Won't go back. Dropped of our vehicle Monday Jan 8th. Asked them to change the oil and replace dashboard computer screen. On Tuesday we were told the vehicle would not be ready until Wednesday. Wednesday we were told the screen would be in first thing Thursday morning and the vehicle would be ready by 1pm. At 3pm Thursday, oil change had been completed, but the lady we were dealing with said "you weren't told the screen didn't come in?" When we asked another person at the service desk, they told us the computer screen had not even been ordered yet. Worst service ever. And I need to add that Monday when we dropped it off, and again on Tuesday and Wednesday, we kept telling them we had to have the vehicle no later than Thursday. To top it all off, when we asked just to give us the vehicle, they told us it was being washed and we would have to wait. We were done waiting at this point. Nice gesture, but just want to leave and not come back at this point.

While on a family trip to Memphis, my fob stopped working. I stopped by Cadillac of Memphis and received exceptional service. They could easily have sold me a new gob, but the service manager provided a new battery instead. If you are in the market for a new vehicle or service, I highly recommend Cadillac of Memphis.

This is absolutely the worst dealership I have ever experienced. No one returns a phone call. They still have my vehicle and I guess I am going to have go get it and find a new dealership. This experience has definitely changed my buying Cadillac ever again.

This is the worst dealer ship I have ever had to deal with. I took my truck in back in November for a thermostat issue. These people told me I could still drive it and they would call me in two weeks knowing that would not be the case because the part they claim was on back order. Here it is about to be March and they have yet to call me. I recently met someone who works there so I know they could have been fixed my vehicle but they are very trifling. And when I called their corporate office this man had the nerve to sit on the phone and tell me I could get a new vehicle if I wasn't satisfied. I'm not satisfied with the people at cadillac not my vehicle. But I will be trading it in but it want be for another cadillac. I don't ever want to deal with these people. And have the nerve to not offer loaner cars. I will be going to benz next week to trade this vehicle in. I'm sure they will treat me much better.

Next up. Top review. Cadillac of Memphis on Poplar Ave in Memphis, TN is crowned with the most horrible and demonizing customer experience in history. First, they focus on a customer is last approach. My family and I are on the market looking for a new ride. Started calling to set an appt to experience a vibe. Not once did anyone talk to us like we had any sense. Avoided phone calls and no returns. On top of that, my mom was in an accident with a guy who was extended a loaner car from the dealership. The so called guy lied to cover his path and told us he was covered with an insurance company with Cadillac. After calling and calling, this was untrue. The guy went on and lied like he had Allstate. Still untrue. Second, after making personal visits to the dealership. This guy above told us that we should have squashed with the bad driver on the scene and let it go. Huh!! The service manager now does all possible to avoid our calls. He did text one day to let us know he was in a meeting and we still haven t heard from him. Thirdly, the staff at the dealership have done all they can to cover up the negligent behavior of the driver. It s as if they know they failed by not following the proper procedures to check for insurance so they hide and lie now. Moral of the story: do all you can to avoid doing business with the dealership. They will treat you like royal trash. Their customer service is worst than Walmart This establishment should be shut down immediately

Customer service is TERRIBLE as hell, I took in my 09 CTSV that has 58000 miles because I wanted it checked for a bad battery and alternator. They refused to service my car and talked crazy the whole time. F&%k this place.

They charge 179 for an oil change for an Escalade when every other Cadillac dealership near by cost $89.. they are doing this because they are the only dealership in this area.. I will not pay double for an oil change.

Gerald Bynum is the guy you need to see!!! Really made my experience a great one. Everyone I had an interaction with, from the two ladies that sat at the receptionist desk to the finance guy Jon, very pleasant and made the process much more clear and painless than any other dealership I've been to. Gerald took time to explain and walk through everything with me. Even took the time to show me how to work the car lol and many tips. Great with the communication and details. So happy with my new thang lol!!

