This is a USAA stars facility. I am giving four stars for location. The receptionist is very nice. My car was side swiped & hit and run at security job and a claim filed. This company was able to honor my insurance. I'm a happy customer. My concern and grief was enterprise rental almost leaving me stranded and would not pick me up. Enterprise manager came to honor my insurance claim and transport me.

Great people over at Autonation Collision! Got me in as soon as possible and repairs were timely. Service was excellent, especially Emma, she s the best. The mechanic that worked on my vehicle made it look like new again! Highly Recommended

OMG! (Long post) I dropped my car off on May 26, 2023. They waited month to get my parts, I understand that, I also understand that it takes time to repair as well. I was lied to about when my car would be painted. I was lied to about the time that my car would be done. I called on Monday and was told that my car would be ready for pickup the end of business day on Tuesday. I get there on Tuesday and was told "that my car isn't done. The parts are all together but it needed detailing and an alignment". I had to work the next couple of days and told them that I would be back on Friday to pick it up. I was told that it would be ready on Thursday. I call Thursday and was told, yet again, that they had to do an alignment and detail my car. I picked my car up on August 4th, only because I kept calling and pressing the issue that I needed my car. I only had a rental for 30 days, which mean I had to come out of pocket the other month(s) for rental cars. I pick my car up, only for me to have to go back and let them do a quick repair.Service: Body & Trim

If i could give it a zero i would. Had a 3 inch tear in fender on da edge. Tookthem 35 days 2 repair. Insurance company p as id 4 30 days rental 4 a car. I was responsible 4 $5. $368. I BELIEVE they added on other services not NEEDED. GOOD insurance carriers BEWARE. NEVER will i go again

Long story short, they don't care how it looks after their done, as long as it's put together. Nothing lines up correctly. Didn't replace random screws and pins. Left tools and rags under the hood on top of the engine. Replaced body parts such as the door got a terrible paint job. Like they painted it outside. Will NEVER use their service again. Communication started off good but eventually over the 3 months my vehicle was in there possession became awful. Was unable to reach any one with answers about the status of my car and body work. Was called to pick up vehicle after paying $8700 and my car battery was dead, car wouldn't start, car was dirty and body work unfinished. This was awful since I had returned my rental and already paid deductible. Promised by Reggie he would refund $344 to me due to battery expense I had to pay for dead battery that happened while at their shop From November 2022 to February 2023 and he has not. Corporate Office of Auto Nation will not call back either. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE WITH YOUR LUXUARY OR HYBRID CARS.Services: Body & Trim, Auto glass replacement

They gave my vehicle to me half way fixed and told me the rest of the parts would be coming. This was 15 months ago. They no longer answer me when I ask about the missing part. I had to turn it in to insurance to try to sort out since we paid for it to be done and correct. They have not been helpful with insurance either. There was orange peeling in the paint, the door wouldn't open, and I was missing 2 parts that my friend in Missouri ended up getting in within 2 weeks. Very disappointed. I know parts are on back orders and things happen. Just wish it was made right and communicated properly.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Someone put a thousand miles on our car in the time that they had it. They did shoddy work- paint is hazy, they didn t clean up at all. Been pulling orange tape from panels and trying to get skid plates reattached. MY RIMS ARE SCUFFED AND MY CAR HAS BEEN DRIVEN A THIUSAND MILES. Didn t re aim the camera on the rear view, so it doesn t work. I will never trust this establishment again. It makes me skeptical about doing business with ANY of the AutoNation businesses.Services: Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim

Overall my experience was excellent. Everyone is very professional and make you feel welcome. Mrs. Ema at the front desk is sweet and even went out of her way to organized a ride for me to get my rental. Chris was the rep who helped me with my repairs and he was great! Very professional and contacted me when he said he would. He was very informative and got my truck done very quickly. I would recommend them 100%.Service: Body & Trim

Once part in the process was made easy and John explained every step to me. We were highly dissatisfied with the customer service of this place. They kept our car for 3 months because of not being able to get a part. We requested for them to give us a loaner or a rental or give us the car back until the parts come. They partially paid for a rental and in the end let us use our deductible towards a rental. I would never let them touch another vehicle of ours. When the part finally came in, it was a used part. At least give me the option to say yes or no.Service: Body & Trim

