The customer service we received from the repair center was excellent. The Service Advisor Andrew took great care of our vehicle and resolved the issues as rapidly as possible. Communication was clear and all questions were answered, he even handled the insurance adjuster appointment. The technician that performed the work was professional, knowledgeable and committed to resolving our issue promptly. Would recommend to anyone needing service on their vehicle.

If I could give them zero stars I would. When I dropped my car off I was moving from Virginia to California on military orders. The car had a recall part go bad in the transmission, the third time I have had to take the car in for transmission repairs since I have owned it. The technician I talked to then said there was a back log of cars and it would probably take 2-3 months to fix. This was back in August (5 months ago for those who want to keep track at home). In that time I didn t hear anything from the service department, I have been calling with some regularity since the holidays and it wasn t until yesterday (after calling Ford Corporate customer support) that I finally got a straight answer. The car has not even been in for diagnostic yet because they only have one transmission tech for the entire service center. I still haven t been able to get an answer on where my car is in the line. I am never buying a Ford again and I am trying to get my car moved to a different dealership. Ford Corporate and this dealership have been entirely unhelpful.

Received excellent service at Auto Nation. There was not a long wait and pleasant experience. Heather, who is my tech, ALWAYS take exceptional care of me and my vehicle. I always reach out to her first when my vehicle needs servicing.

Every time they have worked on my truck when I pick it up something else is wrong. This time, ALL the oil leaked out of my truck. Had to have it towed to another dealer!!!!!! And the other car on the tow truck was being towed for the exact same reason!!! NEVER EVER. take your vehicle there!!!! The manager is also NOT customer friendly.Would have gave a ZERO

I have a Ford Fusion SE with over 280,000 miles. The service team do a wonderful job keeping by girl running. I love the promptness of notifying me of all recalls. I am pleased to state that my technician is very knowledgeable and polite.

I will definitely be using Autonation Ford Mt Moriah for all my truck needs. I made an appointment for a repair and was promptly greeted with a smile, all of the personnel involved were very attentive, helpful and knowledgeable. I did not have to wait long and was on my way. Don't hesitate to use them for all your car needs or to purchase one.

I received excellent care for my 2022 Ford Escape. It needed an oil change and tire rotation, Ihad been hearing some noise when breaking whilebacking upand several other Ford Dealerships service department told me that was normal. However Auto Nation Ford found and corrected the issue puttingnew pads and rotars on my vehicle. Heather my service representative was friendly, knowledgable and helpful during the entire process. Thank you AutoNation Ford.

The wait was a little long, but the service was excellent. Also, they did inform me of a new service where they come to you at your job or home for minor services such as oil changes, sounds great.

Service crew were very friendly and prompt with service. Service Mgr asked if tires had been rotated due to that was part of the services I had paid for. It hadn't been done so car went back in. This is why the 5 attention to detail. Much appreciated!!!

The place is not at all trustworthy. They kept my car over a week and kept giving excuses that the technician is not available to look at the car. Complete waste of my time and money. Will never do business with them again and will strongly suggest everyone to never do business with them.

My experience at this Ford Autonation in Memphis, TN on Mt. Moriah has been the worst service I've ever received at a dealership. I brought my Ford Mustang to this dealership to have service, because the vehicle has been throwing a lot of codes and driving funny. I put the car in the shop on a Monday and waited to see if someone was going to call me and explain to me about the problems I was having with the car. I patiently waited until that following Friday and decided to give them a call about the car, because no one has called me yet. I spoke with someone by the name of Garvin Gordon. He told me that they had to order the part that I needed for my car and it would take 3-5 business to come back. So I patiently waited until the next the Friday again before I decided to see why no one has called me about the car(again). When I went up there to check on the car, the car was ready but they could not find the keys to my car. They had lost my keys to my car and could not find them. I could not have believed this. They ask could I give them one more day to look for the keys. So I left and returned the next day. When I returned to pick my car up, I was told that they still didn't have the keys and would have to make a new one. So I had waited an additional 30 minutes, so they could make me a new key. Once the key was made, I thought the worst was behind me but I was dead wrong. I drove the car off the lot and was still having the same issue that I brought it in for. The service advisor named Garvin told me that I had to leave the car with them until Monday to see if they could figure out what was going on with it. Its going on 3 weeks now since I left my car at this dealership, and no one afford me a loner car or anything. I'm very disappointed with this service from Ford and will not be returning to this AutoNation in Memphis on Mt. Moriah.

Had my vehicle in for some recall work and Heather did me right. No offense, but she was THE man!! Great person with fantastic people skills , she made me feel like she cared about my issues. Well done , and I hate saying good things about dealerships.
