I appreciate receiving updates on the status of the repair. I didn t need to worry about what was happening with my car. Also, my Mazda was repaired in only two weeks, which was faster than expected and it looks just as good as it did before the accident. I also appreciate all the staff for being helpful and accomodating, especially the receptionist and Crystal, my estimator. It was a good experience!

Caliber Collision was the right choice! The staff was welcoming, efficient, and answered all of my questions. They gave me a quote and had me scheduled within 2 weeks. The repair was expected to be complete within 3 weeks, but it was done much sooner, even when the city was shut down due to snow! An added bonus is that a rental company is located right next door. The convenience of it all brought me joy :) If you are looking for automotive repairs, look no further! Caliber collision exceeded my expectations.

One of my best experiences. The staff, the lady in admission, and my mechanic lady they were awesome, helpful, respectful and they were going above and beyond. They give updates right away, they are pretty fast, they are good at what they are doing, they respect you and your time. They really deserve more than 5 stars.

I highly recommend (Southwind) Caliber Collision. I had several things done to my car over a few days. Jamiel Rivers was great about keeping me informed, about my vehicle. The work performed came out great! You won t regret taking your vehicle to this company.

This is not the first time I've used Caliber unfortunately, but it has been the best experience. Sam is absolutely amazing!! Her smile and bubbly attitude was infectious. She kept me well informed on the process of my truck without having to inquire. My truck looks great!! Also, the receptionist was the kind of person any company would want their customers to be greeted by. She was very easy to talk to and I enjoyed our conversations.Thanks everyone at Caliber for making this a great overall experience. Hopefully, I won't need you again but, if I do there will be no hesitation.

The car was fixed and clean when I got it, the repair looks good and it was a drama free experience. They requested I leave a review and I was happy enough to do it so, my insurance referred me to the business.

I liked the updates on the progress that was did to my vehicle,and my vehicle was ready for pickup on the date that was promised. Will definitely use Caliber if needed again .I really appreciated the cleaning detail that my vehicle received ..

My daughter car was in hit and run accident. I had her car taken to Caliber in Memphis TN. The poor communication is frustrating. The car was there 9 weeks then I was informed that the shop would have to check specs to see if car could be repaired. I asked why this process was not done when car was 1st received. I got angry and demanded that GM return my calls. I found out the shop didn't have required equipment ect. Unsure what was true or half true. My insurance company was able to get required information after 9 weeks waiting. Unfortunately car listed as total loss Caliber should have been able to provide information about issues with repairs to me and my insurance without taking 9 weeks. I would not recommend this collision center. The lack of communication is terrible.

I must say that, I'm so impressed with the company as a whole. Polite, prompt, professional, consistent, concerned, very clean, and very informational. If exceptional customer service was a place, Caliber Collision- Southwind would be it. They are the Chic-Fil-A of Collision Repair and more. Thanks to Mrs.Wendy, Mr. David, and Mr. Ray, I have my car back in its original condition, and I couldn't be more pleased and happy. I had an outstandingly great experience at Caliber Collision on Centennial Drive! Wendy performed an amazing job in assisting me with everything from scheduling an appointment with my insurance company to answering all my questions and keeping me updated by the progress being made on my Rav4. Unfortunately my second time with caliber - my daughter needs remedial driving lessons. Samantha and the caliber team delivered another delightful experience. Very thorough, kept me in the loop all along the way and delivered when promised. Let me just start by saying from beginning to end service was great! Drop my car off the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Meet Sam and she was very nice and knowledgeable and let me know the whole process and kept me up to date. Although my car was away for a month we thought much longer. Sam made it happen when she found my parts to my car earlier than expected. Job well done and will definitely use them again.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I've used Caliber Collision on Centennial Drive in Memphis, TN three times. Each time, the quality of the work is impeccable. The staff, particularly Jason and the Office Manager, are great to work with. They are professional, kept me informed as work progressed, let me know when it was time to contact my adjuster to act faster and always updated the rental car agency. They are, in my opinion, the best experience with a repair shop that I have ever experienced.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
