Mine was a minor repair to the front bumper, but I was treated as if I were their most important customer. The work was done very professionally and completed way before I expected. I was very impressed with my service advisor, Jessica Smalley, who kept me constantly updated on the progress of my repair.

The experience was cool, they just take too long fixing your vehicle which caused me to be out of money of my own due to constant push back on the dates while using the rental car. Jessica was very helpful and still made sure I was taken care of.

The front office staff at Caliber Collision (Mt Moriah location) were courteous with great customer service skills and very informative as to every step of the process concerning the completion of bodywork on my car. I pointed out that the fender over the tire was not properly put on the vehicle to my rep before I left with the car. She was supposed to call me to set appointment to fix the issue. She didn t. I reached out via text message twice to the same number that was used to communicate with me during the repairs. Still no response.

Caliber Collision took great care of my vehicle, when I first called Breanna had such nice professional customer service, then I met Patricia to do the vehicle inspection for repair and she was just awesome nice down the Earth sweet personality and so on point. I recommend Caliber Collision to everyone and they did such a professional nice job on my vehicle.

This business is 100% my go to when I have to have work done on my vehicles. The service is great and the work they do is just as good. They are still customer satisfaction driven which says a lot . These days it s extremely difficult to find companies that are all about the customer.

I can t speak for their work as my car ended up totaled, but I can say that the customer service is exceptional. I had Patricia helping me through the process and she was patient as she navigated working with insurance. She even advised me in my best course of action when the full extent of the damage was realized, and I truly felt like my best interests were put first. I will be using them if the need arises in the future.

Ms. Patricia was very helpful and answered all of my questions. In the end my poor truck was determined to be a total loss, but if I have any issues in the future or know anyone who does I will 100% be using/recommending Caliber. Thanks again Patricia :D

My insurance company recommended Caliber Collision, after my car was damaged in an accident. Caliber Collision did an excellent job, and the staff couldn't have been nicer! I received text updates on the progress of my repair, and my car was ready one week earlier than I expected! I would definitely use Caliber Collision again!

Everyone I worked with at the Mt. Moriah location was very helpful, courteous and professional. They kept me updated along the way and went above and beyond to keep me updated when the automated text system didn t quite work the way it should have. I m very grateful to have such a pleasant experience in the unpleasant situation of having my vehicle repaired. I would recommend the Mt. Moriah location to anyone! Thanks, again!

We have used Caliber twice for repairs to my son's car, and now will be using them again for a recent fender bender on my vehicle. Service, in particular with Ms. Patricia, has been excellent. Not only was the work accomplished in less time than expected, but it made the vehicle look like new! Work quality is excellent. We did have one minor followup and it was fixed in less than 10 minutes. I would not hesitate to use Caliber for any body repair work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Kellie was great through the whole process! Very clear with details and regular communication. She answered all of my questions and very friendly! And Brianna at the front was very helpful and answered my calls as I had questions throughout the repair too. The quality of the work is great and can t even tell anything happened. I am very pleased with the top tier service I received from Caliber. The communication was excellent. I received calls & texts in reference to updates and any changes. My car was even ready before the date I was provided. Ms. Patricia was heaven sent. She was amazing the communication was impeccable. I give you all a 20 out of 10. Caliber Collision provided excellent service. Kellie provided stellar customer service by keeping me informed on the status of my vehicle throughout the entire process. My vehicle was estimated to be completed on the 8th of October and I received it on September 28th! I will definitely do business with them again on collision repair. 4.5/5

The Personnel at the front desk were extremely rude to me and my car was burglarized when I used them for repairs. I would suggest to anyone not to deal with this company unless you are prepared for this type of unprofessionalism.

They did a wonderful job on repairing my vehicle, and Mr. Chris the service technician, did a great job in fixing my car, the paint job is done beautifully, and he reconnected my cable to my trunk lever. Mrs. Patricia was wonderful in taking care of me, I was worried at first, but they came through for me. I do recommend Caliber Collision to anyone who needs auto body collision repair, but keep in mind they only take insurance claim vehicles. Never never ever go to this place. I needed an estimate for my car I guess since I wasn t using insurance they didn t care to provide the estimate. I did the estimate online 3 times never heard anything back so then I called to inquire on how long it would take. The representative was no help at all. Here it is 3 months later still no estimate.
