Marilyn was absolutely amazing! She has amazing customer service! She handles everything with grace! She was great at multitasking, handling the customers on the phone and the customers at her desk all at once. She was so nice! My mom and I will come back to this location every time! Thank you so much Marilyn for an amazing seamless experience.Great price for window and all staff was very nice!

Honestly. I have not given many 5-star reviews, and especially not for car repair places. BUT, I have to say, it was truly a joy talking to Kathy and the other lady in the office (I m so sorry I forgot her name.) We needed three windows replaced on my daughter s car in Memphis, but we are out of town. They went over and above to try and find the best, and lowest-cost windows for our car, and then being patient and flexible with when trying to schedule. The work was so quick for three door windows - all in just a few hours, and they look great as well. Thank you all so much!

Front desk lady(I forget her name, deepest apologies) was very helpful and had a good attitude. Quick and efficent work done! They also fixed the rubber part in my door that stops rain from coming in! Thank you <3

Went in without an appointment They had 2 people ahead of meI waited maybe 10 minutes and they had the rock chip in my windshield fixed in 5 minutes. They were so nice and charged $20 less than the other place that was booked a week out.

Marilynn could not have been more helpful and accommodating when we needed it the most. We had our car broken into and the window completely broken out, while staying at The Hampton Inn hotel, in order for my husband to have a procedure at the hospital that morning. Safelite could not help us until two days later but AutoGlassNow had us in within an hour, having a nice breakfast next door and on the road home within 2 hours!! My husband doesn t tip many people, other than those in the service sector, but he gave Marilynn $10 to go get her some lunch. We definitely recommend this company if you ever need any car glass replaced for repaired. Especially the store (57073) where Marilynn works in Memphis TN, she s the best!

They made me feel so welcome. Mrs. Merlin went picked my glass up, and they price was lower than other glass company.The Machanic worker was fast and adequate.I had went to other glass company on this day . They couldn t help me with anything until the next day. They didn t have any hospitality like Mrs. Merlin s., and all this was done at the end of business hours. I will recommend anyone to this company. Service: Glass installation

Work began on my car to clean up the broken glass within 20 minutes of my arrival. They installed a new windshield and window without any issues, were courteous and less expensive than other shops I looked in to.

My truck was broken into at home! My Insurance recommend satellite but the price was over $400 just for a passenger window and the date was over 2 weeks away. I called auto glass for a quote! They were cheaper and had an available 2 days later. The workers were nice and professional. You pay after the services are done and it takes a few hours due to how busy they can get! I would definitely recommend Auto Glass Now on summer

I am so pleased with the manner in which I had my windshield replaced.I stopped by here one evening and inquired about their services and my appointment was immediately scheduled the Saturday before Labor Day. The professionalism and knowledge demonstrated from both ladies in the front office was most welcoming - really do not get that anymore these days.The guy who replaced my windshield was thorough and efficient. He did an awesome job! No leaks or any problems to report. I would highly recommend Auto Glass Now as a #1 Shop for window replacement/repair.

My car was vandalized Friday night, and I had a wedding to attend at 3pm Saturday afternoon. Auto Glass Now had my window ordered and installed by 1:45pm Saturday afternoon, allowing me to attend the wedding on time without having to show up with that ugly plastic wrap on my car. Their installer did over $1k of damage to my car. I noticed a 1" cut on top of the leather steering wheel after they told me it was ready. I brought it to the attention of the office worker and when went back outside I observed the tech massaging the steering wheel for 10 minutes to attempt to remove the damage. The cut remains in addition to a tear on the bottom of driver's sun visor. Further inspection revealed a hole in my headliner on the passenger side where it meets the windshield. This experience has been a costly nightmare. Almost 4 month's of ignored calls and trips to discuss the damage with the store manager have resulted in no compensation for the damages.I'd spend a little more and find a more competent and careful business to replace my auto glass.

They are the ABSOLUTE BEST at this location. Trust me don t waste your time even calling anywhere else in Memphis. I needed a rear windshield for my BMW X3 and I called all over Memphis and even priced online everywhere. I was quoted $278-$490 and I called Marilyn (Office Manager) and she was so polite & helpful in a very stressful situation for me. She quoted me $145!!!! Not only did she go over every detail but gave me EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Shout out to the District manager Katrina that was there today as well! They have your glass delivered EVERY HOUR so that helps tremendously...The installation was top notch and they took excellent care of my baby!!! See my before & after pictures below

I went to this establishment and they got my replacements done of my driver side window and chrome mounding in less than a hour and it looks beautiful to me. I am extremely pleased at the result . I would recommend them to others.
