PLEASE READ ! & PLEASE READ THE OTHER 1 star comments! THIS CAR LOT IS THE WORST ! I don t recommend at all. They are very shady about everything they do literally. I ve been having problems with my car since I got it. It s been 2 years since I ve had it and I finally gotten a full and detailed inspection done and the car that I have isn t safe to drive at all. Never was to begin with but I didn t know until now . It has years worth of rust damage that s been there before I even got it. Rust damage is very hazardous especially years of it if not caught. My mechanic seen where they also actually tried to hide some of the rust too. My gasket has a hole in it which is causing an oil leak. The hole is big enough to put my finger through it AND IT HAS ALOT OF OTHER PROBLEMS meaning I cannot drive that car because it is unsafe. Long story short DON T BUY A CAR FROM THEM AND IF YOU DO PLEASE TRY TO BRING A TRUSTWORTHY MECHANIC TO CHECK OUT THE CAR BEFORE YOU SIGN ANYTHING AND MAKE SURE TO KELLY BLUEBOOK THE CAR AS WELL SO YOU DON T GET RIPPED OFF AS FAR AS THE VALUE AND THE AMOUNT YOU SHOULD BE PAYING FOR IT !

If I could Zero stars I would. They don't have any customer service. My brother's car was ransacked and things stolen while his car was there for service. Jessie or whomever she is is rude as hell. They don't make any efforts to reach out to customers. He has had his car 2 months been in shop 3 times. Still has to pay notes and on top of that they don't care about his property being taken while it is there. Car doors locked but everything was taken out of trunk. I hate this place.

For all the people in the comments dont worry Im speaking to an attorney right now. My God about to show them how he dont play about his children. They are crooked thats the truth but I suggest yall do what im doing and sue. Good luck to all of you!

I want to thank kash for his hard work on helping me find the right car for me his personality is one of a kind and when he wants the job done he is determined to help in anyway possible he helped me get my first car wonderful job kash! I will definitely recommend people to kash if they are looking for a car I couldn t be more happy then I am in my new baby!!!!

First they approve me for 500 down then they say I m need 2500 down cus I only made 13k from January to December wen I really made 63k year to date i never seen A truck driver make 13 k in a year smash I guess they thought I had fakes stubs or some and they didn t call my job to verify nothing smh they are a joke frfr stay away

Don t go here! Worst company to get a car from. My transmission went out on the car I got from them. Didn t even have the car a whole year! Till this day I haven t heard from them to see if the car will be getting fixed or not. I had to get the car towed to the car lot! On top of that I m still paying the car note on it and spending a 100 dollars a day on Lyft to get myself to work and back home and my kids to school and back home!

Markisha Howell is my name now.I would not recommend getting a car here. Last year Tre sold me a 2017 Hyundai Elantra. I did not know about the high theft rate on these vehicles or I would have never left there with it but I m sure they knew when they sold it to me. Car has been stolen and broken into a total of four times. Continued to make my payments I have never missed a payment. While replacing broken windows out of pocket because the deductible is more than the repair, this is what they are telling me. I ve had the car a year I want to trade it because of the theft. Brian in the finance department told me I couldn t I have to have the car two years. I am stuck with a car they should have never sold me. I plan to get a lawyer to handle it. They do not care because it s not their situation to deal with. They will tell you anything!

Trae is the absolute BEST! I had been to several other dealerships, where I was given the run around! I went in a couple of weeks ago, and he got me approved in less than 20min. He showed me a vehicle but it was an older model, and he told me that I didn t have to settle for the first thing he showed me. (I really appreciated his transparency, because as desperate as I was to buy a car he could have easily sold me that one) He told me if I could bring in a little bit more for a down payment he could get me into something newer and he did just that! I truly appreciate his honesty, effort, and great customer service throughout my entire experience! I loveeee my 2018 Kia Optima, thank you Trae!!

Shady place. I can understand the reviews about robbery and being ripped off. I should have known since these hole in the wall type of car places typically do that. Would not recommend. They wanted way too much down on a very small car. Kash was also a bit unprofessional. You can be friendly without being too comfortable with customers. Also, all the cars are as is without any warranty. That s a huge red flag.

