Can t say enough good things about Chase and how he runs his business. He s honest, knowledgeable, and fair. If you look at the what he sells you know that he spends his time researching trying to find the best items in his industry to sell to his customers. He takes the time to build relationships with his customers and it shows. I know that I can count on him to answer a question regardless of whether he gets a sale that day or not. I can say that Chase is highly professional and makes the gun transferring experience as easy as one would hope. Once he sets up your appointment its a one-two-three step process that one would like all FFL dealers to use. Would definitely do business again.

Before Chase knew that I would make a purchase through him, he took the time to educate me on the product. After the purchase, the product was received promptly and professionally. Then after the product was received, Chase walked me through additional questions I had. This is a first class outfit running on all cylinders.

I ordered a firearm for the first time and used the services of AxArms for the transfer, which went very smoothly. Excellent level of service and very knowledgable. The dealer even took the time to explain the entire process. I will definitely be using this dealer's services again. Would highly recommend him.Update: Bought another firearm and once again, Chase provides great service. I was even able to pick up the firearm the same day it was delivered! I am happy to continue bringing my business to him.

Chase was amazing. I had a fairly complex purchase transaction with his company, which required him to be fully engaged to pull it across the finish line. He totally gets customer support and follow through. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for top rated customer service for any size purchase, easy or complex. He is all over it with follow up and details. He's an expert in the documentation requirements and walks you though the process step, by step. Look no further, this is the right place to do business with. If they had an option for a sixth star, he would earn it!

I have used Chase for FFL transfer a number of times and found the experience nothing short of terrific. The transfer is properly priced and the office environment in which the transfer takes place is very comfortable, much more so than a store front. He is very responsive and will continue to give him my business.

Outstanding Service, Chase was very professional! He was patient and made my experience as a first time gun owner comfortable and educational. He was helpful in answering all my questions about the gun I ordered, training, classes, etc. I would highly recommend his services for anyone who wants to obtain a gun for the first time, or in general, as he's very polite, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. 10/10

Chase was very professional when I called remotely from out of state. He explained detail what can be bought for my husband and what he can help. He offered help to show the equipment we bought too. He is very helpful and patient and the service was superb. Thanks so much Chase especially at this difficult time. I would highly recommend his service. And work with him again if we need. After reading rave reviews about Chase, I decided to have my handgun transferred through AxArms. I'm so glad I did! Chase is extremely responsive and informative. Chase immediately responded to my emails about the transfer process. My gun was delivered on a Wednesday morning, and I had it in hand that same day. At my mentioning of handgun cleaning during the appointment, Chase informed me of supplies I would need and where to purchase; he even demonstrated for me. During the meeting he also suggested other reputable dealers to purchase handguns when I am ready to advance from my 380EZ. I will definitely use Chase again! Very welcoming and professional! I highly recommend Chase/AxArms!!

Chase provided a superior experience from any other FFL dealer I have dealt with in the Memphis area. Not only do they offer a fair transfer fee, Chase was quick to help me find the best deal on the gun I was looking at and helped me save even more money. He was also very responsive and very quick to follow up with my questions via email and text. I look forward to working with Ax Arms again.

Was my first time ordering a firearm online and was happy to see AxArms was already registered with the dealer I was purchasing from in addition to having the best price for processing an FFL transfer. Chase was the definition of professional and graciously answered a number of questions I had regarding the process. All around a fantastic experience and highly recommended if you're looking to get a firearm transferred. I know I'll be using his services again when I make future purchases.

Very good Service, Chase is a professional and very knowledgeable FFL dealer, he was patient and very helpful in answering all my questions and a small tutorial on how to operate the gun; as i don't know much about guns, I would highly recommend his services for anyone who wants to obtain a gun for the first time, as he's very polite, knowledgeable, patient, and friendly.His fees was very reasonable and I would definitely uses his services again in the future. Chase is thorough and professional. Although the transfer did not pan out as one would hope, I learned alot through the process. Chase stuck to his principles and I admire him for that. Even though I take full responsibility for the transaction error which was due to a past event that I put behind me, I learned a great deal. Chase connected me with some legal resources that were able to shed some light to a past transgressions that I've had confused for years but neglected to fully invest and understand the process. Turns out, that event was a non factor in terms of impact. Ironically, I've been disclosing information that isn't relevant. I appreciate the help Chase provided because it was more than the transaction for him, he educates you, and follows up on numerous occasions.I would go back to Chase again, once I get my ducks in a row in terms of supporting documents disputing what I disclose regardless what is not returned on a background check. I might try again around same time next year.

The first time I transferred a firearm, my transaction was complicated due to forces outside my control. Chase was helpful, and understanding of the complications. He provided me with prompt information, and did everything that he could do to help complete the transfer. I strongly recommend that anyone in the Memphis or surrounding area use AX ARMS for their transfers! Thanks again Chase!

Chase is hands down the best FFL for transfers in Memphis. I cannot say enough good things about his professionalism and willingness to help a client out. I found him by going with the FFL dealer with the best Google reviews, and am glad I did. I will be recommending him to everyone I know, and now to those of you I don't.