Well the name says it all Cadillac of Memphis it s the top end of dealerships and automotive options. It s clean and neat and makes you want to raise your standard of expectations for mechanical and automotive quality. Very few customers get to see behind the curtain or what it takes to produce the standards at which they ve come to expect from the name Cadillac but I have seen the wizard behind this curtain and have to say it s not smoke and mirrors here he is putting the time and effort in to having the right team to provide the standards we ve come to love and expect from the name. So if you have had an unpleasant experience in the past then I urge you to come and discover the new Cadillac of Memphis Service Department and raise the bar!!

Cadillac of Memphis, and especially Gerald, are about as top notch as you can get! Throughout the entire purchasing process, Gerald worked hard to make sure every need we had was taken care of, making the experience the smoothest and best car purchase we ve ever made! Would highly recommend them to any and everyone!

The first Lady i started out with wasn't helpful she was unprofessional constantly putting me on hold or saying she would call me back never once returned a call all the things I told them was wrong weren't fixed.I called talked to Sales Manager because I had to replace the speaker in driver side door the 1st week I had the car they're not trying to accommodate me with the front end shaking.I understand the warranty was up but these things should have been repaired during inspection or service. My Credit Union provided me with a great warranty but I shouldn't have to use its ok my car so it'll be fine.I'll never do business with them or have service done with them they're horrible they don't provide everyone the same customer service and treatment.Mr. Luster Adams did the best he could with what they would allow. The star is for him.

The issue with Landers Cadalic isn't the sales department. I've had good luck with buying my second Cadillac Escalade from them. The second i bought a new 2022 Platiumen Luxury Escalade. It now has 22k miles. The problem is with the service department. I'll name a few of my many issues with them. First, they get oil or grease all over my interior whenever they change the oil. We have an interior warranty to replace the panels they couldn't clean. They said the interior parts they ordered would take about 14 days to arrive, but there is still no sign of them several months later. Good luck getting an update on anything. Second, a day after they changed the oil on my last visit, the low oil light came on; it was two quarts low. Third, we have a ding and dent warranty. I've tried for six months to have them fix them with no luck. Fourth, the AC doesn't work on two vents it blows hot air on the driver. Keep in mind It's 100-plus degrees outside. I made an appointment to fix it and explained that I would need to rent a car because they don't offer loaners. It sat on the lot for three days, not being touched. If it wasn't a good week, all they had to do was tell me. This is the only Cadalic dealer near Memphis. I am forced to drive to Jonesboro, Arkansas, to have it serviced. I'm trying to convince my wife to buy a GMC Danalli so we have more options for servicing it. There are several Chevy/GMC dealers in our area.

If I could rate it a zero I would! Worse service ever!! I took my 2013 XTS Cadillac several times for a check engine light and car skipping and turning off at red lights. The first time I took it, they lied and said it was my battery, which I knew was a lie, because my battery was brand new. So I continued to drive it, until it got worse. When i took it back, Annalise (worse service adviser at Cadillac along with the manager) said it will need a Diagnostic check, which I thought I had gotten the first time, since they were so sure it was the battery. So I agreed 3 months later, I never heard from them, and every time I called Annalise or the service manager, for some reason they would never pick up the phone. So I had to borrow a friends car just to drive there, for them to tell me, that they had mot done anything to my car because they are short on mechanics. WOW!! REALLY! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL! It took three months and a trip to your shop for someone to tell me this? So I called USAA to have my car towed to another shop for service.

