So right now I will give them 2 stars because I haven't gotten my car back since November 22. Every time I call for Heath he is no where to be found. I called about my car it was in paint for about a week then they finally told my insurance company they were waiting on a bracket. The bracket came but shop sent the wrong part. Now, the weather is bad but they never called so i'm calling them because they stated the bracket is an easy fix. They never returned my call every time I called them. Every week it seemed like something new was wrong with my car. 2/2/24 I called and ask about my car and the woman responded it had been ready no one ever called me only to say that my oil was low. A few days after they text and said i had an oil leak (not at the time they towed it) so i had my car towed to mazda and they did a check and stated they stated i needed a motor and a radiator. My car was in perfect shape before going to cordova collision. It his was some bad business if they couldn't do the work, they should've started on my car.

I Highly Recommend Cordova Collision for your Auto Collision Repair.When I got home from work, to my surprise I had a Hit recommended Cordova Collision as the preferred provider and I totally agree!! After seeing the damages to my car when I got home compared to how it looks now..it is Amazing!! you can not even tell that it was hit.There was an issue with getting the parts during the Pandemic and double Holiday but they were diligent in getting it completed and completed correctly. Thank You!! Robert and Your Whole Staff for doing an Outstanding job on my car with Friendly, Professional, Knowledgeable and Fast Service!! I recently had my BMW X4 repaired here after a Deer hit me . The Deer had caused damage to the front passenger grill, headlight area , collision sensor and fog light. Well I could not be Happier with my experience here. The repair was Perfect and the 2 little things I felt needed adjusting were easily addressed. Personalities aside they are here to do a Job not be our friend but Patrick too good care of me. I love my car and it looks just like it did before the Damn Deer hit me.Service: Body & Trim

It was an insurance repair for a fender bender and they tried to sell me extra items as if I had removed essential items from my car prior to bringing it in. The vehicle was housed in a garage and was only 3 months old. It did not need a new hood.Additionally, the front desk woman (Tonya) was rude and abrasive. She also lost my keys only to find them 15 minutes later right in front of her. She made me call my insurance company in front of her because she said she didn't receive the information she needed - even though she had and we had proof that she had. Thankfully my insurance company was very helpful or she was not going to release my car after having it for 4 months and telling me it was ready. The whole thing was a mess.

On the 9th of June while at a Dr's appt I came out to find my car had been hit by another vehicle which left the seen. I did the usual things regarding an accident & start looking for shops to repair it. I was given Cordova Collision Repair from my insurance which turned out to a great fit. They're very courteous, professional and detail oriented. I had the best experience of them putting my car back together. My car looks brand new again. And yes, I would recommend them! I submitted an online estimate review and it took days before I eventually called the center for an update. The woman who answered, Lynn, quickly informed me that they don't actually have anyone to do those. Then, she asked about my insurance company, and when I told her, she said they would decline my business regardless. She was very short and unhelpful. This business seems shady and unhelpful. I would not recommend trusting them with your vehicle or time.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Excellent service. It all started with that first phone call. Lynn knew exactly what service could be offered and took me step by step of what to expect and how this would work through insurance. Once insurance set up my rental car, she even knew what time that rental car place closed so we could schedule our time the best. They worked out all the details of the body work through insurance but kept me in the loop along the way. And when I got my car back, the replaced panels looked fabulous. I hope you never have to go through this, but if you do, Cordova Collision Repair at Getwell makes it a simple process.

Cordova Collision was great! They made the entire process very easy. My daughter wrecked her Mini Cooper and was devastated she'd be without a car for a while. Even dealing with the supply issues and the Thanksgiving holiday, they had her back on the road in less than 3 weeks. Everyone was super nice, and Ray did an AWESOME job on her car. I took my Mother's car to Cordova Collision Repair and received excellent customer service and the repair restored my Mother's car beautifully. From start to finish, communication was fluid, time frames were met and the final result was high in quality. Additionally, access to their location was very convenient. I was highly satisfied and would recommend them to anyone needing collision repair.

I got my car back ahead of schedule and it looks like new. I can't even tell it was on a wreck. Everyone spoke to was very polite and helpful. Was supposed to have repairs due to a rear end collision (vehicle ran into me). The mechanic did not realign my rear frame, just replaced the bumper. So now I still have issues closing the trunk. There were other issues I had to deal with but I have low expectations for most repair shops that are contracted with insurance companies.

