This was my first time coming to this storage to rent a U-haul and the costumer service was so nice. Chimane was working front desk and. she was kind and patient with me. I will definitely come back again to rent a U-Haul and most likely get a storage unit.

Chimane was a great person to help me out. I came to paid a bill for my sister and she was more than helpful. If I was renting a unit for myself, she would be the person I go to. Her speed was unmatched, I was in and out with no time to spare.

Debbie gave excellent customer service. The grounds, facility and actual units are exceptionally clean. She was very detailed on the process and we immediately went through the process to store our belongings. Thanks for being so welcoming and professional.

The staff is incredible! We had a logistical issue with Uhaul (not a mistake of Citizen Storage), and they helped us solve the issue quickly and efficiently. They were also very kind about the whole process. They care! Many thanks to Christine, Debbie and Michelle!!!

Let me start by saying, if I could give an extra star bets believe I would. The store manager Bridgett Webb, made sure that I was welcomed and valued. This beautiful young lady catered to any questions or concerns that may have been on my mind. The facility is nice and clean, which shocked me to be honest. Great service and reasonable prices earns this establishment in my book.

I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Webb and I must say, my experience was beyond pleasant. Ms. Webb went above and beyond to describe everything there is to know about the unit at their facility. She ensured me of the security and was very patient in explaining the process. She also answered all of my questions. Too often, we leave our belongings within a facility where things are far and between and we simply hope all is well when we go back, but this is the first time I felt my things will be monitored and in a safe place. I appreciate the professionalism during this transaction.

Melanie was awesome! Service was quick and she was so polite. The room was clean and spacious and very accommodating. She kept it convenient so when I move to a bigger space I wont have to go far. Very friendly atmosphere!

Ms.Webb was absolutely amazing. She gave me a courtesy call to setup an appointment to view my unit before I purchased it. Then when I arrive she showed me the unit and really explained about the protection plans and which one I should get, how much they would be, and that they were a full protection for my storage. This is my first time renting storage or anything in this nature for that matter and I could ve ask for an more delightful person to guide me through the process. It was just quick easy thorough in inform that I knew exactly what was going on and no surprise fees or nothing. If you are considering getting storage, seriously this is the place to go.

I had questions prior to selecting this storage. Sharona Robinson was super friendly very informative. I had issues with first month fee or discounted rated. Despite my attitude she remain professional. Looking forward to working with her

S/o to Bridgette for making my first experience settling and comforting. It was veryyyy cold and not easy, but we manage to get my things in the storage with affordable pricing. I m looking forward to a great and safe experience with Extra Space. Keep up the good work!!

The storage facility was very clean and Christine was so helpful and understanding. Even though we had concerns about location of the unit. She changed our location without a question asked. I would highly recommend this company for all your storage needs.

I am from Illinois and came to Memphis to help my dad move.Well, I had the best customer service experience ever!Steve, was very friendly, knowledgeable and offered to find me a moving truck. I could truly go on and on about this individual and his personalitythat brighten my day. Compass you have a rare gem on your hand.

Very professional staff. The site manager took her time to explain everything to me over the phone. She was extremely patient with me because I was at work attempting to multi task. Price was reasonable.

My stuff was stolen all my music equipment and tools da ppl lie n all type of cover ups going on I don't trust nun they tell you everything post happen on memorial day weekend there's no proof no video to show over 30 units locks cut in I'm very upset I only had da unit for 3 months

Steady raising of unit price. How does the price jump from 42 a month to 79? Must be smoking that good shxt , . They also don't check locks. Someone attempted to cut ours off. Reported it and didnt get any follow up. Look elsewhere.
