Carlos C., the Store Manager, is amazing! On one of the coldest days of the winter my car battery died. I was able to get a boost and drove right up to my local Autozone. Carlos greeted me when I walked in the store and looked up my information. Without hesitation, he came outside in 21 degree weather to test my battery, which was bad. I ended up purchasing a new one and he even put it in my car for me! I'm so appreciative of Carlos for his help and for great customer service! Please check out this Autozone for your car care needs and ask for him!

Overcharged for service estimates., by 600.00. Did not allow service to be completed by them. I went to a reputable mechanic.

Went to the store today, the older lady is rude as all get out. I asked her to check my oil and she said we don't check no dam oil. And then on top of that when I be going to the store it always seems to be closed early when the Mexican manager is there. Seems like i need to go back to oreillys and spend my money.

The young guys on covington pike were helpful. Unlike the raines road store, that crew is awful. Back in the day they hired experienced people that could help when you had an issue. Now the employees act like you inconvenience them when you enter the store. No more stop drop 30 30.

Like the McDonald's of the automotive world, they can't test anything because the machine is "broken" and chances are you will get the wrong thing anyway. This location is always a cluster. I like how the workers that have zero idea what they are talking about like to argue with a 20 year mechanic also. I try not to go here. I forgot to mention you guys have a $250 sale to O'Riley because you were too lazy or didn't know how to check my alternator.

Went in for a part for my car and was spoken to got to the counter Carlos the STORE MANAGER refused to help me, he made Ms.Brittany help me while him and the older lady was outside getting water and stuff out her car. SMH, would never step foot in store EVER again. Poor Management skills. Brittany was friendly and helpful.

My partner and I bought a new battery for our boat in late April. It crapped out in less than 2 months, and we took it back to exchange it under the warranty. We did not have our receipt, but they said we wouldn t need it since they log purchases under your phone number. They looked up the number and had no record of the purchase. We showed them our bank statement from that day in the exact amount of the battery purchase, and they still refused to do anything to help. The website states they should be able to find the warranty under the serial number, but this store doesn t do that . The manager admitted they messed up and said he wouldn t blame us if we never came back. Good to know. Taking that advice.

Horrible customer service. The 2 young guys that works there needs to be fired! I took 2 batteries there to get tested and the guys claim they were bad. I went to oriely s and they tested the batteries and both were good batteries. Quit hiring people that don t want to do their job! I m NEVER going back to autozone!

I cant remember when I had such a unpleasant service. Robert was not very in tune, too with the needs of the customer. It seems that something was more important. We asked several questions about spark plugs as and he only wanted to sell us the other brand. If not for another CSA ,helpfulness to guide him in the right direction we were about to go too another parts store. I was just visiting from out of town and since my local Auto Zone was so nice and friendly I thought the Memphis location was the same. Hopefully the day got better and other customers didn't have a bad experience.

I came in about 3:30 very busy and he came to me after working on another customer was completely honest and helped me with diagnosis and checked me out ran line and everything making sure everyone taken care deserve more than 5 stars and was short staffed

Staff ignores you and pretend to be busy to keep from having to serve customers. They all compete to deny taking back returns after they fail to register parts, properly assist customers to get the right parts. Here is the killer the truck hasn't come in. Do business owner reeally wonder why their businesses are suffering and online shopping is soaring. You take the same risk when you buy in line, hut at least sone online vendors will give you a free return label

Staff wouldn't step in the rain to tell me which bulb I needed for my car!! They helped a man with a battery replacement in the rain but refused me a little help. Staff stated they don't change light bulbs in the rain. I asked for help determining which bulb. Store number 0045!!! Covington pike and Stage . If I could give 0 stars I would

Love that I can take old oil here to disposal /recycle! Customer service was good on my purchase even gave me my deserved discount when she saw it in my wallet. Thank you, again!

Unhelpful with services, i couldn't even borrow a pair of pliers had to end up buying some just to put on part needed .. unknowledgeable of code reader .. last visit to that location ever

Autozone checked out my battery, sold me another, and installed new battery within 20 minutes. I am very pleased with their service.

I have been an autozone customer when it was autoshack. Always had good service until Tuesday. Had them test my battery due to slow to crank, battery tested good. I asked them to do a diagnostic check this is where they messed up. I know the tester is to plugged into my computer system, inside of the car. They hooked some tester on my battery,WRONG. i went to dealership, bad battery. Went to O'Reilly auto, checked, bad battery and they installed it. Autozone you need to better train your employees on diagnostic checks.

I love going to this AutoZone ! The Manager Carlos C Has excellent customer service & makes sure he satisfy the customers. He made sure the line was constantly moving unlike some AutoZones. He helped customers with no problem!!! He is the main reason I had a great experience at this autozone!!

When I walk into auto zone, they were willing to wait on me right then and there. They ask me do you need any help. I told him what I want. And that salesman found it on the spot. He was very friendly. Everyone was friendly. If I need a parts or something. I always go to auto zone. Auto zone is the best place to go.

Lady in distress. One of my headlights went out. They had the replacement light and the young man was able to replace it for me in just a few minutes.

You get good service from the door, once entering. And can find every part i needed for my 1964 to my 92 short bed. The only place i go.