Service is terrible. Never contacted the customer to let them know what was going on with their car. The manager Robert made like everything was fine and the parts were being ordered. Just because he didn t want to pay for a rental cause the process was taking longer than expected he handle business in a personal matter and not professional and never telling the customer that he canceled work on my car he charged for the time instead and now I m having to find a another bodyshop do what he failed to do. You shouldn t have to play phone tag to find out what s going on with your car. Worst customer service ever.

Horrible communication between staff. Blames the customers. Inaccurate pickup times. Avoid this location!I initially had a great experience starting off at the Cordova Repair in Cordova, TN but since the Getwell location was closer to my home and work, they directed me for repairs there after giving me an estimate and checking the car. The companies don't seem to communicate with each other since I dropped my car off and it seemed to be starting the process all over again with checking the car and getting the estimate and parts at Getwell. I quickly became annoyed with the Getwell location since I called for an update and she could barely give me an update on when the car would be ready. She later called back and explained it would be ready the next day. Unfortunately that day came and she called saying it was ready for pickup, when in reality they didn't even finish assembling the dang car and it was going to be ready between 4:30-5pm not at 3pm when she called. Instead of saying "your car will be ready anytime between 4:30-5pm" she made it seem like it was already ready to be picked up, and that it is best to come BEFORE 4:30-5pm. The main receptionist Lynn can be nice, but also can look at you like your stupid if you're not understanding her poor communication skills. I just want my car done already and would avoid this location in the future through State Farm.At first I thought I was going to have a better experience with Cody but that quickly went downhill and made the experience worse. And I m back again to dock yet another star. After given the OPTION of picking up my car that same day or coming back in the morning, they pushed the completion of my car back to the morning and it STILL was not done after I returned that same day I was told it would be ready for pickup. Instead I was blamed for saying I would most likely come in the morning, and that since I was coming back in the morning other cars got pushed ahead of mines. Don t say you will complete a car and have it on your board for 5pm if you re not going to have it finished!!! Regardless if I came in the morning or that same day, it should have been completed when you say it will be.

Communication was great. They gave me a walk through with a plan on what they thought was the best way to fix my car. They answered all my questions and gave me updates every step by either text or phone call. Very pleased with the customer service and the completed work.

After waiting over an hour just to pull the car around I get bad attitude from Robert. Works on cars and can't even remember what they did. Won't admit to doing something even with having pictures to prove it. Then tell's me I'm wrong after looking at the before and after pictures. If I could give a negative start I would. Needless to say I do not recommend......... This is about people like you helping the insurance company save money instead of taking care of the customer. But hey I guess they are the ones paying you. Got to make them happy not me.

I wanted to personally thank the staff here. I had a bit of a mix up with Herz rental and was dropped off here..well the Hertz office isn t open here yet. The staff went above and beyond contacting the local Hertz location to pick me up. If they are this great to a lost traveler i can only imagine how great they treat their collision customers. Bravo!! Compassion and great customer service is alive and well.

Got rear ended in my Cadillac. Not only Cordova Collision repair it to look showroom new, they did it in half the time they expected. They were also in communication the enter time about what all the damage was and their timeline for when things would be done. 10/10 Would highly recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

Manager rude and used profanity on the phone. Very unprofessional. Had a claim through my Insurance company. They did terrible work and tried to deflect the blame. No ownership here. Would not recommend this company at all.

I had a wonderful experience with Robert and Lynn. My car had bottomed out and ruined my front bumper . They fixed it so good that it looks brand new. Best place in Memphis to get your car fixed!

I took my car here for an estimate. The staff is very professional and the waiting area has a variety of things to do while you wait. They have a pool table, a gaming console, television, and much more. I highly recommend this place.

They are very polite and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure you feel confident that you re at the right place. And the results back it up. They did great work. Even washed the car and vacuumed the inside!

The office lady Lynn is very rude and unprofessional. We waited a hour after they told us to pick up. We also had to bring our car back because he forgot to paint the door knob on the door he replaced. It took a whole day to do that. Never again

Network of progressive insurance. The worst experience ever. They didn't know they put things in the wrong places until I checked my car at Lexus.
