Came in with my fiance to check our battery before a snow storm and Octavia was amazing at explaining what we need to do to keep it safe and went above and beyond to help us out and make sure we were prepared and we could answer any questions about the car. Amazing customer service and not something that you rarely see in Memphis anymore. Easy recommend to anybody having any car troubles.

professional staff, always on the ball. They always shoot me straight at the store, so I always make sure I get over to this part of town anytime I got issues with my car because they will sit and explain everything you need to know and give you good information

I just went to this location and it was pretty busy and people don t necessarily follow the line process. But, WILLIAM was holding it down! He made sure everyone got served in the right order and kept the line moving and making AutoZone look good!

I cannot say enough about the superb service that we received through Tony at the Cleveland Street in Memphis, TN location.My daughter's car battery had "bummed" out on her. I called Tony at Autozone, gave him the "specs" over the phone and he was ready for her with a new battery a couple of hours later after she got a "boost".She had an important meeting to attend and Tony got her fixed up in a matter of minutes.Autozone is fortunate to employ such customer oriented employees as Tony!

I went into the Autozone on Cleveland in Memphis on today. Antonio and Octavia are my HEROES. The customer service they provided on a scale of 1 to 10 was a 13. I WILL ONLY COME TO THIS STORE GOING FORTH

Derrick was so kind and professional. He had no hesitation in diagnosing my VW Beetle with the courtesy diagnostic service offered by AZ. He looked up the part for me to show me the cost and printed it out for me. I have always purchased from this store, but because of Derrick I will certainly be back.

Jayme S at the Cleveland store was awesome. Only been at AutoZone for a month. My Tahoe needed a new battery. The battery is huge and fits in a very tight space. Jayme put the Duralast Gold battery in for me with no complaints. It was a more difficult job than most battery installs. I am very grateful for his help! Not something I could do alone. Thanks so much Jayme. Keep up the great and friendly service.

Great shop!! Super helpful staff. They always go out of their way to help me find what I need like exact windshield wipers, lightbulbs for my headlights, etc. Antonio the store manager in particular. Thanks!

The manager saw what I was trying to do based on my items and told me it was probably out of my wheelhouse if I hadn t done it before. Thank you for being helpful and not just selling me the items and not caring what happens!

Excellent service from Antonio C! He saved my day by helping to check my broken brake lights and was able to replace them on the spot! Now I m driving around these roads more safely again. Thank you for your friendliness and efficiency- highly recommend!

I do not recommend this location. The customer service is bad. After placing an online pickup order at 8:30am, I was very disappointed that it was after 1:30pm and I still hadn't received a notification that my order was ready. So, I decided to go the business to pick up my order that I prepaid for. Upon entering it was apparent that the extremely heavy set black guy at the counter was less than enthused and a little irritated to assist customers. So I informed him that I was there to pickup a curbside order I placed that morning. He got my information and and walked off toward the merchandise aisle. He returned with a similar product to my order except it was a one pack and I ordered a two pack. He instructed me to sign the keypad to confirm that I picked up my order. I refused and informed him that the product he presented me with wasn't what I ordered. He then proceeds to say a few words under his breath like he was irritated with me and says "I'll go back and get the right one, just sign the keypad!". At this point, the experience was too much to handle. I requested that he cancel the order and I expressed how unprofessional and difficult he made a process that was designed to be easy and simple for the customer.

Highly recommend! An employee by the name of Mr. Collin took very good care of a fellow Deputy Sheriff! He even placed the battery in the vehicle ensuring it started and ran properly!

The customer service is very hit or miss. Sometimes it's great and other times it's awful. The 2 guys who work there have been a tremendous help to me before but a few of the female workers give off this slightly rude attitude. You can definitely, easily sense the I really don't want to be here & I definitely don't want to help you with anything vibes that they give off. Also majority of the employees are way too uninformed about what they have in inventory and what their products do.

I don't care why I stop in this location, the customer service is always outstanding. I wish I had names of some of the employees that have helped me during my visits, because they deserve many accolades. They are always well stocked and very knowledgeable. I've requested help for windshield wiper installments, replacing filters and bulbs, and battery testing. Every single time they made me feel as though they were extremely happy to help.

Absolutely horrible experience! Got my battery changed at this location and several functions in my car stopped work (e.g., the a/c, display screen, odometer, etc). Went to a mechanic shop and was told that the employee who changed my battery put the battery in BACKWARDS which caused the body control module in my car to give out. The A/C relay and blower motor are now faulty as well due to this incompetent work.

This auto zone had always been very helpful and informative. But not lately. I needed my battery checked. Would have brought my battery from auto zone but no one would check it. I can understand them being short on help and having to wait but one employee came in and went to the back stayed in back until the other employee left worked then they were short on help again. I went to auto zone 3 times this day to get my battery checked and buy a new one with no luck. So I went some where else.

Antonio is careless!! I left my battery at 8am 07/14 and was told to come back two hours later. I came back and he never had it on the charger. This is very inconsiderate considering gas prices and more.

Got new headlight bulbs. Staff were very nice and one of the kind employees helped me replace both of my front headlight bulbs. Will be coming back the next time my bulbs go out

Great service! Roderick H. was very helpful, and knowledgeable about my car and its battery issue. He was nice to talk to and helped me feel comfortable with the repairs needed (new battery)! I went to the O Reilly down the street and they were not half as nice and weren t as quick to fixing the issue. They argued with me and didn t want to help while Roderick and his employees made me laugh, feel less stressed, and did not hesitate to do their best work! John and George were super nice to talk to while I waited on my battery to be replaced, too! Definitely bring your car to Autozone and no where else!! They are very nice people and you can trust them with your car. They made sure I was comfortable with the changes and talked to me about it all so I wasn t confused! Best service!
