We started car shopping for a small eco suv. After driving a few, we decided that an Audi Q3 would be a nice commuter. We found a very reasonably priced one with low miles, clean, nicely equipped at Auto Universe.Jason T. was great with the sale, they cleaned up the car and did an oil change. Easy transaction. Everyone was super nice. Very happy with the overall experience. I would buy again or definitely recommend them.

I was directed to Auto Universe body/ Collision center.The moment I called to speak to a live person in regards to me bringing in my car .I knew right there and there that my Insurance Agent directed me to the right place.Mr Adam in the body shop was exceptionally, polite, very nice, professional to the core, and a perfect Gentleman with a very detailed business sense.Oh boy did he deliver? YES!My car was restored like new I could not even see any dent anymore.He went above and beyond to make sure his customer was satisfied with the service. .Mr Adam went out his way to make sure that my To,and Fro to the car rental office was secured.I can not thank this man enough.Mr Adam, restored my car and my faith in this Great Country called America. .The lights were cleaned. I never knew such exist. I thought once you buy a car that's it. My car was detailed. Thank you Mr Adam, thank you sir .God bless you in Jesus nameI am highly satisfied with the outcome of my car.

My experience at Auto Universe was awesome!!! They got me the truck I needed 3rd row seats so I could fit my sons wheelchair!!! The staff was phenomenal. Abdul and Lamonte are the BEST I ve told everyone to go to them bc they won t regret it. The process was quick and the environment was inviting and friendly. Definitely will be a repeat customer. Thanks guys

Brian Tucker was AWESOME! Made this car buying experience painless! I let him know my situation and he assured me I was in good hands and then followed through, as well! Lamonte in financing was also very thorough and informative! I was not expecting to make a purchase today but the vehicle and the salesman won me over without the pressure or hassle that I expected from a Dealership! Proceed with CAUTION!!! I don't write many reviews but I do not want anyone else to go through the issues that I am having.Let me start by saying their Customer service was awesome. They have some really nice cars, but I am not sure about the quality. I had this truck for about 6 months and been having issues out of it since the 2nd day I had it. At first the manager was trying to help us only to tell me in the end to contact my warranty company which doesn't cover anything that's needed to be fixed.Since I purchased the car, we have been having issues with the brakes locking up. I took it back to the car lot and they claim to have changed the break pads or something like that. The brakes were still squeaky when I got it back and locking up so I took it back again. They claim they couldn't find anything and they were going to take it to Land Rover for them to look at it. According to the manager, Land Rover didn't see anything either. Last week the brakes locked up again. I took it to Land Rover myself and they explained the Brake actuator was corroded AND on top of that there's an oil leak.Not bashing. This was totally my fault as I should have followed my first mind and kept looking. Just putting my experience out there. In the end just be careful.

Working with these guys was great! Got all the paper work done and the car shipped to Virginia quick, smooth and easily. I would like to thank Myron McCraney for all the help with getting all the information I needed for the car especially since it s such a special vehicle. Purchased a 2019 Ford Expedition on 12/27/19 from Texas and we had a great experience. They even handle the transfer from Tennessee to Texas. We did everything by phone and mail. Customer service experience was fantastic.Definitely recommend them, no matter where you live.

The service provided by. Karen Hill was second to none. I saw several vehicles to pick from and the test drives took longer than the paperwork. Karen valued my time and the paperwork took less than an hour. The entire process from start to finish was pleasantly surprising and just as SURPRISED as my daughter was with her new vehicle.

Brian was amazing! We drove up and everything was ready to sign & go. Great customer service! They really knew how to handle my husband and all his inquires. We could of gotten outta there lightening fast but instead they took the time to let my husband spend 30 minutes under the hood; god help us all!I ve never had such a great experience and quick service. I m so happy with my new Infiniti!Thanks to the whole team that made this possible.

Car shopping can be stressful and time consuming for sure. I am so glad I pulled into Auto Universe to find exactly what I wanted! Karen Hill was an EXCELLLENT sales associate. So personable and definitely not pushy. Lamonte Harlen in finance is SUPERB in his job. I must give a shout out to the person that details as well. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Highly recommend, 5 stars for sure!

I am very pleased with the service I got from Brian and lamonte. Brian heard my pain and frustration from dealing with other salesman. He told me to comeIn and talk to him and I would rideToday. I came in and told him what I saw on line and what I wanted my payments to be. He got me all fixed up and I m riding happy with my new Jeep Cherokee. Thanks so much for all your hard work. He never tried to pushed a higher car on me or nothing I told him the price and that s what I got. I recommend them to anyone

Both Brian and Lamonte were extremely helpful with getting me taken care of. They both worked hard to make sure everything went extremely smooth with my purchase. I had a good purchasing experience. Even the difficult moment of resistance that I imposed on them during document signing was expertly handled. It's a good crew there and Brian, the sales guy that I was working with, he was cool, laid back, and real easy to work with. I went to Auto Universe today, I came to see the Brian Tucker , this guy reached out to me about buying a car instantly. I had my eye on this car for a minute. I came to the Dealership hours early so i could grab this car off the lot. I appreciate him for being realistic and not just selling me a car.
