I made my appointment on line on Sunday for Monday morning.Laura, my Service Advisor at GMC Mendenhall got my vehicle in at the time of my appointment and quickly ensured that the service was performed and my vehicle returned. I would highly recommend this service center over any GM service center in the immediate area for their professionalism.

It was horrible I wouldn't recommend anyone to take there car there for know kinda work they had my truck four months before they could tell me I needed a engine and they wouldn't give me a rental car almost lost Mt for not having transportation to work and I just got it back about two weeks ago and they have damaged it my has been hit with something I have scratches on it that wasn't on it when they got it and I'm just hoping that they will fix it and they stop answering my calls when they did they would lie to me just to get me off the phone had to call general motor and when they started talking to them then they started working on it the worse service department ever and Ashley wasn't very helpful she told me alot of lies just want the damage to my truck fix and I'm done with Auto natio I give yall two zeros hope I never have to deal with yall again and recommend anyone who sees this take your vehicle elsewhere for service.

MY BIGGEST MISTAKE WAS BUYING A CAR HERE THEIR COMMUNICATION IS TRASH I WAITED ALMOST 2 WEEKS FOR MY VEHICLE TO BE INSPECTED, THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE WAS 220 PLUS WHICH IS ABSURD THE REPAIR COST + LABOR COST OVER 5000 IF I HAD A TIME MACHINE I WOULD HAVE NEVER GOT A VEHICLE FROM AUTONATION GMC MENDENHALL ABSOLUTELY NOT IF YOUR CAR HAS ISSUE GO SOME WHERE ELSE YOU LL BE PAYING THOUSANDS HERE

The dealer we worked with was amazing. I recommend this place but the service department needs to learn how to communicate. They told my girlfriend her car that she just bought would be detailed and have an oil change and whatever else by a specific time. We made arrangements to go get the car. We got there 30 minutes past the time they told us and it wasn't ready. They needed 20 mins. Over an hour later they told us it wasn't going to be ready until the next day because of an oil filter they didn't have. We sat in the car waiting and they never called. My girlfriend went back in and that's how she found out. They weren't even going to tell us and they knew we were outside waiting.

Went to get oil changed because I received 2 free with tire rotation and tires didnt get rotated. Welp thats on me because I know Mitch is lazy my bad for giving second chances

Took my car for oil service and they dent and scratch the hood and didn't have the honesty to tell me.That happened on December 4 and I still waiting for them to fix it.01/01/2022.