Dear Landers Cadillac of Memphis...First of all, get out of the Cadillac business.Reincarnate Bud Davis. Stick to brands you can handle.Last time I was in for service you called me afterwards to see how I felt about the service I received. I am extremely unhappy with the way that I have been treated by the service department. Nikki Deloach and the service manager Bryant I believe is his name,have done everything possible to ensure that I never return to your dealership and tell everyone to never do business with Landers again. Nikki Deloach is the worst service advisor I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. She would be better suited to a position that does not include dealing with customers. She never returns calls. Not even once. Even after the car was promised last Friday. At least 6 messages left with her over 2 days...not one callback. I had to take time off of work and drive up...after being told by a service manager that the car was ready to be picked up...only to find out that the car was not ready. Also...he Bryant tells me that there was absolutely no way that I could get a loaner car even after I told him I had to have a car for today and that he told me the car was ready. Terrible customer service. I rented a car today to take care of my business today. No thanks to your awful service department. I will be sure to write you a truthful review on every website I can find. . Truly sorry I ever gave Landers a chance. Im disgusted with Landers.Sincerely,Scott Edmiston

Great place to get a car from but everything else is trash especially the service department and workers bought a car off the show room floor 2 miles on the dash air wasn't working supposedly a easy fix I only had my car for a week now it's been a whole month and still don't have my car back

Very disgusted at the lack of service/accountability, specifically Annalise Gibson-Webster (service advisor) and Bryant (Manager). Annalise refused to provide an updated estimate to my insurance company as requested on numerous occasions. She does not return phone calls or emails. She absolutely disregarded me as a customer and did NOT do her job. I have still yet to get a part ordered for my car or a service appointment set up and its been weeks! My insurance adjustor has even called her multiple times with no call back. I spoke with Bryant in person and was friendly in my face but never took steps to help resolve my issues. He was also copied on an email and addressed by me and never replied. I am thoroughly disappointed at my experience with these individuals at this dealership.

I used the service here couple times.The staff are professional and Techs know what are they doing.My service adviser , Matthew is very professional and even though he's new but he does he best to help you and I'd give him 5 stars.the reason I give them 4 stars is the parts prices is way to high & I'm not comparing with any after market or used , I'm comparing with GM dealership.Still %5-%10 I can understand but parts are between %30-%90 more expensive which if wasn't because of their staff and the service they're providing I'd give them 2 stars.

Car shopping today. I visited this place and sat outside waiting on someone to come out. I seen 4 workers one was taking a picture of a white couple with a bow whom had just purchased a vehicle. He gt done & walked rite back inside. Ok next guy rode rite by me on a golfcart ok wow. Next guy looked rite at me & kept walkn inside. I guess if your a certain color they run out to greet you and actually do their job. I will never ever patronize this place of business and after reading all the bad reviews I m glad I knew better & left! I got a fabulous Cadillac off Covington Pike no problems at all!!

Very satisfied with my car and their service! Had a flat tire last week and was totally lost about what to do... I called the service department and they sent someone to change the tire within 5 minutes... and they gave another car to drive so I don't have to drive my car with spare tire! Absolutely perfect service!

The service department is HORRIBLE!!!. I will NOT purchase another Cadillac, if I have to deal with this company. They do NOT answer their phones ( business and personal). They do NOT call you back, no matter what. Then you drive up there to get service......they have the audacity to tell you to make an appointment. You make an appointment for them to tell you have to leave your vehicle. I can go on and on.

I ve had 2 Cadillac s over the course of 9 years and have always had the maintenance done at the local Cadillac dealerships wherever I ve lived. First was with Bud Davis here in Memphis, then Andrews Cadillac in Nashville, third was Otto Cadillac in Albany NY, now Landers Cadillac which was once Bud Davis.March 1st will mark 7 weeks my car has been in the service department after initially being told it would take up to two weeks when I dropped it off. None of the other places denied me a loaner car before, but according to Landers Cadillac because my car is recently out of manufacture warranty they won t provide me with a loner car which makes it more frustrating since it s my only vehicle and I m paying them $,$$$ of my hard earned money.I ve called several times to speak with someone about the status of my repairs over the past month and usually get transferred to someone s voicemail or get a broken promise of a callback soon. I ve gone up there a few times since reaching someone by phone for answers is like pulling teeth. Seems as if I m expected to not care that they ve had my car a month longer than expected and I should overlook the fact they ve ordered the wrong parts over and over again which delays the completion of my repairs even longer.The service department manager Bryant has been rude and have had a very matter of fact attitude the few times we spoke once telling me that I can take my car somewhere else if I can t be patient, so of course I had to get the general manager involved.This experience has been the worst I ve had from a service department by far and has drastically changed my view of the entire Cadillac brand. I was told by the GM that I d receive a discount on my maintenance cost, so I m hoping it s substantial because waiting so long due to their incompetence should definitely be worth something since I m not able to enjoy my car but still still pay for insurance, OnStar subscription, and car payments while they b-s around. 1 out of 5 stars, and that 1 star is way too generous.

