Terrible service. I called this store on Shelby dr and elvis presley to check to see if they had a part I needed. So a young lady answers auto zone may I help you. I started to tell her what I was looking for then she says to me I have to place you on brief hold I have customers to take care of. So I waited. I had waited about 5 minutes thinking she's not coming back. So I said I'm going to stay online and give her a chance to come back and say something. But she never came to back to the phone. I drove up to the store still online. Got in line. 20 minutes being on hold. Still waiting. As I'm in line the assistant store manager was answering the phone placing people on hold. Knowing she's not coming back to the phone. I was so disappointed and pissed. I asked for my part and finally got some help. If you can't help people on the phone say that. If they need to dive to your store to be helped... say that. I hope I never have to use this store again. She new I was one of the people she placed on hold. Didn't acknowledge that she forgot about the phone or anything. Service today from these different places has gotten so bad. This is how you treat your customers who help make you money. Poor service. I give you a big zero for customer service. Period. I hope the store owner responds to my review. Please

Talk about management setting the example for "above and beyond!" I stopped by this very clean, well stocked store today needing a temporary passenger side mirror for my RV. Found something I thought MIGHT work and stopped to ask Alan for advice on mounting it. He took me back over to the mirrors and actually found something much better. Yippee! And then he said lets go outside and see if it works!. It was pouring rain but he insisted on taking care of it while i sat in the dry. Wow! Turns out Alan is the regional manager over this store. The poor man got soaking wet but I am so so grateful. Would give 10 stars if I could. Yay AutoZone!

I was very impressed in the services I received !!Excellent experience from the young lady who checked out my items to the management(Frank) who he and another staff (Michael) took their time and replace light bulbs in my SUV. I appreciated their kindness and professional work ethic.I will be returning again!
