They were really professional and helpful. JaCorey, was honest throughout the process and communicated each step of the way. There was also a lady who took me back to work after I dropped of my vehicle. Most of all I appreciate them not trying to charge me more than what was necessary since my issue was covered under warranty.

The service I received from Autonation Ford Mt Moriah was awesome. I brought my vehicle in to take care of a couple recalls as well as an oil change and tire rotation. The service rep answered all of my questions and was able to push things along in a timely manner. Thank you for great service.

Would not recommend to any women shopping alone. Went in knowing exactly what I wanted, what I was willing to spend and had knowledge of the market on the specific truck I wanted. Salesman was too busy trying to get me to grab and beer with him and trying to recruit me into his side hustle to make a deal. Made an appointment a day in advance, my salesman was well aware of what truck I would be test driving. Turned it on to 3 miles to e. Had to sit there while he filled the tank. He was visibly irritated that I was not going through their financing but could not assure me that he could get me lower than 9%. Couldn t understand why I didn t want my credit ran 30 times when I was already approved at 5.2% through my bank. The truck I was interested in was in Florida, was told I d have to pay $1000 in transport and they were going to drive it up. After all was said and done the manager didn t bother to meet with me. Went to Homer Skelton ford olive branch right after, they stayed an hour and a half after close to help me get the same truck with the next trim level up and less miles for LESS and offered me $1000 more for my trade in. Go ANYWHERE else.

Recently, I had a manufacturer recall for a vehicle I purchased from another dealer. I knew there was a recall, but that was a non-issue with me. I also had another issue that concerned me, and I figured AutoNation should check that while I had the car there for service.They did an outstanding job taking care of the recall. After it was repaired, I did research and realized they had to not only replace a part, but also do some reprogramming, etc. The secondary issue was caused by an improper battery from the previous owner, and that was taken care of.My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that I think the communication could have been/should have been better. I don't need daily updates, but I DO think customers need to be given REGULAR information so they can figure out how long they need a Plan B to get to and from work. We live in a world of text and email....a daily text updating the status would have been sufficient.The vehicle was picked up on Monday and delivered to AutoNation. On Saturday, five days later, I went to the dealership to get an update as I was not sufficiently updated when I reached out a few times. I was pleasantly surprised that (at least) the recall had been completed. Again --- communication (and I would not have had to make a trip to the dealership just to get an update).A gentleman, John, was very friendly --- he called me later that day to give me an update and gave me his cell phone number.I am very pleased with the valet service. They picked the vehicle up from my job and delivered same when complete. THIS was SERVICE! They need to continue to do THIS!Overall, the repairs and professionalism were GREAT! If they only work on communicating better (perhaps this was a fluke) they would gain my business continually!I walked away from another Ford dealer that I have been buying cars from since 1999 because of the lack of service and (perceived) lack of care regarding the last two vehicles I bought from them. Service, to me, is EVERYTHING!I definitely will give AutoNation another chance.

My experience went great! I was immediately taken care of by Heather. She was very courteous and professional. She made it her business to move me to a colleague to complete my concerns promptly. I had a warranty issue regarding a new battery and the auto start stop not working. Ultimately, the vehicle had to be jump started, and the battery tested bad. The valet service is wonderful picking the vehicle up from my job. The communication from the service department keeping me informed was great! The problem was fixed in a timely manner, I opted to pick up my vehicle instead of having it delivered back to my job, and because I texted ahead of time my vehicle was parked ready for me when I got there. Wonderful service!!

It simply doesn t get any better than this. From the parts department to service, every visit has been surreal.They quote a price, you pay that price, nothing more. Smiling faces and an attitude that s clearly different from any other Ford dealership I ve visited.I ll continue to drive the greater distance to give this dealership my business.Thank you to the General Manager Dion Harrison and Heather in service for such a consistently wonderful experience.

I was very pleased with my representative Heather. She was very knowledgeable in what she was explaining to me. She was very nice and so like able. I asked her if I could get her on my next visit there. It was hassle free she got me in quick and out by the time she told me it would be. So thanks to all for the good team work. I just got a Mustang and I am new to this area. I found you guys in Google and I m lucky I did. I called to set up an oil change, speaking to Heather, she was great and helped me get my appointment set up super fast. When I got there she checked me in. She was very polite, helpful, and straight to the point. She s great. Will definitely be back for any future maintenance I need!

very nice people. However I dropped off my vehicle because I needed a tire and they said it would take 3-5 business days, I called discount tire and they said they could have the tire delivered and put on the same day. They also claimed that something was operating normal when it was clearly broken, the people there jammed it back in and I had to take it a part and fix it myself

I brought my daughter here to get a car and everything went smoothly but a month later they called her to tell to bring the car back because she doesn t make enough for the car, I have never heard of anything like this before. They said she needed a higher down payment this is crazy

If I could give them zero stars I would. When I dropped my car off I was moving from Virginia to California on military orders. The car had a recall part go bad in the transmission, the third time I have had to take the car in for transmission repairs since I have owned it. The technician I talked to then said there was a back log of cars and it would probably take 2-3 months to fix. This was back in August (5 months ago for those who want to keep track at home). In that time I didn t hear anything from the service department, I have been calling with some regularity since the holidays and it wasn t until yesterday (after calling Ford Corporate customer support) that I finally got a straight answer. The car has not even been in for diagnostic yet because they only have one transmission tech for the entire service center. I still haven t been able to get an answer on where my car is in the line. I am never buying a Ford again and I am trying to get my car moved to a different dealership. Ford Corporate and this dealership have been entirely unhelpful.