New to town and my first visit to the dealership for service and it was less than perfect, but the true colors of a business are shown when things aren't perfect. I was thoroughly pleased with the service after a rocky start. Great job by Bryant Ward and his attention to customer needs and getting the job done. I feel the service department will continue to improve under his leadership and they will definitely get my business. I would recommend this Cadillac Service department.

I would not recommend this Car lot to anyone they are terrible. Customer service is good until you purchase the vehicle and if you have problems out of the vehicle they set you off until your warranty expires and they do not offer loaner vehicles if you have to leave your vehicle to get serviced there. Bud Davis need to take back over!

I only hope that I am the only person who has had to endure such poor customer service. I'm almost 2 months without my vehicle. I've dealt with 3 service managers and cannot get straight answer from any of them. Asked to speak to a General Manager, and have yet to receive a call, but I get a ton of excuses why not. Never at any time offered a loaner for my inconvenience. Frustrating!

I got an oil change an they didn t let me know my car was done after sitting up there sleep an when I make my voice heard as a conclusion Bryant Ward takes my vehicle an Ram it to the floor all the way to end of parking lot an get out an leave my door open an tear the receipt up an tell me to have a good day . I ve patronized this business since it was Bud Davis Cadillac. Now that they have transitioned to Landers the service department has gone down completely. Deplorable service would be an understatement. The service reps are very rude. They keep your vehicle for days and will not answer the phone for updates. I ve had to Uber to the dealership just to find out what was going on with my Escalade. I ve spoken with the service manager but the behaviors remain the same. Last week I drove to the dealership to schedule an appointment. The service rep said she would email me to schedule my service. I never heard back from her. Sent a text the next day, still no response. It is now 5 days later. I will have to drive back to the dealership just to schedule an appointment.Where is this standard of excellent customer service they speak of? They don t care about customers and the management doesn t care about how his staff conducts themselves. If you go to Cadillac of Memphis they will make sure you regret it! I ve spent thousands of dollars at this service department being charged 3-4 times what maintenance would costs at a non GMC certified repair shop. Is it too much to ask to be treated with dignity and respect, when I m spending my hard earned money?The only good thing about this service department is Mr. Daryl Peterson and Mr. Willie Jones. They ve been with the company since it was Bud Davis Cadillac which is why they understand how to give excellent service. Unfortunately, they can t carry the entire department.

Service in the service department has plummeted in the last 2 years. You can never reach anyone in service. I literally called 8 times just to be told to drop my car off the next day. Well, I dropped my car off at 8am, this is day 2 and I hadn t heard from anyone about my car. When I called I was told the service tech hadn t had a chance to look at my car yet. Day 2 and no one has even looked at my car! So I have to find a way to work again tomorrow and not a word form the service department until I called. Wow!!! I ve looking for a new car but I would never buy from them again simply because of the service!! I am a manager in customer service so I understand staff shortages and such but that s not an excuse for communication. At least let me know what s going on so I can make arrangements for transportation. Frustrated!!!!!!!!!!

Cadillac of Memphis service department needs help! My vehicle has been there for over two months without any updates. It s sad that you have to call or drive out therefor updates just be to be lied to. Who is the owner of this dealership? The Service Department needs an entire restructure from the top down. I can t see this dealership sustaining in the new era with their current poor performance and customer service. Cadillac of Memphis service department definitely is rated 1 star for me. If I could rate them as a 0 I would.
