Great service and work.While I wasn t thrilled with being without my car, I m glad I took my car here. The work they did was PERFECT. My car looks brand new. And I was pleasantly surprised that my car was WASHED and DETAILED when I picked it up. I was so happy I called back to tell them how nice of surprised that was. Side note.somehow my squeaky brakes were no longer squeaky. Magic. 10/10 for quality and customer service.

I avoided writing this review for a few months, but this is the culmination of a number of disappointments. I just want to preface by saying, there are many other body shops available to you in this city. I took my car here upon recommendation from my property manager. I do not know why I took her word for it alone, beyond the shop being conveniently located. I have no idea why. I usually would do more research. Initially, I had no concerns. This changed when I returned to the shop to retrieve my GPS phone mount. I noticed they were storing their keys on the top of my car, just bare metal keys on my exposed paint job. I am not emotionally attached to my car, nor is it in perfect condition, but this is sloppy and disrespectful. I'd later learn from the next body shop I visited for work, Desoto Collision Center, that they place the keys on the plastic shield near the wipers. What a concept...how long has Brewer's been in business?...these are their practices. Speaking of my plastic shield, they returned the car to me with a piece of the trim missing. I contacted them about this and they implied they'd look for it. I was never called back. They just left it to me I guess. I am reluctant to go up there because I will get mad. I know these are arrogant, disrespectful people I'm dealing with. If this wasn't enough, I've recently noticed fasteners missing on my bumper, where the primary work was done. My bumper now occasionally separates from where it's meant to clip into place. These repairs cost about $2600. This was the end result. Brewer's has yet to contact me about the bumper. I don't expect them to either. I feel foolish for going to them based on word of mouth alone. Use your critical thinking skills. I'm going to probably visit Desoto Collision Center to see if they will address the loose bumper for a modest amount. I don't expect Brewer's to do anything here. By the way, Desoto Collision Center treated me very well.Follow-Up: The people of Brewer's have made no effort to contact me and make this right.

I only did business with Brewer's once. In all fairness, that was more than 25 years ago, so I'm sure the personnel has changed since then. That being said, I wasn't a bit happy with the service or the attitude of the owner. I had to pay him twice to get one job done, and when I raised a protest about it, he started cursing at me. I was young and naive then, so I backpedaled. However, that experience left a bad taste in my mouth that has never gone away. Whether you do business with them is your decision, but I can't in good conscience recommend them.

The wonderful people here are awesome. They were professional, and caring. I had a lot of trouble finding a place to have my car towed too and evaluated. Though my car was unfortunately totaled, I was able to get the remainder of the stuff from my car without being rushed. I cannot speak any higher of these Wonderful people. I would definitely recommend brewers to anyone looking to have automotive body work done.

This was my 3rd accident and my 3rd time to have my repairs done here. Everyone is so professional and knowledgeable. They kept me informed about the status of my repair and when I picked up my car each time it looked brand new. Tracy the office manager is absolutely professional and is very accommodating working on the convenience of my needs. I definitely will recommend Brewers for all your automotive body damage

Brewer s body shop is a wonderful business. I brought in my vehicle with minor damage on the driver s side door, and they not only replaced the door, but they repaired damage to my bumper and deep cleaned my interior and exterior. As a working parent of young children, finding time to do these things has proven a massive challenge, and Brewer s took this massive weight off of my shoulders. I was moved to tears. Very communicative and professional, and they just go above and beyond. I will be recommending this business to everyone I know!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was a little nervous to go here because I've never gotten body work done, and I just picked the place closest to me. But I was so glad I did! They were super nice and gave me a range of options as far as fixing my dented bumper. They even called around to find a cheaper option for me, and they were just so, so helpful & kind. They also got the work done super fast and made the whole experience just easy and stress free. Highly recommend!

My customer service was top notch... I had a minor rear end collision, they viewed it immediately and told me they could buff it out for $250 or totally fix it by replacing the bumper for about $1,000. I chose the buffing and they took care of it in less than one hour. They have always given me great service over the last 20 years and I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I have had two wrecks in the past three months and Brewers did my repairs . My car looks brand new the paint job was spot on and the best customer service I have ever received. I was also impressed with the extra time they took to find replacement parts that were not after market ,which is very common in the auto body repair shops.

Every shop I reached out to had about a week's wait before they could even look at my car, not to mention repair it. Called these guys on a whim and could immediately tell that Tracy was going to be easy to work with. She got me in the next day. My car looks great and it's also immaculately clean now (it was next level disgusting when I brought it in). Top notch.

Had the BEST experience at Brewers! Will forever recommend this place. So nice and friendly and will give you their honest opinion on what service is best for you instead of just telling you what will get them the most money!! I picked up my car yesterday and am very pleased with the work. The car was not drivable after an accident I had, but it was returned to me in exactly the shape that I would have hoped for. I found the staff and Mr. Brewer very accommodating and pleasant.