I paid over $1100 to service a part after my vehicle was being checked for coverage after an accident and was in the service center for roughly 3 months. I scheduled my vehicle to be delivered to me after it had been completed. I was given the keys and asked to sign without inspecting the vehicle. When trying to unlock my door and start the vehicle, I learn that my truck is completely dead. I called and asked what was happening to my vehicle and was informed that they were aware that my battery was dead before delivery. I should have gotten notification of this before a dropoff. I was told mobile mechanic would arrive at my home to install a battery for me the same day. I took off work to arrive and no one ever showed. I did call and alert the representative of this, but did not receive another update that day. I called the next day and was told the battery was on backorder. I brought your price guarantee up to the reps attention. I was originally quoted 1020 for the service and price I was first offered was 1256 and I finally paid 1187 after telling the rep that wasn't what I was originally quoted. This was 6 days ago as of this message and I'm not feeling very confident that anything is progressing with these issues. I was told the manger was out today and he will be asked about it. Even if it wasn't resolved already he should have been notified already. This is bad business not keep your guarantees and even worse delivering a dead vehicle with no notice and more error lights on it than when it was originally brought in. And no timely communication about how it's being made right.

Had to have a recall done and AutoNation came out to my place of employment to perform it. The man was pleasant and did the work quickly. If I need other work I will be going to them to have it done and probably purchase my next vehicle tgere

Andrew Howell in their service department hands down is only reason I will continue to service my vehicle at this place. The work has been exactly what and how he said it was going to be. Their service manager, John, can t seem to return a call and doesn t really care to address any customer concerns.

Very disappointed! Left my car for over a week and was told at first they found my car did in fact have a rear toe alignment issue for the 2nd time. Then I was called again today the guy needed my car til Wednesday to determine what was causing this issue since this is 2nd time. Then got a call saying he needed more time and it would now be Friday.Then finally they calledMe and said it wasn t a rear toe alignment issue it was me being an aggressive driver, as this is the 2nd time my tires have gone bald with less than 13,000 miles on it! I was shocked to be told one thing and then told another at the last minute as well as the length of time they kept my car.I assured them I amNot an aggressive driver at all, something is major wrong here! The guy who worked on my car, John, was very rude and told me if I m not aggressive then something had to be wrong with the brand of tires. However when I had him speak to the ford corporate office he told them his opinion was I was an aggressive driver and nothing about the brand of tires.Something hung is wrong here!!! My car shouldn t need tires again under 13.000 miles.

I took my vehicle in for repairs. Malik was my Service Advisor. I have NEVER had such great service at a car dealership. He followed up with me, he didn t over promise and he was very personable.I have been to this location before and didn t have bad assistance, but this was great service.

I was out of town and needed my car serviced including recall updates. They were very courteous and kept up with me via text mostly. The best part is they delivered my car back home while I was gone!

I will NEVER take another vehicle to this dealership. Their solution to theft is to leave your car unlocked so the thieves can rummage through it and take what they want because they aren t responsible for personal property but they would be responsible for your window if it gets shattered. Their service advisor said to me it s cheaper to leave it unlocked than to replace the window I had over $2,200 worth of items stolen from my car in early January this year because THEY LEFT IT UNLOCKED in the middle of Memphis knowing there s a break in problem close to them. And then after you have an experience like that you ll get no communication from the dealership, no police report, and their sales team will email you 5 times a week asking to buy your car. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any dealership and will never be back. You couldn t pay me to take a car to them. REMINDER: If your car is left here overnight, THEY LEAVE IT UNLOCKED ON MOUNT MARIAH ROAD. Keep that in mind.

Great experience with a quick scheduled alignment. Made the reservation for the day after Christmas and they worked me into the schedule and actually pulled my vehicle back a few minutes early. Would recommend.

Experience was better than expected. Dropped my F150 truck off at 8am for a couple Ford recall items. Said would be couple hours. I left there and soon after received photo text of trunk in bay. Not much later received call that was ready. I picked it up. They said thank you for letting us service your vehicle and didn t try and upsell me any additional work!

Sorry I couldn't remember all the names, but the young man helped us finance so easily and at a price below our budget. Our hats are off to the entire team. %.

I purchased a servicing package when I bought my truck in 2019. After I took it in for an oil change a couple of months ago, I discovered later that same evening that my driver-side door had been scratched. I noted the problem on my follow-up survey. The manager of the service department asked me to come in so that he could document the problem and correct it. Days later, I dropped off my truck. Within a week, the door had been repaired and repainted at no cost to me. It looked perfect. I couldn't be any more satisfied!
