Had an appointment for an oil change and Was greeted nicely when I arrived. Verified service I was getting upon leaving my vehicle. Had a courtesy ride to take me to my work and Mr. Anthony was polite and got me to my destination in a reasonable time. I wasn t badgered to buy anything else or additional work on my car. My vehicle was ready by lunch. Once I arrived to get my car I was walked to my car where they checked to assure nothing was left behind like the paper floor mats etc. My overall experience was a 10.

I called and made my appointment to have my oil change & I got appointment for the next day the customer service department was so pleasure to talk with very professional & friendly. I ve nothing but love for Auto Nation as I stated the young lady in customers services was absolutely amazing & Anthony who service my vehicle & did my oil change got me in & out at a reasonable time frame. Thanks Auto Nation for such great staff & your services to my vehicle.

I purchased a 2010 Honda Odyssey van from Autonation GMC ON 1/26/2024. I was very patient with the process after waiting hours for the car to be brought to the site from Autonation Honda. While test driving the car there was a burning smell coming from the vehicle. I was told that it may be because the heat was had just been turned on which made sense at the time because it was cold. I put $4000 down on that van because I don t want to be paying for many years and on 3/29/24 it would not crank and on 4/1/24, I had to get it towed to Autonation Honda. Now, when I spoke to Autonation GMC they told me to send it back to Autonation Honda because that s where it had came from. I got it towed to Autonation Honda and they stated that I needed an ignition switch and a new key which totaled out to $1225 rounded up. The warranty could have taken care of this price but I was told that I didn t have a warranty and that I had GAP insurance. I knew that in the financial office I was offered a form of a warranty but because I needed to let them know something quick. They kept telling me that I did not have a warranty so I told them to go ahead and work on it. I just wanted my van back. I am a single mother of 3 and not having my vehicle has inconvenienced my life horribly. Once they were able to crank my van, they said had an oil leak which should ve been fixed before it was sold to me. My complaint is they are not wanting to be held accountable for not fixing the oil leak. This along with other repairs have brought my repair cost to close to $2500 which is about how much the Kelly Blue Book value of the van is. No one is trying to hear me out and I refuse to be treated unfairly. Randi and Marcus have by far been the nicest people that I ve talked to and another guy at Autonation Honda. My car note is still due and no one, not even my salesman is upholding what Autonation stands for. I m only asking to be treated fairly about this oil leak. You d think I m asking for a new van! I took a chance on what I felt like was a reputable spot. I m having to catch the bus to work. My oldest daughter had to be pulled out of school and my youngest daughter has to leave every week to go stay with a family member. My life is in shambles mane and folks just got me out here without. Then for a salesman to say to me that if I don t pay my car note that s gone be on me . Like who says that to a person with no remorse. You re my salesman advocate for me because when it all boils down each Autonation is connected to one another. Someone could have done something. I was very patient that day I was waiting to get my van, I even offered to mop the floor with the elderly guy and no I wasn t being funny. It was a genuine gesture. I ve been silent for too long and my patience has ran thin. I wish I could have every call recorded pulled.

I just want to say my experience with the lady Laura from the service department was very professional.. Laura was very nice and I would definitely recommend anybody that's needing service to speak with her . Very polite and professional. I'm very pleased with the customer service I received..

My experience was one of the worst I've had in my lifetime. No one would ever reach back out me to keep me posted on what was going on with my vehicle. Every time I call I would get lies that it would be ready the next week and the next week never would come then I would call and no one would return my call. I called and asked about a loaner car. The general manager told me that they didn't do loaner cars because it was up to your insurance. Then when I called corporate all of a sudden I was able to get a loan a card. I will never ever recommend anyone to use. AutoNation mendenhall GMC it was a terrible terrible nightmare for me.

The lady s working were very nice and professional. It took 1.5 hours to get oil changed. The dealership is under renovation so no waiting room but was still pleasant at the tables in the sales area.

One of the absolute worst experiences I've ever had during a car purchase. Took several hours to get in and out on a cash deal. I was there three hours. Told my sales rep ahead of time i had a trade and that it was under my dealer license in arkansas, therefore it would not be registered but could be reassigned to them and he said thats fine. Drove all the way over there and refused to take my 23 Capstone in on trade. WILL NOT BE BACK

Early Saturday morning oil changed appointment. The service manager was very friendly and informative during the whole process. The service did not take long and I wasn't waiting all day...yay! My only suggestion would be to offer more car maintenance coupons on website

Rashad Hawkins our salesman went beyond for us! As well as Barry White we call him, Mr. Charles the sales manager. The entire team stayed 4 1/2 hours after closing to complete our sale on a SUNDAY! The man that did the loan papers I called Ray Charles fought for us to get the deal done! I can not say how much theses guys did for us!! Beyond exceptional! We will be back!! This is a top notch sales team that we ll succeed no matter the circumstances! Thank you to AUTONATION GMC! We love you guys!!

My son recently purchased a truck from AutoNation Mendenhall. By far, this had to be the worst experience, especially for someone buying their first vehicle. He couldn't take delivery immediately because the A/C didn't work. After days of calling, they finally fixed it. Then he started having transmission issues(which was never resolved). During the first 60 days he owned the truck, the dealership had it 47 of those and never even looked at the issue. Finally had to just go get it because we couldn't get anyone to answer calls or return calls after leaving messages. This was true for the salesman, finance manager, and general manager. Worst customer service ever. We got the runaround from everyone at the dealership. Lies on top of lies and avoidance. I will never buy from AutoNation again and will tell everyone I come across not to buy from this bunch of clowns. The only reason I put one star is because zero stars is not an option.

No communication on the status of my truck. I had to call multiple times to check the status, to find out what was wrong with it and when it would be ready for pick up. My warranty covered part of the repair but not the other part because of the wording of the repair says the warranty company. Overall, service was horrible but they did fix my truck.

I purchased a truck from this location and later referred a friend. The friend purchased and it has been a year and I still have not received the referral bonus they claim to offer. I have spoken with multiple reps and have been told they see it in the system, but are waiting on a check. How long does it take? I am now questioning the integrity of this program.

I had a good experience. I called and made my appointment about a week in advance. I was told that my regular service tech, who had handled my service for the past 10 + years had left the dealership a month earlier. However, Ashley did a good job of communicating with me and we discussed the recommended service. I arrived on time and John Heeg took all of my info and got my auto serviced as agreed. It was ready even sooner than anticipated, which was appreciated. On a side note, I am concerned about the turnover at the dealership and wish more could be done to insure stability in the work force. I am a 25 year loyal customer and have purchased multiple vehicles here, so I have a vested interest. I also want to compliment the two shuttle drivers who have provided transportation to my work and now home have been great through the years. First Red, and now Anthony, have been very very helpful and a very nice. These are unsung heroes who probably don't receive much praise, but they are a huge part of the overall experience.
