These amazing people have rebirthed my car after being in an accident. They called and informed me of all the updates and extensions on deadline. Would definitely see them again but i sure hope I don't have to !

I appreciate the pricing and Adam's patience with me. Everyone that I came into contact with was kind and helpful. My only issue of not getting 5 stars was an additional crack on my window that wasn't there when I last saw the vehicle. Making me aware of it would've been courteous. So far it rides nicely. I will be testing it out in the road in a few days to see of everything stays on. So far, it looks beautiful again

Had truck right at 3 weeks for a small rear fender repair and comes back like this no wonder they parked it between 2 vehicles so wouldn t notice the blue paint rubbed on both drivers side tires not to mention saying no way they could have done it look at your photos of my truck when dropped off and no damage on the wheel they was a couple weeks old when dropped it off not to mention they said they cleaned and inspected itService: Body & Trim

I have a 2015 Camero and They have had my car since June 10, 2023 and it s July 19, 2023. Every week is something different. They never have enough workers. When they did call me and said My Car was ready, I got there and a big screw was in my front tire, the rear end light was broken, and paint job wasn t right on the passenger side. I had electrical problems with my front lights. Every time I turned on my signal lights, my front head lights would go off and my trunk button doesn t even work anymore inside the car. And I m constantly paying for a rental car out of my pocket because they cannot get the job done properly. This is very frustrating and aggravating. If I could give them a rating it would be a -10. This is our second experience with this company. Both times consistently bad. Both times the work was incomplete and took several trips to get the issues resolved. The appraisal both times missed significant areas that were broken.The second time they refused to return the car until insurance approved the additional repairs they missed on the first estimate. This was their mistake not ours. We are currently nearing 6 months on the current repairs. The truck has been in the shop 4 times.Poor communication and lots of "excuses" every time.There are so many car repair shops that are much better. Avoid these guys!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I rarely write reviews, but I was genuinely blown away with my experience at Collision Craft. Keith and Joe were fantastic to work with. Everything about my experience there was professional. They were in constant communication which I really appreciated, and clearly took pride in making sure the work was done right and that I was happy. Great Customer Service ! Good work product for a fair price. They make the whole process simple and easy. I work out of town in Dallas, I waited 1 1/2 years until I came back home to take my truck to This Shop for some paint work. It was worth the wait ! No color match issues, truck was clean when picked up, work was completed when they said would be, and they even texted a photo of the truck when it done. These folks really work to earn your business.Highly Recommend

I took my car here on the recommendation of a dealership, and I'm glad I did!I had some body work done to repair damage from an accident, and the work looks great. Additionally, they went out of their way to have it done quickly to accommodate my car rental. Great service all around.

Great service. Was a very fast fix. Time is money in my line of work. The truck looks as good as new and was done on time. If I ever need any repairs again. I will be back. I also recommend that if anybody need body or paint work they need to stop by and get it done here.

Had my car for 40 days. 40. It was done on Friday but wouldn t let me come get it until Tuesday because of insurance payment. When I picked it up they had put used and damaged parts on the vehicle both driver side windows and driver s mirror had deep scratches. I was told that s what insurance asked for. $6800. There was still road grime on it yet somehow they painted it. There was obvious body filler sanding. I called multiple times while they were working on it and there were multiple excuses of why it wasn t on time (faulty part, delayed shipping, dealership calibration, etc not my fault ) When I dropped it off on August 18th I was told a couple of weeks. Picked it up September 28. My rental car days were exhausted and because it took so long I had to pay out of pocket for the 10 days the repairs ran over. That was $300. It was a Chevy Spark, not a luxury vehicle, but I was appreciative I had a car to get me to work so I could manage ventilators. I get that there are delays, mistakes, hang ups, etc. Those are forgivable. We are all human, but lies are not acceptable. Shoddy work and hoping the customer doesn t notice is in another realm of the universe. But, then again we live in times when it has become acceptable to tell lies and face no consequences. I hear it all day long. People who care more about money than anything else are people who you don t want to do business with. Money is not everything. It s not a money issue, it s an issue of doing what you say you re going to do. There was a time in this country when that meant something. Calling yourself a professional actually means something or a least it used to.Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I will be finishing my car out of pocket because having this place work on something I use to go to work, go on vacation, drive loved ones around they did not earn that trust. If you or a loved one are considering trusting Collision Craft of Memphis with repairing your vehicle I would advise you to go to your local dealership or a reputable body shop. Collision Craft is neither of those. For whatever it s worth Gossett Jeep on Covington Pike is who recommend them. Gossett did the calibration on my adaptive cruise control that took 7 daysI m pretty sure I m wasting my breathe, because honestly no one cares. I brought my truck in on a Monday on a wrecker. They took the time to use a hydraulic machine and pull the bumper off of the tire so I could keep driving it until things got squared away with the insurance company of the lady that hit me, they told me it would be a few days before they could authorize a rental car. Then the next Monday I took it back in for the repairs and rental car they gave me a ride to enterprise at 8:00 am (as soon as enterprise opens) they had to get supplement repairs approved on my truck and I picked it up the following Monday. That s a pretty quick turn around in my opinion. Thanks to not only one person but to the whole team at collision craft!

Tony Cairns is prompt with appointments and was spot on in communicating with me and my wife on getting an estimate and staying in contact with our insurance agent for the repairs, parts ordering and timeline for the completion of the project!!

Estimater was great but the body personnel were not able to provide what was promised, my biggest concern was the alignment of the parts repaired which I had to point out to the service advisor who couldn't get the body shop on the same page.The repair didn't live up to their reputation, maybe because it's a VW

Andrew is a liar , he told me my Vehicle would be ready in a week, I had to take my vehicle somewhere else, because after 2 weeks he told me it s going to cost you $4000 more . Unbelievable. And I know what your e going to respond back .I'm sorry but we have no records of you as doing business with CollisionCraft. Very bad business. I asked for his boss to make a complain his assistant told me he s the one in charge ,I know that s a lie too.

Andrew is a horrible employee, I wreaked my car, he told me my car would be ready in a week, a month later I had to have my car towed, to another place, I tried to tell his boss Joe about what was happening and of course Andrew lied. I have over 30 texts from Andrew. If you want to see them I will upload. So if you do go here don t let Andrew help you

This business currently has our car and did not answer the phone at all today August 1st 2022 And I got off of work early to drive to the establishment just for them to be closed on a day they should be open no phone calls or anything

They did a great job on my Truck
