The lady working on my last visit was too busy on the phone talking to her boo about crab legs, and just let me stand up there at the register with items in hand. Another guy walks in and she goes to another register and checks him out. Then continues to ignore me, and walks around on the phone with her boo again. Finally the gentlemen working there waited on me when he was finished with his customers. I did alot of shopping there but not after that.

Had a battery test done. No other help.I was set to purchase a new battery, it was in stock and no one could install the battery as the website states below...Yes, AutoZone installs batteries.Not only does AutoZone sell batteries, but they can install them, too.If your car s battery is dead, won t hold a charge, or if your car won t start, it may be time for a new battery.AutoZone carries a large selection of batteries and installs them.The store also provides several other convenient battery services.

The best Auto Zone I've ever been in. Ada is a great access to the company. She was so helpful and pleasant. She greets customers when they come in and ask if you need help. Best experience at Auto Zone ever. Ada keep up the good work.

My power steering fluid had gotten low, and while a different AutoZone store said they couldn't help me with it, everyone in this location was so kind and knowledgeable. They confirmed the problem for me, showed me how to fill it back up, and had me on my way with the problem solved (and the car driving smoothly again) all in the span of about 10 minutes! Thank you so much for your help! In the future, this will be the first place I go if I'm having car trouble.

when we walked into the store there were three people standing at the register and no one greeted us or said anything. they were talking to each other they all looked at me and my son and kept talking.one of the people was the manager.

I'm on a walker and very unstable. Thanks to them for helping me add steering fluid. When I do it half ends up over the engine or whatever.
