Even though they didn't have any Hydraulic Oil that we came looking for, they still had some great small finds for a great price that we managed to leave with. The gentleman that rang us out was so pleasant and friendly so it made the fact we had to go somewhere else for oil less of a big deal!

FYI if you place an online order just know it would be better to have it delivered because pick up doesn't exist. Guess the benefit is that i prepaid for the items i walked into the store and shopped for them myself.

I've got to give props to J.B. He went the extra mile helping me get my battery installed. There were issues that made it difficult to replace but he got it done. Very friendly as well.

Commercial was extremely slow. Someone finally came over to help although I'm pretty sure she wasn't even supposed to be there. They were friendly tho. And I understand that you are supposed to help customers and go above and beyond, but to wait on someone almost 30 minutes whenever they only spent $11. I mean come on. If you're in commercial most likely you're working so you need to get in and out quickly as possible.

Called and they said that had the part, but when I arrive it was not there even when the computer said it was in stock. Travel from Bartlett. But the employees were very polite.

I haven't posted in a while so here goes.So my dad and I went there to get a tensioner for our vehicle we were successful. What I would say about the service is that it is adequate, although it could better. I say that because the new workers they hire need to ascertain the basic necessities for vehicular management and maintenance, so that when a customer arrives, and is in need of assistance, and has no idea what to do, the newly hire should have enough confidence to know that he/she can help him/her to the best of their ability without visible confusion. This is necessary because the consumer/customer's faith is of utmost importance.

I always have a nice experience no matter where I go. I didn't like one manager I understand he wanted to correct fluid from oil but he seemed a bit bothered. Sir just tell me where it's at keep the extra stuff.

Went in at 8:40 pm and asked where is the bathroom employee looked at with big eyes and said the restroom? This is east Memphis I said so what . He said it s closed and proceeded to kick me out, and said now you still can t go to the restroom would leave negative stars if possible

Needed more help or let the ones there do more like operate register. Place clean except bathroom. And would have brought my own hand cleaner in with me but thought surely they would have some.

The staff or teammates (Mr Tim & the young man that attended to me) had me consider changing the location I normally deal with all from their service - humm that's something to consider - however if not they're a strong location change in mind -

Workers don t know about products. They gave us the wrong product information and it didn t fit my car. We couldn t return the item. Never coming here again. I appreciate the help, but if you recommend the wrong product then I don t need it.

The great thing about Auto Zone is... when it comes to vehicle parts/service...it has all you need. They even go the extra mile check and install your battery if necessary while replacing your windshield wipers.

This AutoZone location is a well stocked location that has parts that other locations will not. The staff is knowledgeable and eager to assist. Great customer service. AutoZone employee Ty J. Was superb at the counter. Kudos.

This store doubled charged my debit card. The employee gave me the run around l spent hours on the phone. I took my receipt to the Park Avenue location and was immediately refunded my money. I will NEVER go to this location AGAIN.

The past two times I've tried to go to this location, they close early and won't let you in the door, even though they don't close for another hour they won't let you in..

Really like the people that work there they help out anyway they can if they don't have what your looking for they will look all over for it to help you out if you get a part from them and don't know how to put it on they will show you or help you

The store have what I needed but if you want to wait over 10 minutes wow one employee is doing all the work and three other employees are standing in the back corner doing nothing this is the place

I went to the one on 4701 knight road in Memphis they didn't great you service was slow and they only had one customer I took my money somewhere else good service is hard to come by nowadays smh
