I always have a great experience when I take my vehicle in for service at Audi of Memphis. Justin always shows the highest level of respect and treat me like I am the only customer he has. He makes sure to keep me in the loop with everything that is going on.

Audi Memphis Sales and Service are the complete package! Travis was great, he actually was able to prepare me for the problem of my car and suggested an alignment testing and was honest about the wait. He was so polite and helpful. The results came back and it kept me from waiting for a test and ruining tires.

As I don't normally give reviews, I will say that Travis and the service team at Audi Memphis were excellent. Great service is hard to find these days and they handled everything professionally and graciously. I have been an Audi/Porsche customer for years and this was the best Audi service experience I have had. Great work guys! Travis and his team will be doing all my service in the future. Highly recommend you give them a try.

Never had worse service in my life. Over 3 thousand dollars to fix an oil leak. Currently still have an oil leak. I was told to drive it to see if they fixed the problem. I drove it for two days only to have it taken back to them. Justin then tells me, I have eight thousand dollars worth of repairs that need to be done and that it's my fault! Obviously i said i want my car now. He made me pay 300 to release my car. So in all 3,200 dollars later. Nothing was fixed. I thought of buying another audi because I love my car so much, but the experience was so bad, I'd never want to go there for anything ever again. The "manager " isn't any help what so ever. I've never had an experience like this ever.

I had been dealing with technical/software issue since buying my Audi from another dealer out of state. After two months and many people looking into it, I brought it to Audi Memphis for an unrelated service.I asked Travis in service about my software problem. The man is a genius, five minutes later the problem is all gone!Thank you Travis!

I was in between states when my service light came on. Mr. Massey was able to take my vehicle in to perform the repairs. He later arranged for me to get a loaner for an important business meeting that I could not miss. Thanks for helping me in between states with my vehicle repair.

Audi did a great job. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I should have been afforded a loaner car or shuttle service to and from work. I do appreciate the shuttle service To work. Thank you.

First time visiting and the service was great! I was in for routine service on my vehicle and they were fast and efficient. Even finished my maintenance in less than 2 hours! Definitely recommended for service.

Every experience I ve had there has been horrible. The staff is not professional, the dealership itself for a luxury dealership is disappointing. Two days after oil change and inspection, engine light went on and was told that it was an Audi system problem. Should ve been notified Before since the staff told me, it was an ongoing problem for many months. Two days after oil change in inspection, dealership told me they left the cap off the coolant. Not happy with my experience there.

Huge "THANK YOU" to Grayson Proctor in Brand and Brian Stone in Finance for a nearly-seamless purchase experience. I recently purchased (from out of state) a used SQ5 from Audi Memphis - a difficult to find Ultra Blue model with the Sport Package - and couldn't be more thrilled. Any issues that arose were resolved within a few days, and both Grayson and Brian were responsive with all the questions and requests I had regarding condition, specifications, etc. with this Audi Sport SUV. Would definitely return for another Audi in the future. Highly recommended!

Awesome Out of State buying experience. We had shopped pre-owned vs new both locally and around the country. We had a specific desire for a Mythos Black beige interior A6 quattro with drivers assist and a few other upgrades. After weeks of searching we found we could compromise or pick the best configured car located only at Gossett Audi in Memphis (they had 2 identically perfect 2017 A6s). I read all the online reviews and felt very confident that this was a solid dealership. My initial contact led me to Sameer (Awesome Salesman) that was quick to get me the details on the VIN I found with an online search. He provided me the extra pictures I asked for and followed up with the detailed pricing faster than I expected (in minutes not hours). The deal was great and everything worked out as expected. I told him we have a deal and the car was sold. Dustin (Awesome Sales Manager) came in to confirm the numbers and ensure all the details were set. Dustin was responsible for ordering the car and definitely understands what customers are looking for in an Audi. He spec'd out this car and is the reason we came to Gossett Audi. Dustin turned over the shipping to Sameer who estimated $600 to ship to our house in Tampa. They ended up working out a suprise delivery for me on Valentines day via an enclosed trailer for $400. That's a pretty awesome Valentines day and one we won't forget! The car was in perfect condition and Sameer offered his help getting used to the car via facetime so the personal touch will be on our time (thank you Sameer). Alan was the workhorse behind the financing and fedexed all the docs overnight and made all the paperwork easy. He was a pleasure to talk and work with throughout. Yes, we bought this car without ever stepping foot on the lot and I would do it again however we did test drive several A6 & A7s first in addition to several other brands. This is a fantastic dealership that I will visit someday. In the future, when we are ready to buy our next Audi, I will check here first. If I can make it to Memphis for some BBQ I'll give y'all a call!

Dealer representative reached out personally to resolve issue with my car. Tracy and Justin were extremely helpful in getting my 2012 A7 axle reasonably repaired and getting my car back on the road in a very reasonable time. Very happy with my 1st visit with Audi Memphis, I will share my positive experience with the local car community and car clubs.

I purchased an Audi S5 here and kept it for about 6 years. Jeff, Tracey, and the rest of the service team took really good care of me. They are very professional and courteous. They consistently advised me on exactly what kind of maintenance I needed and I never felt like they were trying to push anything unnecessary on me. Highly recommend!

