazard warranty. It is supposed to cover impacts to the tire per online version of warranty. Even their in store version of the warranty covers curb damage (which is what they claim damaged my tire) except "where other vehicle components were also damaged during impact" (direct quote from policy). Nothing but the tire was damaged, but they wanted to charge me full price, which I could not at this time afford. When I asked for clarification on the policy (as they had claimed there was damage to more than just my tire) they claimed that they didn't cover curb damage at all! Tire had fiber showing so they knew they had me, so I had to beg them to put on a spare as they initially refused to do even that as it wasn't purchased at Costco (but had been removed from that very same car by them). Buyer beware. Apparently Discount Tire actually honors their road hazard warranty, so I'll check them out next time. Now I'm sorely wishing I hadn't sprung for a full set months ago when I could afford such things and just replaced the ones that needed it...no point if the warranty won't be honored.

Recently went to Costco Tires to get two new tires. Once I got them replaced, I notice an ongoing rumbling noise in the front of the vehicle. I took my car back to ask them about it and they stated they couldn t hear anything. I automatically heard the sound as soon as I pressed on the gas. I immediately started thinking that maybe it was the noise of the old tires. Went back today to get two more new tires for a full set and the rumbling noise is still there. That noise did not start until I took my car to Cotsco. If they ve damaged my axle, they will be in trouble. Asked them to rebalance my vehicle and they did not. Poor customer service. You ve lost a long time customer getting tires.

Pathetic service. No one answers the phone. No one is at the counter. Customers wait hours until someone shows up. A disgrace to Costco's national brand. They need to hire someone that will actually work the counter and not abandon it all day.