Horrible customer service and it took them a month and half just to fix my car and blamed it on my insurance and parts not coming in and never apologized for anything. Also, almost charged me an extra $500 if I haven t called my insurance to confirm about it. Would give zero stars if I could because they were so unprofessional in so many ways.Service: General repairs & maintenance

In July, my automobile was rear-ended. Being that we are in these unprecedented times, I went out to multiple auto collision shops and AutoNation was the fastest to answer without having to book my car one month out. They arrange for someone to come and take up my car from my residence. Every time something new was done to my vehicle, I received emails and phone calls. Everyone was incredibly nice and courteous. The entire procedure was straightforward and stress-free. My automobile was returned to me in less than a month. The most amusing and appreciative aspect of my experience was when Ms Emma told me to call if anything went wrong or sounded odd. Well, I went to the store one night a few days after bringing my car home, and it stopped working. I do not know much about vehicles other than the fact that mine needs to function properly. So I phoned AutoNation, and the next morning they sent out the nicest gentleman to inspect my vehicle. He stated that it was the battery, which had nothing to do with the repairs they performed on my vehicle. We proceeded to AutoZone together, where he allowed me to use his�AutoNation discount to purchase a battery. I was so�happy! I am still grateful to them to this day. Portia with AutoNation Collision was wonderful, start to finish. She helped me navigate the warranty process with the AutoNation Ford service department, kept me informed with the progress, scheduled my appointment, met me outside when I arrived - she even handled the entire process of getting my windows tinted with a sub of theirs and STILL had my vehicle ready a day early! I was dreading the whole thing but my the paint on my hood started chipping so badly that I finally had to address it. I m thankful for Portia for making a potentially painful process, much much easier than I could ve ever hoped for.Service: Body & Trim

Update: After following up couple of times with the General Manager on the provided contact number below in the response, I never got a call back and they never answer the call. It goes to their voice mail.I so much wanted to give a 5-Star rating to the AutoNation Collision Center. I had a front driver's side collision. Upon doing some Googleing, I decided to go with AutoNation. I had my car here for almost a month and a half. As I have read the reviews beforehand, many people complained they take it very long to do the work. I was very patient with them. I never called to check upon them. DJ was the person responsible for the work order. And I must say he was very professional and Courteous along with one other gentleman(I forgot the name). These two people changed my perspective towards AutoNation despite the negative reviews. They even worked with me to save me some money from my deductible amount. I was very impressed.DJ used to call me every few days to update me with the process. But the reason for not giving a 5 star despite the exceptional service, is when I received the car, I saw a few imprefections on the work done by them. My engine hood wasn't fixed properly. There were some panel gaps in the front end. And my Driver side door struggles a bit when opening the door as it touches the front quarter panel. I asked them before leaving the shop, and they sort of fixed it, but the problem persisted after a few miles of driving the vehicle. I thought the big name of AutoNation does not carry in the work they do. But I guess, they are not perfect either.

They replaced the hinges on the door on my car and allowed me to bring my own parts because they can't get them sourced due to my cars age and it being a restoration project. I was in an out in about 45 mins. Fantastic job, honest people who do amazing work.

Totally professional... John took great care of my wife's retirement SUV...looks like new. They really pay attention to detail, as well as being understanding of the customers needs... Emma, the receptionist is very courtesy and kind... even in these trying times, they get the job done !!

Auto Nation replaced the damaged Passenger door on my 2019 Kona, which involved transferring everything from my old door onto the new door-shell, then painting it.They did an EXCELLENT job!You can't even tell that any damage/repairs was ever done to my vehicle. Everything works like new. I'm 100% satisfied.After setting up an appointment for the Estimate (1st available was 2 weeks out) I dropped my vehicle off on Dec 3rd, 2021.... I picked it up on Jan 4th, 2022The Estimate Representative, Nichelle Burkins, initially told me that I could likely pickup my vehicle in approximately 30-days, depending upon available parts, staffing, etc, given this raging Covid-19 pandemic.Nichelle was very professional, courteous, knowledgeable. honest and kept me informed weekly.2 Thumbs up for Auto Nation and especially Nichelle.... I'll definitely use their Collision shop again, if needed.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Auto Nation did the repairs on my truck following an unfortunate freak accident. They towed it to their shop and worked directly with my insurance company so I didn t have to deal with the financial part of it. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and courteous, and they kept me informed about what was going on throughout the entire process. The work was done quickly, and my truck looked brand new. They even washed it and cleaned the interior.

