Took my Sequoia here for a body repair and they did a good job. Hunter was professional and he kept me posted on the progress on my vehicle. I dropped it off on Monday and it was ready by Friday. To save time, I purchased the two parts from the Toyota dealership. Overall, good service. My total was $1,500 for the service and I would recommend this business to others.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took my Jeep Rubicon after a hit to the front bumper and left fender. Really great customer service. Hunter really makes sure that the customer knows where you are in the process. Kept giving me updates until my car was repaired. Really great turn around time. Highly recommend. Thank you Hunter.

Very kind staff. They went out of their way to find me a cheaper option to replace the parts I needed. Once the part that I needed arrived, they fixed it very quickly. I would go back and I'd recommend them. They cleaned up the glass and dashboard inside my car, too, which I honestly wasn't expecting...

I Went for a cash pay quote on a dent removal and was quoted a price so reasonable, I thought it was a joke. After the dent removal, I called back and asked for a cash pay quote on painting the bumper, and got an even better quote. The turn around time was 1-2 days. Hunter was very professional and communicated well. He explained every detail and step of the way. He also answered all questions I had. Ricky (body repairman) and Hunter s brother (painter) were also great/talented in their work. I Highly recommend this body shop for repairs!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Took our Ford F150 to have work done and when we picked it up it looked like new. The work was the best and the people who own and work there were just the nicest and most helpful. Especially Hunter. Thank you all.

I was in Bartlett for 8 days and while there my car was broken into. My back door passenger window was completely shattered leaving glass shards all throughout my car. I went to their body shop to see if they could replace the window and they took time to look at my car without an appointment. The most important part was they called me to pick up my car the same day. They told me that it would take weeks to order the glass and get it in. However, they had taken the time to wreck wrap my window and completely clean the inside of my car and wash the outside from where the cops had taken finger prints. I can not speak to their actual body work but their integrity and kindness to me was amazing. I appreciate them and would recommend them without question.

Very good and very professional service. Hunter kept me apprised of all details regarding my truck's body work. When additional damage was discovered, he did not fail to notify me, and he was equally diligent in notifying the insurance company. The new paint for the repairs matched up perfectly with the original paint. I personally thought the job should have taken less time, but the thoroughness and quality of the work done made me seriously reconsider that thought!I would DEFINITELY recommend them!Well done, sirs, WELL DONE!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Totally worth the wait. They do fantastic work. Very thorough with the details. Everyone that works there is so nice. Mr. Glass was so friendly and explained everything so we understood all that was going to be done. They went over and beyond to detail our truck and even gave us advice on other potential issues we didn't know. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

They are not good at communicating about when the parts are received to repair your car or when it's ready. With that aside they did an EXCELLENT job at repairing the damages to my car. The paint match was spot on and they went over and beyond to make me happy with any imperfections noticed unrelated to the original accident. I highly recommend this company. Very nice people. Family environment.

Phillip has a BAD attitude! I have called a few times to get an estimate on my vehicle and each time his attitude got worser saying they got too much work as it is like that's my fault! I would never recommend this company to anyone because of the bad customer service!

This has been the best experience I ve ever had at a body shop! They treated me like every company should: with respect and speedy work. They even had our car detailed inside and out!! They will forever have my business. You can t even tell where the damage was. Thank you Phillip and all of you for making my family very happy!!

They did a good job with the cosmetic work after my accident, but the front struts, and a tie rod were damaged in the accident and they wouldn't replace them, they didn't realign the wheels properly, didn't color match my damaged wheel, and just forgot to replace the fog lights. They were friendly, but had issues with communication. They didn't call when my car was finished, and more than once I had to clear up communication issues between them and the insurance company to make sure the supplement repairs were being covered. After I got it back, I called about realigning the car, and they said they'll call me back after they talk to the shop they go to for that. I haven't heard anything from them since. They also claimed that my car was missing a bunch of bolts and other small things that they replaced for me, but I know that wasn't true. I've been working on cars for 7 years now, and I'm very meticulous with my cars. I won't be going back there.

I went here for a minor repair on the driver side window of my wife's van. Phillip quickly determined the problem and with the help of Tony, quickly got the issue resolved and I was back on the road. It was also a pleasure to see a body shop where everyone was careful to practice safe distancing and wearing of masks when interacting with customers.Service: Body & Trim

Bartlett body shop is terrible. They've had my car for almost 2 months. They continue to tell me itll be done next week . Next week comes and they tell me next week again. I then start to pull up at the shop to see the progress on my car after a month and a half of hearing next week and my car hasn't been touched. Horrible service. A guy named Phil makes up the worst lies as to why the car isn't finished, and its obvious he isn't doing any work to my car. I've had enough of this. I wouldn't recommend Bartlett body shop to anyone ! Do not take your car there. I'm paying a car note for a car I'm not driving . 1 star definitely suits this place