First of all, I m not one to give reviews as I like to give any business the benefit of the doubt... However, If I could give negative 10 stars for this place I would.Not sure if those positive reviews are family and friends, but not only was I a real customer, I was a customer that was wronged. Not only does this place have an extremely inaccurate timeline of completion, their quality of body work is terrible, not to mention the staff s inability to deal with an upset customer. Customer service is also not their best quality...I was in a car accident on 12/19/17. Per the shop and insurance it was a borderline total. Brewer s body shop assured me that my car could and would be repaired, and done right.Well, it s 2/18/18 - my car is still not repaired. We ve had to take my car back twice to Brewer s for incomplete and poor quality of the body work, also mechanical issues that were not there before my car accident and were brought to their attention the first time we took it back. Those mechanical issues were never addressed or assessed by the shop, which is why it is now at the dealership - thank god. The body work is still not up to par - but I now just want my car back that will be safe to drive again.Overall, if you need a body shop that you can trust - I d look elsewhere.

We have used Brewers 4 times or more, I the last 10 years. We have always had clear, fair, honest dealings and good service with this local, family owned business. We have a car in for repair now. We walked the damage and repair plan together (edited after a month of negotiations), but our experience ended unfortunately. We are now on return trip #3 and are continuing to have problems with the car. He blames us for not being an insurance payment, we've paid. Maybe they're better at "plug and play" parts than actually repairing something.

This place is amazing! I broke a key to my locks on my work trailer. All the equipment was locked. After many phone call to other car shops and two trips to Home Depot to get bolt cutters that did not work Brewers Auto Body said come on and let us take a look . They had all the heavy duty master locks cut off with in minutes and I was back in business!!!! Thank you very much for saving me time and money!

Absolutely horrendous. These people are not detail oriented!! They left a lot of screws missing when they tried to return my car including the two very visible ones on my splash shield and the ones a mechanic or body shop should know on the splash shield below the car!!! The thing came off after going through a puddle not long after I got my car repaired here. Horrible. Be very cautious about bringing your car here. You might regret it!!!

After being hit by another driver, we had several hoops to jump through with his insurance company, and, after taking it to another body shop and getting an estimate for the insurance company, their demands still weren't met. All of this to say, we were exhausted of the process by the time we ended up at Brewer's (because they were an Express Pay option for the insurance).Tracy was patient and professional and clearly had experience dealing with situations like ours; Mr. Brewer took the time to talk to me personally about his company's philosophy. We left our car there feeling much better.We dropped the van off on Friday and got called Wednesday to say they were cleaning it up and it would be ready for pickup in an hour. That doesn't seem like a fast turnaround, maybe, but it was certainly a reasonable amount of time. We got our vehicle back cleaner than we gave it to them, and, in the end, the bill (which went to the insurance) was lower than our original quote.Obviously, we hope we never need a body shop again. But, if we do, this will be the one that gets our business.

Best body shop in Midtown. They've did my work and the work for my family and friends for years. Curtis and Tracy are very nice and go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. Mr Brewer is very picky about what leaves his shop. He fights with the insurance companies to make sure the job is done right, or at least has on our cars. I would recommend Brewer's to anyone who needs any body work done. No, I do not work for them.

These are the nicest people to deal with, prices more than fair, work is excellent and ready when they say it will be. I love dealing with small business owners who care about their services. I would recommend Brewer's to everyone, 5 stars absolutely!

HORRIBLE SERVICE! They basically did not want to fix my car after they found out the insurance company was not paying for it. I told them that i was paying for it myself. No, they didn't want to hear this. They kept my car almost two weeks and didn't fix anything. I finally took it somewhere else and they fixed it in 2 days. I would definately stay away from Brewer's Body Shop.

I broke my trunk moving and took it to Brewer's. They had me in and out quickly. They fixed my trunk to where it would close again. They didn't overcharge me or tell me I needed an entire new trunk, as many places probably would have! Friendly staff. Highly recommend them!

Took my Chevy Malibu and to get a headlight put in and a hub bearing. When I pick the car up I was told I need it back struts and that they would do all four for $1,000. Funny thing is I've been to a few different shops and I do not have back struts I have shocks... These people are just out for your money get a second opinion first

I'm new to the area and was recently in my first car accident resulting in a total loss. Brewers Body Shop was extremely professional and helped me through the process while making sure the insurance didn't take advantage of me, I highly recommend using them for any of your Body & Paint needs!

Excellent Service! The employees there were welcoming and over the top attentive to my needs of getting to work on time. Repair went great, and my car looks even better than what I expected as they cleaned and washed it.

I ve had the worst experience ever!!!!!!!! My car was wrecked on 12/16/19 and the problem that I took my car in for has yet to be fixed TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! I wouldn t recommend this business to my worst enemy. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!! I was recommended to this company and I truly regret it my car is in the shop for the second time and still not fixed for the same problem I had when I took my car to the shop for in the first place. And now you want money to fix what should ve been done already I don t have the energy to deal with this bull anymore. NEVER USE THIS BODY SHOP!!!!!

I was returning from shopping the other day only to find out that my front fender was hanging (some nice guy had rear ended me while I was shopping). Went to these guys at 2:00 and at 2:45 I was home with my bumper fixed. You cannot tell that it was hit. I would highly recommend

Tracy is very polite and they are fast and reliable they do great work my mazda three was backed into i cant even tell where it was wrecked i am very satisfied i am referring all people i know to brewers.