Went in on a Saturday he took all my information asked all the questions had me sign all the paperwork to come back and say the finance department was closed for the day and that he would get back with me Monday morning well Monday came and went so did Tuesday so I decided to call them for him to tell me they still waiting on the finance company (which is in the same building as them) to approve me and that again he would let me know something before the day was gone then about 2 hour s passed he called and said could I do 1500 down instead of the 1000 I said yes he said ok I call you right back we ll it s been a week I guess he s still trying to call me back. Thanks but no thanks

My experience at Car Choice was wonderful. My salesman was the best, Kash was amazing and worked it all out for me and my husband. Only if there were more salesmen in the car industry just as humble and out going as he was. I enjoyed every second of my visit.

My experience at car choice was more than perfect. Kash made me feel right at home when making a deal. I paid a very fair price !! The overall experience was down to earth and comfortable. I highly recommend Kash at car choice!!

Kash is an excellent representative of Car Choice of Memphis. He was very detailed in his explanations and showed alot of courtesy when it came to the type of car I desired. When all was in doubt, he kept fighting to provide not only a car that i needed, but a car I was satisfied with. Hands down of the best services I've ever experienced. Thanks Kash!!

My experience here was AMAZING. Best place ever to get a car. They made sure I got what I wanted and the price was great. It s a very professional atmosphere and they really work with you. Tray was the best he walked thru the entire process and explained everything perfectly. DEFINITELY recommend to anyone looking for a reliable vehicle for at least 1k down.

Brought a car there engine light came on 2nd day of having the car giving us run around about fixing it . Bad service upside down cars hasn t been 30days yet wow . Don t go there

I literally had the best experience here . Kash literally save the day ! He did everything to get me in the car. I just graduated and started my job and I knew I wasn t able to get a car but he literally showed me different! GO TO KASH ! It don t matter what the situation might be , this man will get the job done ! Go see him !

If you're looking for a car go here. After explaining my situation with my dealer Kash was able to get me approved for a vehicle. He even explained to me with good payment history i would be able to get a car I want within 6months .my car also came with a warranty Great place to get a car

Come see Kash and get you a new car. I wrecked my car last week and he has me in something nice and new fast . I am so pleased with my new 2017 Chevy Equinox. I didn t even waist time to drive anything else . While I waited on the financing he provided snacks candies and cold sodas are available for purchase so it s ok if u show up hungry. This is the second time I have purchased a car . They truly gave me red carpet treatment I am so happy and pleased. They also assisted with getting me fully covered insurance all in the same day. Just if in doubt come see Kash u will be in good hands

I was out just looking for a car and I stopped at car choice and I met this guy Kash!! This man was funny as heck. He sang songs that I ain t heard in years but he took care of business . I got a 2019 Jeep and I am very happy about my decision. Thank you Car Choice!

I just left off the lot with a brand new car. I walked in spoke with KASH & he made sure I left with a nice car and low miles. He was a great salesman. Very energetic, and dedicated to making sure I left off the lot with what I wanted and what was nice for me. Reasonable price reasonable note. Make sure when you go ask for KASH

Shady Shady Shady. This was the worst experience ever. I don t know where you guys got this clown of a salesman Kash from. He is Very Unprofessional. Leaving customers sitting for 3 hours before doing any paperwork. We waited another hour just for an approval. This clown bounce from customer to customer, not getting anything done. I m really surprised no one paperwork was mixed up. Constantly walking outside on the phone, with a office full of people. It also seem to be a problem with letting us test drive the car we picked out. I ve never been to a New or Used car lot, were it was a problem test driving a car that I picked out beforehand.This clown also had us waiting a second day for him 2 return from lunch & came back smelling like WEED. I thought we were at a professional establishment, but I guess not. I gave you 1 star only because it s a nice building. Car Choice you guys need better management there. You just lost potential customers ( J. Winters & D. Manning) that was approved.

Don t do it...they make sure they tell you to write a review on before the deal is barely closed. Please just save your money and go to a reputable dealership.Their vehicles are hardly in good condition and their finance company in Jonesboro will absolutely be the worst experience you will have. Rude and condescending women answer the phones. They DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!! Please work on your finances so you won t need to be stuck with places like this. Please. Kash has zero professionalism and Rudy talks as if the issues you have are not his problem. Just don t go here. Jojo would be OK but the fact that he chooses such a shady job gives me second thoughts about him.
