Phenomenal customer service! I had a spoiler swap done on my Camaro. Mr. Johnny did a fantastic job on the spoiler installation. The installation was quick and I was able to pickup the same day. Mr. Jackie provided top notch customer service and reasonable pricing. I'm very satisfied with the results. I would definitely recommend Cars and Trucks etc. for any auto body modifications.

I'm sure this place does a great job when they're actually open. Might I suggest saying your closed on Saturdays instead of posting hours 9am-1pm with "unless we're fishing". Thank you for confirming online that you'll be open and wasting our gas driving from Marion, AR.

I ordered Katzkins for my truck. This was the place chosen by them for my installation. First off, my leather arrived earlier than anticipated and these kind people offered me an earlier installation date. I took it of course. Install was to take 2 days according to Katzkins. Well, at 4:15 THE SAME DAY I DROPPED MY TRUCK OFF, I was called and told to come get it-installation was complete-and beautifully done. These folks are awesome!and beautifully perfect

I recommend this place for tinting all windows. Jeff did a great job and was fast. John helped me with same day service to get me in before I left town. I will bring all my cars to them from now on.

Mr.John at Cars & Trucks was incredibly easy to work with. I bought a new Honda Accord and instead of spending $2400 to get the next trim level up to get a leather interior, I opted to buy aftermarket leather seats and have them installed. It literally took < 30 minutes for me to get in, pick the Katzkin leather seats, and set a date to drop my car off. The seats came and I was able to have them installed in just two days for a fraction of what it would cost from the dealership; also, the Katzkin quality is much nicer than the factory standard leather. Overall, very happy!

Terrible, first enter shop at 10:01 after they opened then stood at counter for service while they finished breakfast (5 minutes). We were told that it would take hour an half, it took three! When arrived to pick up, even though it was not as dark as we would like side windows still had small bubbles visible. Owners attitude really was unprofessional when trying to explain to clients his products! While at counter he stated: "It want look ghetto!" I don't know where that came from but we was definitely not pleased!!! AVOID!!

Had tint done on my car July 3rd and not a good experience. I had to take my car back AGAIN on that Monday to have them re-tint my front windows due to scratches being all through out the tint. They "supposedly" re-tinted the windows with their lifetime warranty guarantee but when I picked my car back up that evening, I still had scratches on the same windows. At that point, I just decided to take it as a loss. It is very disturbing to pay $250 and not be satisfied. I have always went to Cars & Trucks Etc for every vehicle I've had over the years and this was my 3rd car that they tinted for me. However, I will not be back EVER again. You expect to receive quality work when you pay quality prices and this was not the case this time. I am very dissatisfied with their services and wouldn't recommend them anymore to anyone for tinting.

This establishment tinted the windows on my previous vehicle 4 years ago and they did a good job although John had a smart alecky disposition I was pleased with my tint. Pleased with the previous tint job, I took my new vehicle to this establishment; a shabby tint job and display of unconcern is what I paid for. Initially, John stated that it would take a couple of hours to finish the job; my car was taken to the back at 12:00p; I called at 3:30pm to get status on my vehicle and I was told that it would be ready at 4:00p. I went to the shop at 4:30p my windows were obviously being finished up in what I believe to be a 'rushed job. 15 minutes later my vehicle was brought up front with the engine running in an unsavory neighborhood. I took my vehicle back because the rear window was not fully tinted displaying the third brake light; according to John this was not done due to safety reasons; I feel that if another driver can't see or ignores the brake lights affixed on the rear bumper of the car then they shouldn't be driving. John stated that he would do his best to fix the tint but there could be possible damage to my rear defroster that made me doubtful. Not once, did John apologize for my dissatisfaction of the tint job and he made me feel that my dissatisfaction was not important to him. I will NEVER come back to this establishment nor recommend it to anybody.

Cars & Trucks I've been coming to this place for over 20yrs. John and his crew are very good at what they do. A great group of professional installers and will work with you on ordering parts or accessories for your vehicle.

This is my 3rd time going to Cars & Trucks Etc and I have experience great service and prices every time. I called to get a quote and to make an appointment to get my window fixed. It wouldn't come down by itself. I had to pry it down and then had to push on it to get it back up. It had been messing up for probably over a year and that day, I just couldn't take it anymore! I was told if I had the time to come by, they could fit me in. Well, a couple hours later, they had fixed both windows that were bad at a price that I could afford and I believe his name is John...John said..."we just like to help people". It is very seldom that you find a company that is more focused on how to satisfy than a profit. This is why I hope they stay in business for many more years to come and be blessed financially beyond measure!

It's just a shame I couldn't leave a half a star. This was the worst service I have ever received. After going to this place of business and referring people for more than 15 years John, the owner, has shown himself to be just as unconcerned as his staff! I recently took my 2017 convertible camaro in for window tinting. They did a great job so I referred my husband. Being a lil weary he decided to take his car in for tinting. What a BIG mistake! The installer scratched up the window tint and did a lousy, messy job. I contacted John and after four trips, getting only one window redone and getting the run around, he decided to live with the results! We will NEVER RECOMMEND OR REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE!!! F-

I had an electronic unit installed in my vehicle and the job was doone very quickly and the results are always great. I am a repeat customer of Cars and Trucks, Etc. and always receive the greatest treatment from the entire staff. I proudly recommend Cars and Trucks, Etc.

Referred by a dealer. Customer Service is non existent. Place is not customer friendly. Boxes, clutter, dust and dirt everywhere. Staff was borderline rude. It takes NOTHING to be nice and inviting to a customer while your at WORK. Clean up, organize and get a stock/store room for parts and supplies. DO better

Worst experience ever! I took my car in to have cruise control installed about a year ago. Since then I have taken it back over and over and over again. The folks I contracted with subcontracted it with Cars and Trucks. First thing that happened as I drove the car away and engaged the cruise for the very first time was the switch fell off. Over the next couple of weeks I had difficulty getting the cruise to engage. Then I had difficulty getting the cruise to DISENGAGE - turns out the problem had to do with installation and the throttle was getting stuck - really scary in 70mph traffic or when trying to stop at a stop sign. took it back twice before getting it fixed. In the following several months, it started disengaging on its own randomly. Almost a year later and several trips back, they decide the problem is the original installation was missing a part. I now have waited two and a half weeks to get a part installed that came in two weeks ago. The lies, the unprofessional attitude and the condescending tone has finally caused me to post this here. I will NEVER use these folks again. (and as of this date, the cruise still isn't working) Resolution or refund through the original contractor will happen within a week. STAY AWAY FROM these people!

They have just about what ever you need to customize your car, truck & SUV, if they do not have it already in stock they will order it and get it the very next day and take care of all of your need's to make you a happy customer.....

going to memphis from chicago , my old bed cover destroyed itself. needed a cover and liked the truxedo line. found cars & trucks listed as dealer for truxedo. called and talked to john. very helpful . quoted a very good price and told me in would be in the next day. ordered and john called me at noon the next day. very good service for out of town customer. thanks john

I had a sunroof put in my truck and it have been the sunroof from hell it leaks and a wind noise sometime it might stop working when it rain outside I have to keep it parked under the carport every time I take it back they claimed they have fixed it I should have never let them put a roof in my truck now I got to get a whole new sunroof from Donna upholstery spending more money they have their work before on my cars but this time this was the worst business experience I ever had and I will not recommend them to nobody
