Super Bowl Sunday, and I had a dead battery to replace. Had to Uber there and home. The transaction was rushed. They sold me the wrong battery. I thought it better to go back Monday morning. And it paid off. Staff were much friendlier and more helpful. They immediately found the correct battery.Mixed feelings about this store. It's best to go on weekdays and not on weekends, which is pretty difficult for us working folks.

Have an attitude early in the morning! Not willing to go check of supplies in the back! Gay Manager doesn't know how to communicate to diffuse situations! He just put more flame on the fire. Needs a whole new staff... I walked up here, and I simply asked if you all could check in a back to see if you all had it! 3 employees told me no, we know our inventory. We are not going to go check, including 2 managers/superior! Sad place of business

Well, I want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT!!!!!!!! to a very nice young man Tommy R. Tommy ABSOLUTELY provided me with GREAT customer service. He took care of EVERY need/concern that I had. Keep up the good work!!! This is the store on Frazier Ave. Again, thanks Tommy R. for being so kind.

Not at all enthused, very unprofessional, rude and no help @ all. I would not recommend this location. However I've had some great experiences in the past and won't let 1 apple spoil the bunch

Went here been working 13 hours, to get my car a read he asked me did I wanna do it. Like what is even customer service anymore, if you don t like your job find a new one.

Most of the employees are so helpful. There's one female that's not too friendly, and needs to be trained in customer service. I was in the store for a second time and needed her assistance, and she acted like I was bothering her. I can ALWAYS take my money across the street to O'Reilly"s if your employees don't want to be bothered. Just that simple.This location is almost ALWAYS out of stock on sockets, & extensions.

The Store Manager Is So Sweet And Kind! She is very helpful and has a wonderful staff! Best experience I had in the 21 years I lived in Frayser!

These men in here don't know how to look up anything and send you to the right location to pick it up. I've been on a wild part chase twice dealing with them on two different occasions. I'll drive all the way to another location before I go back into Frayser Blvd location again....

I normally don't have problems, but that morning there was only 1 employee there and guess I wasn't feeling great. I asked about item I needed and he left his head on counter and pointed toward aisle 1. I never found it.

This location isn't in the best location but the staff here are on point and actually give you the exact part that you called about or another alternative part that is actually for your vehicle unlike the yale.rd location who will give you anything just to get you out of there store so they can go back to flirting with one another or just sitting around hiding from the customers!!!!

Awesome staff both male and female. Especially nice to not so knowledgeable customers, when it comes to auto care. As my vehicle ages, I visit often, and have had a very comforting experience every time.

I don t even want to give you all a star but it s the only way you ll be able to know what I got to say. My fianc�e just left from there and he was treated horribly. Our car battery died and we needed them to do a boost off and to check the car. They literally told him they won t come outside because it s a bad area. They didn t check they just let him and my brother sit in the cold. They even had the doors locked. I tried calling corporate but I can t reach them. So if anybody can contact me please do so!

Great Experience the workers was Great they broke everything down about the battery that I purchased and explain everything to me on the warranted, the returns, things I wanted to ask was already spoken before I got a chance to speak. I have had a bad experience with this particular store.They sold me used parts two days in a row. First day I bought a stoplight switch but didn't need it. So the next day I went to take it back they told me that I put the old part in the box. So I went back to the car and took the old part with the dust and all on it to prove that I did give them the old part so they refunded my money after all of the confusion. So I brushed it off. But I came back to this store the very next day for some brake pads . Went home and started putting them on Finished one side and started on the next side, but when I grabbed the last two pads, one pad was a used pad so I Immediately stoped working and went back to the store to show them and hopefully get on pad but they started telling me that there's no way that they sold me a used pad like that so I showed them the old pads that came off the car to prove that once again that I am not trying to get over on them , So I had to go back home to get the other 2 pads of the car for them to warranty them out only to find out that they didn't have anymore in stock so they refunded my money back. But both times I had to come back, they wanted to make it seem like I was a dishonest person, when all I wanted was good customer service when buying and returning but all I got was bad service and rude behavior. It forced me to go to O'Reilly auto parts to get good customer service and new parts . AND it also taught me not to trust the reps If I ever buy from that particular store check look in all the boxes and inspect whatever I buy from there. I was truly baffled by their slick accusations that I would do something like that

It was frightening. Three young black men came into the store and asked for some 40 D spray. When the Store Assistant asked him to repeat what he said, one of the other young men said WD-40. After getting the WD-40, he started towards the counter with the Assistant. I noticed one of the other men look at me. I told the Assistant and stated that I felt unsafe and if there was somewhere I could hide. He then looked towards that young man and in the blink of an eye they grabbed some motor oil and ran through the door. We were all shocked, however we did our best to stay calm and to be thankful it wasn't a situation where we were harmed. I think an Indoor security surveillance Assistant could monitor suspicious behavior and actions.

A "1" WAS GIVEN ONLY BECAUSE THE MANAGER DID HER PART!!! "SHAKITA"...AN EMPLOYEE WITH A STANK-UH-DANK-DANK ATTITUDE!!! MANAGER TOLD HER TO GO HOME SEVERAL TIMES...SHE REFUSED!!! MANAGER ASKED HER TO GO TO THE BACK...SHE WANNA "ARGUE"!!! WOW...#GirlBYE
