I have been double charged for one item that I purchased. I called the store manager Sheronda and she was very rude, impatient, and unapologetic. I simply wanted some help with a headlight bulb and the Friday night salesman STILL gave me the wrong one after we went back and forth about me asking him to make sure it was the right one. Customer service was very horrible! I will never go back!

Had too ho here because my check engine light was on. Of course I had to check it myself but was given instructions. 2 gentlemen came to check on me but I had completed the task. Thank you gentleman for your concern. The employee also came too check on me. So a good visit.

I been trying to make a key 4 times already. Either the machine doesn't work, they don't have someone that can make it... or what ever excuse they can come up. I think there just lazy.

Every time I stop in here, they are quick to help, and very pro. Generally in and out in only a couple of minutes. And that's good. I'm not the type to enjoy wandering around a store for an hour. The points system they have going on is great too, especially if you try to work on your own car.

So their supposed to open at 7:30, but I wouldn t count on them being open until 8. I stopped by on my way to work since they were supposed to be open, but I didn t see a worker until 7:40, and she told me that she wouldn t have the store open until about 8:00. I m sure they re a decent store when you can actually get inside

The employees were very helpful but it was a bit chaotic because my online purchase was not in the store. The store manager stepped in to resolve the issue.

Very bad service from the manager She Ronda, I was on the line it was my turn and she didn't charge me, she charged the person who was behind me first, then she moved me out of the line and told me that she would attend to me on alternator what was he looking for , she never asked me what type of engine it was and then she moved me to another line to pay where I was first , the cashier still had not finished with my purchase when she told me to move again and then I told the manager that it was already the second time what I was moved because I was also a Customer so I think this person is racist, Auto Zone company should pay attention to their employees

Idc wat nobody say I LOVE this auto zone I ve always got the help I needed these folks was in the rain trying to fix my headlights!!! I ve always have/will shop with them! Thank y all

It was cold and starting to rain and my headlight was out. I went to this autozone on Riverdale and the young man there was so polite and helpful, he not only assisted me in finding my light bulb and other items that I needed. He also quickly installed the new light bulb and cleaned my battery in the rain. I truly appreciated his help. It was very nice and unexpected. Not all auto zone associates do this, this isn't the first time I've needed a new light bulb, but it's the first time someone actually assisted me in replacing it and was so nice about it. I don't live near this auto zone, but good service makes you want to drive the extra miles.

I m the type I like to go in and do what I need to do without help but that wasn t an option here lol. Employee jumped right in and got me what I needed I can t even be mad

Sharronda is a Godsend!!! My car battery was low and she checked the battery and changed it for me. The only problem was I have a foreign car (2011 KIA Soul) and the battery change was more complicated than expected. But after a YouTube video, she was able to change my battery without me having get my car reprogrammed! Excellent customer service

There's is a black lady that is very patient with us hispanics I feel comfortable going there and the one on getwell rd other auto zones I never get help I never be treated right they always got attitudes and never got anything that I been looking for

Mr. Alejandro was a huge help. I knew nothing about my situation and he was very very helpful, patient and professional. It was raining hard and he came outside like the Sun was shining. I will be returning back bc of Mr. Alejandro. Thanks Sir.

The service at this Autozone location is terrible. This one is in my neighborhood but I will never go to this location again. I started using some of their competitors up the street because the people at this location just make you wait. Most of them act like they are tired and really don't want to help you. I was going to buy a battery. I asked the rep if they installed batteries he said I can get you the tools and let you do it. His attitude and demeanor were terrible. He came out and sat the tools down and left. I changed my mind and went up the street to the competitor where i purchased the battery and let them install it. My last few experiences at this store were not good. I had to make the switch.

Attempted to purchase a battery, rudely ignored by the people working the counter, Only had most expensive model available, went to Ellis battery. Excellence is not what I recieved from the staff in this location.

Purchased a $200 battery, from this location and was told by the female store manager that her & the other male employee were too busy to install their battery in my car. Horrible customer service will not be back, hood store & hood employees.

Went into this AutoZone twice to repair my truck. The man at the counter had no idea what a 3/8" Hex Head wrench was!Later on my second trip, i needed a flange Bolt. Same man, same answer.."whats that look like?"Omg! Goodman rd in Olive Branch, ms. Ill go to Napa next time.

Don't like to go there, but if I do have to go, so good to know they have what I need when I get there.
