Had a terrible experience at first . I Walked inside the store no one greeted me . I Walked to the front counter no one was there to check me out I asked an older gentleman are you checking out he ignored me !!! But a lady that didn t even work upfront asked if I had been helped and I told her no that I just needed to check out and she had no problem in doing so !!! Big thumbs up to her she actually saved this review from being 1 star! Not sure what type of customer service the other people had but they could sure take some lessons from that young lady !

I don t normally shop at autozone, more of an O reilys guy, but I stopped in to get a headlight that I needed because it said it was available online. I looked all over and couldn t find it. No one was around to help, the next thing I know this young lady came from the back and asked if I needed help with anything, I told her what I needed, she looked it up and went right to what I needed. She was super nice and didn t make me feel like I was bothering her, The customer was exceptional. Thank you Sherelle, I will definitely be visiting this location again in the future.

I only go to this location if I m desperate. I went today to grab some coolant. Walked in, no one up front, but the young guys working were making the occasional odd noise. Never greeted. Walked to the counter, the one young man just looked at me while hunched on the counter at the computer. I asked right here? He just looked at me a shook his head. I asked how his day was and I got a one word reply of tired . I tried making friendly small talk and said me too, I just got off work. And nothing. Just a blank stare. He slightly acknowledged the other young man speaking to him, and that was it. Neither one of them spoke to me. I told him I didn t need a receipt & thank you. Still nothing. I walked out with that dude saying literally two words to me. If you don t want to speak to customers, don t work a customer service job.

Great experience. My battery was starting to die and I was in a rush to get between stops for work, and the store manager helped me with replacing my battery on the spot. Much appreciated!

Walked in & no one greeted us, the younger employee didn t even want to help us & the older man behind the counter gave us a hard time about the small 10% EMT discount. He tried to say it was only for, police, sheriffs & fire fighters who are in uniform, b/c they want that kind of presence in their store. I have never had an autozone tell me EMT discount was not a thing! Then he got rude & made it seem like he was doing us a favor by doing it.The store on sycamore view behind the Murphy s. Unprofessional & don t know anything about vehicles.

AutoZone that I am referring to in this post is the one on Sycamore View halfway between Memphis and Bartlett most people know where it's at behind Murphy's Express fuel station Sonic I stopped there primarily basically for the first time because I needed to get something quite quickly for a monthly fuel additive nothing major staff was pretty darn friendly and asked me if I needed some help with anything in particular as soon as I walked in the door was in and out of there in 5 minutes that's about all I can say pretty good group of people

Walked in and was immediately greeted and offered help. Staff looked up my part on the computer, retrieved it, and got me back out quickly. Very friendly and efficient!

Ive always done my business with autozone but after last night i will no longer be going to them. On 5/16/23 It was only 8:20pm and they already locked the door and i was desperate to get my battery checked since my car wasn't starting. There was 3 employees standing inside just talking and my boyfriend had to yell through the door to ask for help but they said they couldnt help. Regardless if they knew how to check a battery they still had the doors locked way to early when they werent suppose to close till 9.

This store is the worst for customer service and their employees being knowledgeable of their job. I stopped there to take a part back that I got that was the wrong one and I had the receipt but the card that I purchased this part with I had lost a few days before so since I didn't have the card I was told that I would never be able to return the part and then was shown the most I don't care attitude about the whole thing as the manager laughed while I was walking out the door. All they had to do was return the part and give me cash back instead. I had the receipt proving that I bought the part but that was too much to ask. I will never return to this store and don't know that I'll ever return to an AutoZone again...

What an awesome experience I love this Autozone.. They re quick and efficient Very welcoming environment! I like to give a shout out to Kevin, he greeted me with a smile.. He took time to help me to resolve my issue If you re looking for a place to purchase parts or whatever your car needs are.. Autozone on Sycamore View is the place to go They really deserve more than 5 stars You guys rock!Thank you for a GREAT experience!!!

I hate coming into this store now! The younger guy with glasses is always up front and always treats you terribly. Today was my last time being in there I will gladly take my business to the one in Bartlett where they are much nicer and seem to actually want to talk to you instead of talking down to you. Would give zero stars just for costumer services.

Anytime I have to go in there someone makes my experience great. To Randy went above his job and helped me from the start his attitude was awesome and polite. I a person who knows very little about cars learned something today!!!

The man (older, white gentleman) is working without a mask. Every customer entering is wearing a mask. Total disregards for public health and safety. This is considered terrible and unsatisfactory customer service. Ease check your security cameras, to determine which employee this is. Thanks

Angry that this store did not offer to read my son's codes when he came in with car problems. They sent him across to Midas to wait 2 hours instead. When he walked back over to buy a code reader, they said they didn't have one. Isn't that a basic item?!? They guy then said he could read it for him, but the car had already been in line 2 hours at Midas and didn't want to get out of line. This could've all been avoided if they had just done their job! Does this store get a kickback for sending people to Midas? The kid clearly needed help on his drive from NJ to TX. Have a heart!

Very polite and respectful. They greet the customers with a smile and didn't have a problem going out in the rain and putting on my windshield wipers.. Great place and great people!!! I will shop at that particular Auto Zone...

There were eight employees at work but only two older gentleman actually working. On top of that we were given a used part that was all scratched up. We did not purchase it. Second time they've tried to give us a used part. Went to O'Reilly instead.

My wifes car broke down at auto zone. It wasn't the battery but a starter. They were nice enough to let us leave the car there overnight and i had it towed in the morning. Thanks AutoZone.

The employees at this location lack knowledge of how to run a check.Ive been here on several occasions with a company check.And every single time there is an issue. First time they told me that it was signed wrong.The second time they say the check was slightly wrinkled I would have to get another check.The third time it was the computer.After running the check the system froze.After it unfroze they told me it would not read the check number.At this point I think it's the employees. Because it took three employees to run one check.And all of them kept stating that they don't have to run checks often enough to know how to do it.

Not knowledgeable insist on putting every vehicle on there outdated diagnostic machine told me my 2021 jeep needed a alternator or gear shift but the battery was ok.took to dealership and it was the battery.

I want to say, I was having a very bad day and needed a headlight for my car. I went to Autozone and my day got a whole lot better. Thomas is the "MAN". He not only found a headlight for me, he put it in. He went beyond his job to help me out. I will always return to this store.

Got to give this place five stars walked in a starter in my hand the guy told me what I needed pulled the part . I never had a chance to say what make or model.The part was prefect. There is someone there who knows what they are doing.

The manager at this one had the worst attitude and made my experience there a headache. He was more concerned with arguing with his employee while customers were in the store. He has a very smart mouth and horrible customer service

I went in for a battery change but it escalated into something SO much worse. I honestly didn t know what to do or where to go so I asked Lenzy for help. I am a college student and I think he saw the college student struggle in my eyes. Lenzy and Robert H wouldn t let me leave the lot until they got the battery issue resolved and changed. They gave me personal tips to prevent this extreme issue from happening again and were nothing but helpful the entire time I was there. I only come to THIS autozone when I need car help and THIS is why.