Very professional! Everyone at Audi of Memphis is awesome! I have owned an Audi Q8 since 2019 and wanted to trade for another Q8!! Love my Audi! I have owned BMW s etc but by far Audi is the best! The color is Navarra blue

Was diagnostic test ran b4 service? Obviously NOT!I took my 2015 Audi to dealership on Covington Pike using my warranty through car dealership I purchased it from. Audi held my car for over 30 days bc/supposedly 3 of their service men were out with Covid. My car crank at all so it was assumed to be a faulty alternator. My $500 deductible would cover my issues. I also requested an oil change since it was being serviced. Less than a week after picking up my car my check engine light appeared. Took car by Oreilly to determine what issue might be and was told I had a faulty sensor. A day or so later the car prompted low oil pressure and advise that I stop driving at that moment and get oil. I was confused bc it was less than a week ago that I paid for an oil change. Also, confused bc the car was held over 30 days and now they are asking me for another $500 to cover issues car obviously had during the 30 day period they held it for service. I dont know what the deal is or was. I am requesting a refund on the oil change that did not happen. Justin was in charge of my service issues. Now they are telling me I have oil leaks and some other issue that is causing check engine light to come on. Not certain why the lack of service occurred for me. Maybe it's just because I am a single African American woman. Coukd be because my car is 8 years old. #notsure #otherslooksatisfied. T. Means

Jeff and his team were absolutely fantastic! We had a tire blow out on our way home from vacation and we re 300 miles from home on a Sunday. We took it to the Audi dealership in Memphis early Monday morning. Jeff had a tire in stock and had us in line for the repair in no time. He got it fixed and we were in the road that morning. We were planning on spending at least another night but we didn t have to do that. GREAT JOB! We could not be more pleased. Don and Cynthia Jacobs.

Customer service matters! This review is for those that feel they must purchase a vehicle from their local dealer... NOT SO. I attempted to purchase an A4 in the Navarra blue from this dealership, and lost interest after interactions with the finance officer. His level of customer service was minimal, he told me I couldn't transfer my old tag from my previous vehicle (I could) , and was a bit rude in his delivery. The sales rep is why I give this dealer , he was fine.I decided to get a Mercedes instead. Fast forward, I wanted an Audi more and began to look into other dealers with a 200 mile radius... glad I did. I settled on an A5 Premium Plus Coupe from Audi Huntsville. Without being overbearing, the rep & finance officer provided excellent customer service. They understood that customer service matters. They picked me up from the airport, put a bow on my car, and made me feel appreciated I must add, post COVID that prices are up, all of these dealerships want to make money, and a wide selection of vehicles is nearly nonexistent You may have to find your car in another state too. You may have to choose a different dealer to get the customer service you deserve and the exact car that you want. You're the buyer and you have options!(Edited) I'm dropping a star because Audi Memphis acted as if they did me a favor by refunding me the deposit that should have not been taken before I signed the agreement. No agreement, no deposit. So, my final piece of advice is to not sign anything unless you are 100% sure you're ready to take the next steps. And to the dealer, don't run the customer's card before you get that signed agreement

My 1 star is solely based on the fact their lot system threatened to call the authorities while the wife and I were looking for a BMW they had on the lot. I understand the lot security system...but broad daylight? Backstory: I've been looking for a BMW M550 for a few weeks now. Had been in contact with an out of state dealership but received a notification for one in Memphis. I travel alot for business and had intentions on going to view yesterday (Saturday) but flight was delayed and ended up getting home too late. So this morning, my wife and I decided to go and take a look. Didn't get a chance to find or view the vehicle I was interested in because the lot security system started talking about 2 minutes upon us walking on the lot. Don't know if it was automated or not; wasn't willing to take that chance...however you may have lost out on a very potential customer...

My audi has been here for almost a year now in the shop and they still are not done fixing it. It had a good battery when I dropped it off and I was told months later after I dropped it off that I had to pay for a new battery.I m sure this is probably because they did not take good care of the car and left it sitting for so long.

Our service person Tracy is the best in the business hands down! There were multiple issues with our "new to us-used" SUV that remained under warranty. We honestly thought we had bought a lemon. Keep in mind that Land Rover told us that there was not any remaining warranty and everything had been fixed. He didn't stop working for us until every issue was resolved completely! He's gone out of his way to make sure we're satisfied on multiple occasions.

Update: Since you can't reply into a Google response.We've discussed this several times. You even said you would speak to the manager and get back to me. It's been over a month and crickets...After a year of having my car in your possession, it's still not running correctly. I've moved and you want me to drive 9 hours back to Memphis for what? Maybe you'll fix it, maybe you'll break more things on this car? Maybe you'll keep it another year, leaving it in the sun to rot. #ScamArtistsMy Audi needed a major $14,000 repair from Audi of Memphis. (Trans coolant pump ruptured trans fluid all over the engine wiring harness.) They had my car from the end of May until late November. They gave it back, it still wasn't running properly. I brought it back after about a week. They kept it until about the end of May. I come to pick it up, the tech asked if my AC ever worked. Car has 46k miles... Everything worked perfectly before. They run diagnostics and find the AC compressor is shot and they take no responsibility... Even though it blew ice cold when I brought it in the prior year. They also quoted me over $2,000 for the repair, the transmission STILL isn't operating correctly, a parking sensor now constantly beeps, and everything not made of metal in my trunk was melted... Melted.(how long was my car sitting in the elements? I'm guessing 1 calendar year)Their only saving grace was that I was provided a loaner... But not until I involved Audi corporate.Stay away from this facility. Complete bush league, scam artists.

My service was excellent! I brought in my Audi Q5 due to THREE warning lights coming on at the same time. Unfortunately, I did not have an appointment. But I was not certain my car would make it until one was available. Tracy had my car serviced and the problem corrected within hours. I am very grateful!

The finance and some of the service providers are rude. I will never buy another Audi from this dealership. I paid my Audi off and hate to even go there for oil changes but it s a hour away and closer than Nashville which is 2 hours. I m thinking about another car but I think I prefer a Jeep instead. They are nice to you when they think you will buy a car. The finance guy is the worst and I don t think he was there when I purchased my car. I had an interaction with him when purchasing extended warranty. Boy he is a piece of work. Don t go to this dealership! My daughter stays in Franklin, TN and I m thinking about starting to go to that dealership.
