You so called do not accept checks but you said you do. Then told me mine declined however gave you my bank hard same account it went through... That tells me that you just don't want to deal with a check.... Then you tried to explain... There was nothing to explain... Bad business

Glad a friend told us about Certifit. First we researched our parts needed online and they had the cheapest prices around. Purchased a hood & side fender both was in excellent condition, waited only 10 mins and the parts was ready.

It's a nice warehouse of a place. They have a couple of people that wait on you up front. They find your parts on the computer and then you have a seat. After a short wait, they bring your items to the counter. You pay at that time and leave with your items. They specialize in Ford Motor Parts for cars and trucks.

Woman at the front counter was very rude she needs to have better customer service skills. The young lady who check us out had awesome customer service skills, thanks to her my experience wasn't all bad at CertiFit

The part fit perfectly and it only takes about 15-20 minutes for them to go to the back of the warehouse and bring your part to you....But some reason it took them a hour

Buyer beware!!!!They will give you the wrong part and wont exchange to the right part talking about they need the box when your name is in the computer(scam)The manager gonna give you his famous line"That almost never happen"And they kno thats a lie so just save youself time and some money ang just go to body panels were they trest you like a customer nor a number

Have to call can't browse the inventory too much of a hassle to ask for what you need especially since you can't see what they have or if it's even the right part before you have to spend gas to drive to there store and see if it's the right part

Worst experience I have ever had. To anybody that searches for parts to make their living, go to the internet, it is cheaper and you have no contact with idiots. I would give them a zero.

I drove all the way from Jonesboro, AR to pick up some parts after they had trouble with their truck. I was quoted one price only to get another once I arrived. Then on top of that their system refused a check they have been taking for two years! Disqusted!

Customer service super courteous and we'll learned of all their stock...or they can work that 'search' app like no other. Either way this is my go-to for my Honda car parts!

Difficult to deal with. cant pay for anything in advance and have it ready for pick up you have to go in order there and wait no matter what and they are not fast. Also you cant use samsung or apple pay even though they have the machine for it and it works properly but they have parts lol

They have a very large inventory of aftermarket parts so they usually stock the parts I need. The prices are great and although you may have to wait 10 or 15 minutes for them to pull the parts, it is definitely worth the wait.

Horrible customer service I called had trouble verifying a part arrived right at 5:30 and they were already out closed when I called and told them I would be here and asked to pay over the phone and leave my product outside at close now I have to wait... never doing business after this part for sure!

Kennedy ,the parts clerk, was so rude on the phone. I thanked her for assisting me and she rudely hung up the phone. This has happened several times with her. I hope management does better hiring.

I called and ordered the part asked for will call got there it took 20-30 minutes when they brought it out we had been looking at the bumper sitting by the door the entire time. The man was just walking back and forth then started calling people who came on after us first.
