I have been going to Boyd's Performance for many years and I have always received fantastic service. James, the owner gives me great customer service, explains and shows me what he fixed or did maintenance on, and he let's me know when I need to bring my vehicle back in for the next service appointment. I can trust that my vehicle will run well when I leave there. I have also sent a couple of my friends to him and they have all have been taken care of by James and his staff well. I unexpectedly broke down at 3am and brought my car to JB. He had it up and running the next day at a very fair price. He also took the opportunity to look over the general condition of the cars systems and give me a heads up on anything that would need future attention. If you want outstanding service at a fair price, this is your place. Only thing to be aware of is that he is so busy cranking out repairs, he doesn t answer the phone so just go down and see him in person.Service: General repairs & maintenance

You ever want to feel a relief DROP YOUR CAR OFF TO JAMES SHOP!!!!! Besttttt mechanic in Memphis!!!!! I try to give street men a try but for some reason I just say FORGET IT LET ME TAKE MY CAR TO JAMES SHOP!!! And it never fails he know exactly what to do, and he get the job doneeeee FAST!!!!! Thank you JAMES been coming to him for over 10yrs!!!!!!

First of all, when you talk to him, it seems like you've been knowing him for years. About his work, you can TELL him what's wrong, he'll diagnose the problem, then a quick fix. Not too many around like him. Be blessed Boyd's Performance
