Caliber Glass is a great Company my window was broken out and they sent Matt to my residence and he did a phenomenal job. He was very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone. I would also like to Shout out Renae she worked with me to ensure me that my vehicle would be taken care of in a timely manner and it was. Received top notch service from Caliber for our windshield replacements. I just called and they took care of every aspect of the service. They contacted insurance, set up an appointment on the day I needed it, the technician was professional, thorough and his work was high quality. Definitely will use them again. It couldn t have gone more smoothly or painlessly.

Excellent customer service. I really like how they were able to work with me. The nice lady I talked to over the phone told me that they could fix my window tomorrow and I told her I wouldn t be available and she wasted no time trying to make room for me today. That was the highlight of my entire day. They called and let me know when they were on the way and it literally took him 20mins to fix my window and it looked perfect. I called 3 other places who were going to charge me up to $310 but this was definitely the best route to go. Thanks again y all I really do appreciate it and I ll be using your services going forward.

The installer, DW was extremely nice and professional. He answered all my questions and gave me suggestions. The process was probably about 30 minutes. I would certainly consider Caliber Auto Glass if I ever have a future need for glass replacement.

I requested a quote online and immediately received a response. The price to replace my window was half of what I was quoted from another company. The day of service, the tech (Michael Lapresta) called to tell me what time he would arrive and he was punctual. He explained everything he was going to do. I unfortunately was a victim of a car break-in this week. I was connected to Caliber through my insurance company. The process was easy. Caliber's customer service was top-notch, and the window tech was very professional. I appreciate how easy the appointment process was. I highly recommend this company for your window/glass needs.

Caliber saved my life today. Last night my family and I stayed in a Hampton Inn in which 18 cars were broken into despite having Sky cameras and a roaming security guard. This morning I called my insurance Geico and they were able to sort of help me by booking me an appointment with Safelite their main provider but the appointment was not until 4 days later despite me explaining the situation. So they gave me numbers to other providers that they call myself and caliber was the first one. The lady or receptionist was very helpful and looked up the product immediately but said that she couldn't do anything until the next day at the earliest. I took the appointment expecting to call the other providers and maybe getting some of the same which is ironic how do you plan for a break-in, you can't. So I explained my situation again and really asked for help almost beg for help and she did put me through to a dispatch got it approved and they sent caliber out to change my broken windshield. The technician himself was amazing stating contact with me the entire time thank you dw. And he was done with me in almost less than an hour. I can't recommend Calvary enough they saved me because I'm on vacation right now out of town and I'm headed to Nashville and so they saved my vacation.

Will called me to make sure he was expected and advised me his arrival time. He called when left his last appointment, called me again when he arrived. I met him outside he explained the process and completed the work in 45 minutes. Cleaned up the area and allowed me to examine the work after reminding me of the warranty. Told me to call if any problems, thanked me, totally professional in every aspect of his job.Services: Auto windshield repair, Auto windshield replacement

Absolutely horrible experience. Communications about multiple appointments were wrong, getting someone on the phone who could actually address the issue was near impossible, and no ownership for wasting my time after failing to order the windshield prior to my appointment, twice!
