I ve brought my car to them twice. First time I got in a small collision and needed 1 body panel replaced and 2 repainted. Everything turned out great.2nd time I had an interior water leak from the factory. Dennis and Susan truly went above and beyond to help me out after 2 other shops couldn t find it and after the dealer wouldn t even acknowledge it existed.Hopefully I won t have to visit them again but if I do I know whatever it is will be taken care of.Service: Body & Trim

Someone vandalized my Audi 2022 and I came this location took them for ever to fix my car ( over 3 month ) they are unprofessional they don t call you for an update unless you call . And lady or man name Suzan very ignorant . Doesn t even try to understand or listen my issues .. Anyways Finally they finished with my car and picked it up : they changed my back and front windshield and the back has dest from inside I can t even take it out or be Able to clean it . Stay away from this place unless you want to waste you time and get messed up service . My 2022 Audi shouldn t end up in this place for 3 month .Stay away from this old Skool scums . Over charging my insurance and my insurance is high now !Service: Body & Trim

If I could leave a zero I would. First off, I would like to say that I've been a customer with collisionworx since Mr.Mike opened his first location many years ago. My daughter had front end damage to the vehicle. So, I suggested taking it here not knowing that Mr. Mike doesn't own it anymore, now it's franchised, which also means the customer doesn't matter. Upon the work being completed I noticed there was still some issues to the hood and headlight. I spoke with the people about this and they were very argumental and wouldn't listen to anything I was saying. They also said that my vehicle had been in another accident and that carfax is a lie. Even though I've never had an accident in this vehicle and carfax states that it's never been in an accident prior. I bought my vehicle used but of course I checked carfax and it stated it's never been in an accident. On top of that they refused to do anything else to my vehicle and then told my insurance that my car had been in a prior accident as well. Oh and my headlight they claim that it wasn't part of the accident even though I've never had condensation in it before this accident. They claimed that the headlights seal normally goes bad within a year and I know that's a lie Now I'm still trying to get my car fixed correctly. This place sucks now and I will never take any of my vehicles there again, nor will I refer anymore people to them, like I have in the past!

Worst mistake leaving my car here. Dropped my car off and they have had to order new parts 3 times because they were damaged. If you are looking to get your car back in the estimated time given which was 2 weeks its prolonged to a month now find another company. They repaired a small SUV for me and it disgusts me every time I get into my vehicle. Overspray on the rubber moldings. One of the power mirrors hasn t functioned since it left their shop. Poor body work, fitment issues, loose parts, charging for parts that weren t put on, you name it. Probably the worst body shop I ve experienced.Responding to response: I escalated my complaint to the manager while on site. The vehicle had to be brought back. There s a ton of circumstances that involves. Planning to not have the vehicle, arranging a rental, arranging drop offs and pickups. All so that you can do the job you were paid to do the first time. A few of the issues were rectified while many more were left unresolved.So that the general public doesn t believe that I m being hard to deal with. When I got the call that my car was ready for pickup. The door hinges of my white denali were used hinges from a green denali. Rocker panel damage that was charged to repair was completely missed and still present. The door didn t fit the car correctly to the point that it would not close. The Denali logo was not aligned properly, there was overspray on the window moldings, my power mirror no longer worked.They re first response to me bringing all this to their attention was you must be a car guy .

They did rear bumper and some front end work on my Nissan. Very nice staff--made the whole process easy--including car rental easy. The car looks great, no issues. I've had the pleasure of working with this incredible company twice. Both times the staff at Collisionworx has exceeded my expectations by going above and beyond in customer service. They really understand the value of placing the customer first. I've had a Toyota Sequoia and Nissan Armada serviced at Collisionworx with no complaints on either occasion. The staff seem to get along really well and I found everyone to be very respectful and professional. They definitely deserve every star. If you want top notch work and first class customer service then don't hesitate to give these guys a call.

Collisionworx Express did a great job repairing my car. I was very worried about the outcome but they made it look good as new. I worked with Chris mostly and he was very nice and professional. He kept me updated on the repairs. I'm glad I chose this business for my repairs. They even sent me a thank you later. Great gesture.

I was in a car wreck in 2016 and Collisionworx did a wonderful job of taking care of my vehicle they have great customer service. Unfortunately in 2020 a part that they fixed I did have an issue with later and it was not warranted after a certain length of time but after talking to JJ who gave me great customer service. He tried to help me with the issue and called someone who could do the job extremely low cost. I decided to have someone else do the job but I do want to expressed the thoughtfulness of how he did not just say it wasn t under warranty and that was that. He wanted to help and for that I m thankful and appreciative. I recommend Collisionworx to get your vehicle taken care of.