I had my 2018 Mustang GT repaired at this shop, and it was not a very good experience. My rear bumper required minor repair after being hit lightly from behind. The shop actually did a good job repairing the spot that was damaged, but the issues and problems that took place after the fact is what bothers me.After the initial repair, my backup/parking sensor where not working. I did not realize this until I got home and was backing into my driveway. My car was backed into a parking spot when I initially went to pick it up, and the person that backed it into that spot did not notice the big red warning on the screen that said parking sensor fault?I also found defects in the paint job on the rear bumper (entire bumper had to be repainted during initial repair) after washing it. So when I took it back in for the sensor issue, told them to fix the defect in the paint. They said, it's just some "trash" under the clear coat...ok so your paint room is not clean?So they fixed the sensors (apparently they did not plug it back in the first time) and fixed the issue with the paint defect. But when I go to pick up my car this time, I notice completely new scratches and scrapes on the passenger side of rear bumper, and rear diffuser? So at this point I am like, WTF. Manager tells me, oh that's nothing we can get that out...just give me 5 minutes...45 minutes later they bring the car back out and tell me they were able to polish the scrape marks out, and that somebody rubbed the wet/dry vac across the car.So long story short, this place does not pay attention to detail, they do not do a very good job of quality control checks before they deliver your car back to you, and they will not take very good care of it, when it's in their possession. I will never take my vehicle here again, and I would not recommend this shop to anyone.

The only reason I'm not giving my experience a 5-star rating is because the day AFTER they called me and told me my car had been completed, I showed up to pick it up and waited 30 minutes for them to tell me it wouldn't be ready until the end of the day! However, I must say they did a great job on my car! It had been broken into - window cut out and scratches in different areas on my paint. They ordered a new window and repainted the panels that were scratched. My car looks brand new! I would definitely use them again - but hopefully, I won't need to!

I got hit by someone and took it here because it was close to my home & work. The staff was very helpful and friendly right off the bat. They were always available when I called. My actual repairs took longer than I expected, but I won't complain because they were very good about keeping me informed of what was going on. The person who hit me had his insurance company take care of the fees and I had some issues with them about paying for my rental. James at AutoNation took the issues into his own hands and worked it out for me. It was such a nice notion. I haven't gotten my car back yet, but I'm sure it's in good shape. Based on service, I definitely recommend these guys.

I dropped my truck off on June 12, and as of today July 12 it is still in the shop. The truck needed both driver's side door's replaced, and it has been 30 days. I have had to drag information out of their estimator. This repair was supposed to originally have taken 8-12 days but again I still do not have my vehicle returned to me. The only information I received from their estimator was when I called myself to try to get information. I would not take a bicycle to this repair shop. I only hope my repair is correct, I will never darken the door of this shop again and caution others to get information in writing prior to dropping their vehicle off.I was informed, after my truck was in the shop for 21 days, that one of the doors was on national back order. I of course had to call to get this information myself, I asked the collision manager why they had me drop my vehicle off if they did not have the repair parts in hand.

Very dissatisfied with overall service here. Take your car elsewhere other wise you'll end up spending more. Had my car for 2 months and then had to make 3 additional trips back to have bills and other interior issues fixed. Took my car to another dealership 3 months later and they have found multiple bolts and clips loose or missing on the repairs made.

By far the crappiest place I've ever seen. Everyone that walked in the door was a dissatisfied customer that didnt get the car repaired correctly the first time in there, just like me. They refused to replace parts that were damaged because they said it was cheaper to fix them. I dont care that it's cheaper, all I wanted was my car repaired correctly to my satisfaction and it still isnt. Car still is damaged. I've had it in there 3 times and on the 3rd time they somehow put 96 miles on my car. Yet they claimed they lost my key fob for 4 days. I would give a negative number or zero stars if I could on the review. I would stay away from this shop at all cost. Nothing but frustration dealing with arrogance and incompetence from this place.

Absolutely wonderful service and my car looks brand new! Timely repairs and David Greer is an outstanding and attentive estimator! I've already recommended several people to go here because they were so impressed with the work done on my car.
