My service manager at a local dealership recommended I call Jeff at Auto Trim Design, and I m glad I did. His prices are competitive, quality of work was fantastic, and the window tinting was completed in a very reasonable time. I called and set an appt for Tuesday and they absolutely met all my expectations! Long story short, I came in to have tint removed due to bad experience, the owner assured me they could work everything out. His experience and knowledge relieved my anxiety regarding my past experience. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a positive experience! Thank you Auto Trim!

The place to go to get any wraps, tint or product. Jeff has been working hard for the community for 30+ years. Exceptional customer service, and they did a fantastic job wrapping two of our company trucks.

Originally I have them a 5 and would give them a 1 but it won t let me. I am editing this review as of today. I waited the 5 days to roll my windows down as they recommended and when I did the passenger front and back would not roll down. I called them for an appointment to look at and when I arrive they immediately accepted no responsibility. Did I get rude yes because they were not even willing to help in the situation at all.

Jeff and his team had to replace the factory stripes our new Camaro, tint the windows, and ceramic coat exterior. This car is beyond showroom quality. His team good a great car and perfected it. I have been taking my vehicles there for over ten years and I've always been pleased with the quality of work. They have installed tint and the paint protective film on at least 8 vehicles for me. I live in Indianapolis now and I drive my new vehicles to Memphis for their service. That's how pleased I am.

Auto Trim is your all around tint and car/truck accessory spot, they did a perfect tint job on my 2017 GMC 1500, I recommend Auto Trim to all of Memphis for reasonable pricing for professional tinting.

The only reason I m giving them a one star rating is because the lifetime warranty does not cover everything. I was told today I cannot get my strip tint on my front windshield replaced because it doesn t fall in the guidelines for replacement that makes ABSOLUTELY no sense. I literally paid for all four of my windows PLUS my front windshield to be done here because of a positive referral. I am Extremely disappointed. If I known this wasn t covered I would have took my business else where but it s whatever. Train your associates on educating the customers of your coverage and policy. Fair warning people

Professional and quality work. I took two vehicles here for window tinting and headlight restoration and was extremely pleased with the results. Jeff is fantastic to work with and he loves what he s doing. He just finished my second car. Without hesitation use the shop. Fast service, precise service and just great people. One other thing, his prices are very fair and reasonable. Repeat customers are shown appreciation. I won t be surprised if the wife brings her car in for service. Thanks for everything.

Call Auto trim design to get my windows tinted on my Cadillac ATS. I was surprised that they had the many different categories for every single car, and the fact that they can do the back window in one piece is definitely a plus. I've called three other stores and each one said that they might have to do the back window into pieces which then sound good to me knowing how the weather changes so much in Memphis and we can reach 100� in the summer, I'm not sure how that two piece that will hold up at the seams. Also their price was right in the middle compared to the other places

I have always appreciated their workmanship and customer service. They were kind enough to honor some warranty work on my deceased father's truck, which I now own. They also did a sure job on my Monte Carlo a few years ago. Thanks for everything!!!!!!!!

I dont know why no one has written a review on ATD - they have been around for decades and going strong with customer service that is rare for this region. Great tint and speciality work - Jeff is a master at his craft.I recommend Auto Trim Design for anyone expecting quality aftermarket detail work.Auto-trim iz Still going! One of the most informative, automobile knowledgeable, aftermarket spots in the Mid-south. Just today (JEFF - Shop manager and vehicle whisperer) one would know by the FRESH OFF the lot, Shelby 500 GT Cobra that pulled up for work.Night said

Jeff is the greatest!!! Work is always excellent he is a perfectionist he treats all of his customers as if you are his only customer. Every car he has done for me has been nothing but top notch!! Hands down he is the guy to go to!!! You have the Support of River City Camaro Club!!!

I just spoke to a lady name Kenya around 0940hrs this morning. I asked if they had 50% tint available. She stated they did not and they stated that it was illegal in the state of tennessee,Mississippi and Arkansas. I then stated that 50% tint is lighter than 35% tint. She stated again that 50% tint is illegal. I understood that they did not have the tint available. However, 50% tint is legal. It is lighter than 35%. Its close to 70% tint. This person needs a tiny chart to understand tiny percentages as well as better tone to customers.

They are really responsible and friendly and do a h*** of a job I'm really satisfied with the work they did on my car, and would recommend them to anyone, who needs window tinting they are good.

I gladly travel 115 miles to get Jeff's "Touch," he is second to none! Jeff installed Nano Fusion Paint Protection Film on my 2012 Tacoma SR5 The week after I purchased it. Just traded for a 2016 Tacoma TRD Sport and got $5,000. less than I paid for it. Dealership could not believe the truck was in such GREAT condition. Even after four years, the film was blemish free in spite of not being garage kept. Obviously, he is doing the 2016 too.

Used this company more then once for tint. Are they the cheapest no but you get what you pay for in life. They do a great job and will be there to stand behind it.