They did an awesome job . Matched paint and took great care of our truck. Hopefully we never need them again but if we do , we will be returning clients . Quick service and great work.

Great body shop! I came in and needed a bumper after my accident, Ginger welcomed me with a friendly and upbeat attitude and was very prompt in ordering a new bumper for my car. JJ did an excellent job on my car and even touched up few spots where the paint may have chipped. My car looked brand new when they returned it to me and the repairs only took a few days! I was highly satisfied with my experience here and I will definitely return for further services needed for my car.

Collisionworx express are the best! I have had the opportunity to experience their superb Customer Service multiple times. They pay special attention to your car repair and servicing needs. JJ., Susan, Robert, and Hailey are just a few of the names to drop representing a great team of people that you can feel safe and confident in leaving your vehicle with Collisionworx Express. Despite a few issues initially, I am glad that my car was fixed to my satisfaction. Susan gets a pat on the back for being so patient and understanding to my concerns. The owner Mike made my concerns a priority once I addressed my concerns. Mike personally got involved and kept me informed every step of the way. The lifetime warranty is an additional perk that makes you feel comfortable with the work performed. Will I go back if unforeseen circumstances warrant me to? Yes!!! I am very pleased and thank you Collisionworx Express for bringing my baby back to life.

Went here for a bumper repair on my Tahoe through State Farm. Everyone in the shop was so Friendly, and super helpful. They were fast, and my truck looks great! JJ was awesome to work with, and so was everyone at the front desk. Excellent customer service.

We had a great experience with Collisionworx. Memphis has a lot of body shops, this place shines from how well they communicate. I knew our repair would take time because of our current global supply chain crisis. I received calls and updates every few days. Collisionworx took the stress out of a stressful situation, and they were friendly throughout the process.

My whole encounter with collisionworx express was quick and efficient with friendly employees. They had my car fixed within two days of dropping it off, and you couldn t tell it had ever been hit. They did amazing work, and I couldn t have asked for a better experience with this company!

Had a wonderful experience at Collisionworx Express! Fast turnaround, impeccable work, and excellent customer service. Being a mother of younger kids and having to navigate school and baseball practice keeps us busy and I was dreading the entire ordeal but they kept me in the loop so I could make proper plans on getting my kids where they needed to go until they had me promptly back out on the road. Have already recommended them to one of the other Moms from school and will continue to do so.

If there was a zero star option it would be selected. Took twice as long for repairs as expected, despite already having parts before drop off. Battery was killed due to laziness, resulting in having to buy another brand new battery following pick up since it was dead. Lettering on door panel was put on crooked, and also slides around, broken decals that were not replaced. Weather stripping was not put in properly and wind deflectors cracked, no repaired, and wobbly. Poor paint job and new scratches on the hood to boot. Will never let my vehicle be touched by this shop again.

We took our company vehicle there after one of our drivers was rear-ended. Ginger at Collisionworx took care of pretty much everything for me, making my job a lot easier. This was our first time using Collisionworx for repairs, but I am impressed. I hope we don't have anymore accidents, but if we do, I know where we're going.

Awesome people to deal with,zero complaints. The staff and technicians are very welcoming and knowledgeable in the repair process and dealing with your insurance company. They do beautiful work, and very detail oriented when it comes to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend JJ and the rest of his staff

Collisionworx Express is the only repair shop in the city id trust with my car. They do quality work and offer a lifetime. My car looked great and they got it done faster than i expected. They kept me well informed and the whole staff was great.

Someone backed into my car about two months ago. My insurance has recommended this body shop, so I figured the whole transition between the body shop and insurance would be easier since it s one of their regular shops. So I got my car in there. Super quick turn around. Was really impressed with the constant communication and quick turn around. Then I got my car back and the damage was still very noticeable. I work 50+ a week and have a young baby -every mom knows taking out and putting in those car seats bases are no joke. So I had to coordinate work and the baby to get my car back in. I really didn t want to take it back but I thought maybe they will fix it right this time This time it took them much longer - which is fine bc I want the work done right. But I never got a call to update me on the status. I had to continually call and check in on my car. When I dropped it off, they told me next day. So I waited two days and called and they said it s being reassembled now and then right before close (on a Friday) they left a message saying they weren t happy with how it looked (Ok that s fine bc I don t want to have to bring it in again). But then I never got a call on that Monday elaborating on it. In fact the only way I knew it was finished on Wednesday was Bc I called. When I picked up my car, quick turn around and it looks great and I was going to leave it at that - no bad review or anything. Well I used my trunk yesterday for the first time since getting it back last week. Someone removed the rubber rim and didn t reinstall it. Now I ve got to take it in yet again someplace else bc I m most definitely not taking it back there. Such a shame someone can t take the time to do things right the FIRST time.
