I went by because my car makes noises etc and it freaks me out. They never fail to have someone nice and accommodating inside. Today Glen assisted me and I m so grateful for him. This store always has the best customer service. Highly recommend!

5945 Winchester Rd Memphis Tn 38115This Happened around 6:00 -6:30 on April 8 2024Rest of Staff was Helpful . But the Guy wearing a Gray Shirt with Glasses . About in his 50s or 60s . That man was not Proffesional at all. I tried to explain about a part i was trying to return was mentioned that i was going to get the Core Exchange money back aswell . That was mentioned by one of the employees from there . Now I understand that i probably misunderstood at the Second i was there . But the Guy that was there kept raising his voice at me the whole time . Why raise your voice? if i was talking calmly and showing repsect to you. I stayed quiet at end because i didnt want to make it a Big deal. But next time if you having a Bad day or Some i reccomend you take a break and take a deep breath .Reminder , Heres a Few ways how to Earn it-Be kind and courteous.-Be polite, avoid interrupting or causing disturbances.-Listen to others and respect differences in beliefs and opinions.-Think before you speak, your language and tone.I bet you will be Laughing at This or Think i probably be overeacting . But trust me you will accomplish more without having that attitude. Not Good for Buisness.

They don't open on time! Bad communication! Store had 3 people in it and this didn't open until 7:15The lady was sitting in the parking lot and then told me to use the self checkout! Cause she wasn't ready for work!

This place lied like I can t return an unused tool with receipts. Manager lied and couldn t even look at me because she knew that was a complete lie. I had just returned 2 tools I didn t use 2 days ago. This place picks n chooses who they want to help. And will tell you anything to get you out there face.

Chris Breheny has provided me with Chick-fil-A service .!!!! He introduced me to people that know people that know how to fix cars. He broke down how the oils work and made suggestions on types of filters to use. Overall he was a pleasure to work with. If I can leave 0 star I would. The employees are rude. There was 10 of them standing around and they wouldn t help us grab a battery. They played loud music and had the worst attitude

You have a quick question, you call, they answer the phone, tell you to hold and leave you there! The quick question and the Yes or No answer is less that 5 seconds!That's considered "Poor Customer Service" anywhere in the U.S. It's also a "Training Issue!" Poor training especially in the city of Memphis!

Garbage. Usually AZ staff are friendly and helpful, simply understaffed. Rude, disorganized and dismissive summarizes the attitude of this very special crew. A half hour wait time in line appears to be the standard. I spent more time waiting in line while the staff chatted and laughed amongst themselves than I did the actual repair. This was more than a waste of time and energy, but an insult. Go ANYWHERE but here.

I can seriously see the employee WenDell quitting soon everytime I come there he is the only one working hard & the nicest person at the counter he all goes above and beyond for everybody. I purposely watch him do a good job hope you guys can keep him.

Store was busy but they still got to me quickly and were very helpful. Also I had to call their customer service bc they had several different accounts listed and I wanted to combine them so that I would be earning rewards for the same account everytime I shop. They combined my accounts with no problem and now I have $40 in rewards that I have earned.

This is directly in a busy area on Hickory Hill and Winchester. Some real characters go there. They had the cabin and air filters I needed. Looked to be well stocked. They have 1 self checkout which is faster than that line I witnessed, jeez! Prices are ok of course in comparison to going to the dealer. At the dealer I was qouted $56 dollars for one of the filters and $60+ for the other. Got the best they had at this Autozone store and my total was less than $40. Can't beat that. Plenty of parking. Get it in there and get out. Ijs

Auto parts and limited services available. Services include recharging car batteries, diagnostic check, and some hands on services ie changing wiper blades or replacing a battery..

Went into the store for assistance and the grey haired manager was very rude and snappy. No customer service skills! He says he s 63 and blessed maybe he needs to retire! Wish there was a button for zero stars!!
