Great customer service and friendly staff! I came here for my first oil change and tire rotation. They offer a free complimentary car wash with every service. When my car is ready for pickup, I walk to my black Camaro, it's still dirty. I was looking forward to coming to a clean car. I always try to keep my car clean; I wash it every other week. I kindly remind them that they forgot to run it through the car wash. I had to wait an additional 15 mins. It was still a bit dirty after the wash. I feel like all they did was spray some water on it. I thought they would have a dryer too so I wouldn't have water spots. Lots of water spots were left, I had to go home and wash it myself. Besides that hiccup everything else was good.

I m always at my happiest when I can get an oil change without an appointment. I ve been going to work early, getting off late, and was unable to schedule an appointment. I had just gotten off work and was on my way home. I pulled into Chuck Hutton and the attendant was so nice and helpful. He went to check with someone because of the time. Then my most favorite Service Advisor, Greg Kinsey, comes along and voila. I love when my week ends and the weekend starts off right. Thank you Greg and Chuck Hutton!!

The customer service for my new vehicle s first oil change was great! It began the moment I was directed into the service bay area! I was informed on the next steps of vehicle service, an additional vehicle feature I had forgotten, and I was also updated by phone and text regarding my vehicle service status by my service representative. She was kind, professional, and knowledgeable! I was very pleased with my experience!

It s always a pleasure coming to the Chevy dealer on Mt. Moriah. I m cool and talk with everybody there. Khylan is my guy whenever something goes wrong with my Sonic. The two technicians, that great everyone when they first get in the service center, deserve a good spirit award because they really bright up your day.

I absolutely love bringing my Car to be serviced at Chuck Hutton Chevrolet. I always allow Greg Kinsley to take the wheel as he is so knowledgeable about everything. He always has my car ready in a timely manner and if anything arises in between his communication is superior. It s always such a blessing to be able to get your car serviced by a provider who s honest and always has your best interest at heart and hand. Since the passing of my late father who knew so much about cars it s a breath of fresh air to have a great advisor as such in my corner. 1,000 Stars for Greg Kinsley.

Can t recommend Katrina as a service writer enough! She is very efficient. I have had some rough experiences with the service department there and switching to her made a world of difference.The department as a whole runs very slow. Takes several days just to get a diagnostic.

Friendly service from driving in garage to leaving dealership. Service Advisor, text, and video updates kept me informed through the process and made it easy to include additional needed services. Very satisfied with quality of service. Will continue to return for all my vehicle needs.

Great, quick service on my truck s fourth Birthday to me. I love the alignment check when I drive into the Service Department. Joe took care of me at first because Greg was busy. Greg came to the waiting room to let me know my truck was ready and took care of me as the paperwork was being completed. I really like the new tablets used at check in and the pictures to check for damage at check in. Keep up the great service!

I set an appointment for an oil change. My appointment was at 4:30. Due to work, I didn t get there until about 4:50. They stop taking cars at 5:00. I was prepared to make another appointment. To my surprise, they still accommodated me and fitted me in just before leaving for the day. Thanks guys your professionalism and courtesy is 2nd to none.

When you re looking for someone to make repairs on your vehicle, you need someone you can trust. I feel confident the vehicle maintenance center is staffed by skilled auto mechanics. They are honest and did exactly what they said they would do and at the price that I was quoted.

I definitely give it a 5 star . The staff were so welcoming & friendly. I never leave reviews and this was by far best dealership I ever been to. The work I had to get done it would ve took any other dealership a week to complete. But they got me out of there in 6hrs. Mr Richard F. took good care of me & even offered me something to eat when he took his break. I 100% recommend. Sierra Chevrolet don t offer rentals or have great customer service but this place do.

Wonderful, I knew everything going on, they called me back, And did only what was requested. No hassles, no worries, that alone makes all the difference. Sales tech. Katrina made sure I was very well taken care of, I honestly do not believe she is paid for her worth. Thank you, I will never return to Holly Chevrolet you've become my spot.

