Drove from Indianapolis to pick up a Audi A6 from a private seller in Memphis. Noticed it was low on oil so I took it in to Audi Memphis, they were booked out till mid April! A service consultant Jeff Massey said he could help me out, topped off all my fluids and had me in and out in 20 minutes!! Couldn t beat the price either! These guys really helped me out of bind. Great friendly customer service here! A+Thanks again Jeff for all your help!

Booked the appointment in there for fixing a engine oil leak in my car and they kept for 3 weeks and charged me 4000$ and guess what the problem came up again the very same day after few hours and now they are asking me to pay 2000$ more and said it gonna fix this time and I asked what if it is not fixed and they replied we can't guarantee you **LOL** Then for God sake why I paid 4000$ and why I need to pay 2000$ more if u are not confident about fixing it.### Got Scammed ###

I had an emergency stop to get oil in my 1.5yr (less than 9k miles) car engine. Was driving from west coast and noticed the oil was going close to minimum level. They toped it off in no time with new synthetic oil and I and my evil black 2020 S4 Prestige continued on our journey. Dealership and waiting area were looking neat.

I ve been going to the Audi Service Center for years now, and they always provide excellent service. Scammed us and charged 4000$ and didn't fix the car and asking 2000$ more to fix now and saying we are not responsible if we can't able to fix but still we need to pay the money.
