I wish I could give no stars. If you want your vehicle to look like a vehicle from a car auction with after market parts that doesn't fit and sensors gorilla taped to your bumper this is the place for you! THIS IS THE WORST SHOP EVER!!! They had my truck for 4 months of which the first 2 months they did nothing because they didn't have workers. You would think they would've told me to pick up my truck but instead I was fed lies. After my insurance company stopped paying that's when they started rushing to get it out and I ended up paying for 2 days not to mention it was returned dirty! They're not professional AT ALL and blamed the delay on everybody but themselves. $17,000 paid to them and my truck still had to go back in the shop to fix what they patched up. The only certification they got is being a CERTIFIED JOKE. I hope the owner takes that money and fix his teeth...clownService: Body & Trim

They were very professional. Did the job quickly. My car is modded so there are pieces that can be easily damaged. They took great care and paid attention to detail. Would recommend.

I absolutely LOVED my experience with Cannon Collision Center. My car was hit they fixed it to where it looks brand new , they also detailed it for free! Gena also was great customer service . I read the recent negative and hard to believe review from a customer and find it impossible to believe! We have used Canon Collision a few times and have always gotten outstanding work and great results! I just want to thank canon collision center in Memphis for the excellent job they ve done on our cars. I think the shop is reasonably priced and very well run. I went to this place of business in need of services for my 2021 Chevy Tahoe that was involved in a vehicle accident. The business was very clean with welcoming and friendly staff. The owner of the business got my vehicle back to me two weeks earlier than my due date. Very professional and they made sure I was satisfied before I left.The receptionist kept in touch with me about my truck until I came and picked it up.The owner also did minor things that I didn t pay for or I didn t notice when I dropped it off.We as people can t get mad when a part is on order or on back order cause the shop doesn t make them.It holds up space in there facilities when things don t go as planned.Great job Cannon collision center y all get 100 stars from me .Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Welding

THE OWNER Brandon Cannon IS A LIAR AND PRACTICES BAD BUSINESS DEALINGS. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are talking about. This place did great for us. I highly recommend! I'm always weird when it comes to getting things fixed on my car but after my experience I'll definitely be going back. Yall are awesome thank you for being patient and willing to answer all my questions

Also I would like to add I tried to show the rental receipt or fwd it via email. But unfortunately that wasn't good enough. I wasn't escorted off the property I left before I had a reason to be I can assure you that . I contacted the police to come to begin with after being harassed and having my car held hostage with lack of completed work and new damages . Please explain why you keep trying to take my review and pictures down if it's such a small blemish the tiniest spot the most minuscule speck. If your work is so good why don't you have my ford flex posted anywhere with your excellent work? The owner is literally writing fake reviews as we speak to try and cover their own back. You have one fake review this morning and suddenly several new good reveiws no pics or credibility. Best bet is to run from this place. Get a lawyer if you were fooled like I was.. they keep removing my photos of the up close of my car! This is a failed business in disguise. They seem to be directly correlated with 2sik customs but obviously that went horrible so they had to completely rebrand. Imagine thinking this was quality workService: Body & Trim