Went in for a oil change my service writer was out sick. I was given the option to reschedule if I'd like . I decided to keep my appointment. Charles Reinhardt did a great job, he reviewed the 12pt inspection with me.

Kylan was very professional and courteous. Waiting time was a big improvement from my last service visit. I am curious as to why an alignment check was not done -totally surprising; since one has been done on every service visit. Thanks

I have always loved coming to the service department at this location. The team is professional and every time I go, I see familiar faces and my SUV is 14 years old. Whenever I decide to get a new car, Chevrolet is the brand for me because of the great service that I always get when I have to have my vehicle serviced.

I've been going to Chuck Hutton now for over 8 years. I just started working with service advisor Garth. He is the best service advisor I've worked with in the 8 years I've been getting my car serviced here. He is attentive and diligent. He did everything possible to help me save time and money. He kept me abreast throughout the entire process. I highly recommend.

My service manager, Mr. Gregory Kinsey was expert! He did everything from communicating to explaining to make my experience way more pleasant than it could have been. With him, I am completely satisfied. Total experience wasn't five stars. I really wish I could have gotten a loaner vehicle and that it was less of a problem to get myself home. All the staff I encountered, however, were wonderful.

Yall sold me a raggedy vehicle and I'm paying in it but can't use it. Charles was great but selling me a car from Canada with rust all over it should have been discussed. Never will I purchase a vehicle from you guys again and will tell everybody about my experience

I was told the last time i got my oil changed that i could get my tires rotated for $20 a tire, today the same service guy said since there over size tires it s going to be $45. I told him these are the same tires that where on here when i came last time needless to say he didn t remember but my wife clearly told him yes you quoted that price. He did not Accommodate us so I just got the oil change and told him i could ve and would ve took my truck to another tire shop i brought it here because you are my dealer and the price. Didn t end well bad experience

It was good service, Kat keep me abreast of the process and I do like the video of the tech telling me about the procedure....I had to rent a car, since they kept it for a several days... I am also getting a radio put in since mine stopped working...I wish I had went to the dealership first, since the other places didn't correct the issue...Thank you Kat for all your help...So far Chuck Hutton is it ...Thank you...

I requested Keegan in the Service department. The last experience that I had with his service was extraordinary. He responded to the request immediately and was very polite, accommodating and knowledgeable to my auto needs. The entire oil change process was quicker than I expected. We are from out of town and Dennis took great care of us. Quick responses on pricing and we even completed the paperwork ahead of time. Everybody at the dealership from financing to the general manager were very kind and inviting! I highly recommend this dealership and their entire staff.

Sadly, after 15 years as a loyal customer, our opinions has dropped from 5 to 2 stars. Our appt of 8 wks ago took 3 days = $1200 + $100 car rental. The issue was not solved, and retuned this week and you had our car 2 days. We now understand an appt doesn't mean it will be worked on same day which seems very poor service!! Guess we have no choice but to find a new service center.

Treated with respect.Kept informed, courteous.(All the above different experience than dealership in Bartlett).I recommend this service department as well as Mr Garth Gladney. Mr Gladney treated me as if I had been a long time loyal customer.(For years I have been going to Serra and they let me know, I was just another number.).I highly recommend, Chuck Hutton service dept.

The guys in the service department are amazing, but my sales man like telling me lies cause I'm a woman, He never stood on the things that was told to me when I purchased my vehicle...Chuck Hutton used to be a great place to purchase a vehicle but not so much, the inventory is low and they don't make the sales men like they used to ...I've purchased 6 vehicles from them and looks like my next vehicle will be from somewhere else... a couple of ppl in the service department was amazing that's my reason for 4 star and My sales man took the other star with his constant disappointment to me .....Again, the service department is always doing an excellent job.. I had an issue when, I first purchased my vehicle 1 of the service rep was trying to make me pay for an oil change when the vehicle never had 1 and I asked for a Manager and he was amazing with solving my issues quickly . I'm Grateful that He was there that day ....I've always had great experience with the service department and pass sales men ....This last sales man ,I wish I could say the same about him ..Overall I'm Grateful for the past salesman and service department always on point ...
